Alice's POV 

"ARRRRRRRG!!!" Me and Harry scream at the same time, I just awoke from a dream with a burning pain in the scar on the right side of my forehead, I look on the other side of the room and see Harry sitting up on his bad, touching his scar on the left side of his forehead. 

"Harry! Are you alright?" I ask worriedly, I jump out of my bed and run over to his side

"Yes I fine, how about you?" He asks sliding out of bed

"I fine too, but my scar hurts" 

"Mine hurts too." 

I look over at the clock, 8:00am. 

"Do you know what day it is Harry?" I ask

"Yes it's-" 

"Dudleys birthday" we say at the same time

"I wonder how many presents he's gonna get" I say day dreaming 

"It's gonna be our birthday soon" says Harry 

"Yea, but I bet no one will care" I say sadly 

"At least we have eachother sis" says Harry 

"Yea, we should get dressed Harry, you know, we have to make breakfast for the beast" I giggle

The beast is our code word for uncle Vernon

Harry grabs his cloths and walks out the door into the bathroom to change.  I choose to were a yellow blouse and jean shorts. And my worn out gray sneakers. I walk out of our room and wait for Harry, uncle Vernon and aunt petunia are still sleeping. Harry comes out with a gray shirt and baggy jeans. 

"You look nice Alice" he says smiling 

"Thank you, let's go start breakfast" I say 

We head down stairs and start on breakfast, he makes the bacon, I make the eggs and FINALY we finish. We put everything on the table. 

aunt petunia and uncle Vernon come walking down the stairs. 

"Alice and Harry, go get some of Dudleys best cloths and wake him up." Says aunt petunia coldly

"Yes ma'am" me and Harry say in sync

We walk to the Landry room and grab dudleys cloths and then go to his room and I knock on the door.  

"Dudley? It's your birthday" I say 

Dudleys bursts out the door with a different set of cloths and shoved me and Harry to the side and runs down the stairs.

"He is such an idiot." I wispeer so Harry can only hear 

We giggle and head back down stairs. 

"Go get the post girl!" Yells uncle Vernon 

"Yes sir!" I say 

I walk and pick up the mail, there are two letters, one for me, and the other for Harry, I walk back to Harry and show him the letters.

"Dad look! Potters got letters!" Says Dudley 

Uncle Vernon walks over to me and Harry and Grabs the letter out of our hands,

"Hey! Give them back!" I say 

Vernon gives out petunia a worried look then throws both letters in the fire! 

"no!!!" I scream 

"Both of them have to come with us petunia" 

"Why dad?! They will just ruin everything!" Says Dudley 

"Get in the car" 

Petunia and Dudley get in the car when Vernon stops me and Harry.

"If you too do anything to ruin this, you both will wish you were never born!" He says

I shake my head yes
