It was at the Battle of Hogwarts (just like the kiss scene with Harry and Ginny in DHP2)- But your aunt Bellatrix caught you and you began fighting her (which made her fall in love with you even more).

Cedric was head over heels for you, come on you were gorgeous and had a very sweet personality. At the Triwizard Tournament, he saved you at the second task. Even though you were years away from dating her, she still  loved you.
