Newt ran through York, he had lost his Niffler... again. It was dark out with nothing to guid him but street lamps and his wand which he kept just in case he found the "raskle" as he had put it while muttering to himself.

While running through the streets Newt falls in front of steps where coincidentally his Niffler was standing trying to grab the ring off of a woman's hand, who made sure the Niffler didn't get it by holding it on by her other hand. The woman picked up the Niffler and held it like a baby, which brought Newts eyes to the woman's face. She had c/e that sparkled as she looked at the creature that was no bigger than a guinea pig, with black fur, it reminded the woman of a cross between a mole and a duck. The woman's h/c hair was curled tightly, she wore a long light blue trench coat, with a beautiful light harvest gold dress underneath, with black heals, and to accompany this outfit she wore purl earrings and a simple short purl necklace.

Newt blushed when he looked up at you realising how long he had been admiring you.

"I don't suggest staying on the city floor for too long" she giggled "Is this yours?" She asked with the sweetest voice
"Yes... its mine, it... yes" Newt voiced standing up quickly his face red as he struggled to give her eye contact.
The woman smiled and handed the creature to him "what is it?" She asked
"It's a Niffler, mischiefs they are, but I love them never a less" Newt held the dark haired creature to his chest making sure it was comfortable for the creature.
"British?" She rose a brow
"Yes Nifflers are found in Britain... you meant me" he smiled getting redder if that were even possible "yes I'm British"
"Wizard?" She tried to get the eye contact of the tall foreign man
"Yes" he looks up for a second then looked back down
"Y/N L/N, nice to meetcha" she stretched out your hand with a friendly smile on her face to which he took it and smiled
"Newt, Newt Scamander" he introduced.

"Y/N!" Two men yelled
"Ha ha awkward right?" She laughed taking off your heels "hope to see you again mr  Scamander" you smiled and with that you were running with the two bruits chasing after you, leaving Newt there in a trance.

After a day you were still on the run, but it was night time and you were getting tired. Today you wore a rich green fur cuffed trench coat, with a silver dress and the same accessories as the night before.

You found a place you could sleep and with no thought went straight up stairs. "Newt?" You whispered seeing him with three other people two of which were the Goldstein sisters.
"Y/N" Queenie smiled, she had always been so nice to you (she even made hot coco for you once).

Tina turned to you and frowned, even though she was an ex aurora she still felt the need to be on duty. You smiled at her and she scoffed.

"You think I'm not going to hand you in?" She smirked
"Go for it" you rolled your eyes. Tina got out her wand, you didn't have one but you had a special talent that was very rare for wizards and witches, you didn't need a wand.

"Tina put it away, we have to be quite, look she's babysitting" Newt smiled with an adoring look on his face which made you smile softly and particularly melt.
"What did you just say?" Tina asked in alarm though she was still whispering
"This is my fault, I thought we had them all but ummm..." he said placing his suitcase on the floor "I might have miscounted".

A large snake like animal appeared filling up half of the room
"He's babysitting that?" Her eyes widened and you looked up in amazement at the creature.

It came closer and in the light you saw it had a face like a bird, the creature hummed taking the food from the, big eyed long haired creature that stood next to Newt.
"Occamy, they grow to the available space" Newt softly said slowly putting his hand out slowly.

Queenie began to walk towards the creature leaving the man unknown to you to stand behind. Then you heard a bell and looked town quickly to see the Christmas ornament she had kicked; the Occamy began to freak out, squawking loudly
The Occamy hit Newt taking him up so he was kneeling on the fantastic beasts head, as it filled up the room slithering around us and the other things around us. The snake-like creature knocked over shelves as he did so.

"Newt!" You yelled out
"It's ok but we need an insect!" He told us "any kind of insect and a tea pot!" You were confused by these instructions but trusted Newt knew what he was doing.

You looked around for any of those items.
You were on the floor trying not to get hit by the creature who was swaying his head around. You found a roach and slowly went to grab it until you got hit by a part of the tail
"Oomf!" Was the sound you made as you were hit across the floor
"Y/N are you ok?" Newt shouted towards you
"I've been in situations much worse than this mr Scamander" you laughed, beginning to crawl again.

"Tea pot!" Tina yelled as she held it in the air.

You stood up when you got next to the wall noticing the creature was getting closer, you were standing next to the other guy in the room, but you were more focused on the Occamy causing you to lose breath since you were pressed against the wall. The wide eyed created who was once on the shoulder of the mans disappeared. The Occamy was now staring at the mans hand where a roach was caught.

"Roach in tea pot" Newt instructed, the man whimpered scared for his life. He stroked the Occamy shakily hushing it. He looked towards Tina and with out words told her to catch it. Then it was thrown and as though slow motion it went through the air. Your heart was racing with excitement, will she catch it? You thought.

The suffocating grip on you loosened causing you to breath heavily as though you were trying to get back the breaths you had missed.
Newt fell off the head of the creature right in front of you and you stared at him wide eyed.
"Are you ok Newt?" You asked for what felt like the fifth time that day
"Sure" he held his head as he replied.

Newt got up and grabbed the top for the tea pot, and Tina jumped over a part of the Occamys body trying to get the roach.

She caught the roach and the Occamy dived into the tea pot shrinking to be able to fit. Newt quickly put on the lid to make sure it didn't move.

You let out a shaky laugh and you moved your head backwards so it was touching the wall. You looked over and smiled
"Y/N" you weakly stretched out your arm
"Jacob" he awkwardly smiled towards you as he shook your hand
"Hey Jacob be a gentleman and help me up would ya" you put two arms out and Jacob helped you up, but once you were up you were knocked back down by a shooting pain from your rib. You moved your coat and saw a rip in your dress which revealed a deep cut, you put your hand on the cut and winced as the thick blood got onto your hands. You felt dizzy but kept your eyes opened.
"Y/N!" Newt yelled and worryingly ran next to you "you're going to be ok" he smiled but you could see tears in his eyes as he kept pressure on the wound.
"Your a big softie Newt, I know I'll be ok, 'ok' is my middle name" then it went black.

I have nothing against Tina she's amazing she just needed to be like this because of the story!
