Beth was sitting in the Fandom House's common room, writing an essay for potions when Emma burst through the door of her dorm screaming. Beth turned to look, but since it was so normal, paid no attention to it. Seconds later Ben followed the actions of Emma, only this time screaming words.

"EMMA DID YOU SIRIOUSLY WRITE GRAMMY FANFICTION?"

Emma only screamed and continued running away as Grey and Sammy opened the doors to their dorms and started yelling out quotes from what Beth assumed was the fanfic.

"SAMMY GAZED LOVINGLY INTO GREY'S EYES AS THEY WATCHED HARRY POTTER FOR THE 17th TIME?" Grey shrieked.

"GREY LOVED THE WAY SAMMY'S FINGERS BRUSHED HIS GUITAR STRINGS?" Sammy yelled.

"ITS NOT LIKE I WROTE SMUT!" Emma yelled back.

"WHO CARES?" Beth yelled over the arguing, or, what may have turned into arguing.

"Exactly," Mandy said calmly, appearing almost out of nowhere, "Who cares?"

"We do!" Grey and Sammy yelled.

"Whatever. We have a potions essay due tomorrow and you all have no work done at all." Shreya said appearing alongside Mandy.

"I already finished."

All eyes returned to Emma.

"No." Beth breathed.

"How?" Sammy snorted.

"No way." Grey gasped.

"Right." Shreya shot back.

"Really?" Carter cried.

"Well I actually decided to be on top of shit this year." Emma explained nonchalantly.

"So how do you have so much time to write fanfiction and finish homework?" Lucy wondered aloud.

"Uhh.... Actually no clue. I guess years of procrastination has taught me how to do quality work in a short amount of time. Anyway, the potions essay is simple, you're just supposed to design a theoretical potion and outline how one would use it."

The room was suddenly silent as everyone finished their potions essays in 20 minutes.

"Well ok, I guess it was easy." Ben said.

"Yeah, I designed a potion that would do your homework perfectly." Carter said happily.

"That's cool. Mine was one to give to the teacher via touch that would make them hate assigning homework." Ben explained.

The rest of the group opened up about what their potions were, then moved on to playing cards against humanity like they always did.
