I was walking to the Leaky Cauldron whenever I saw the twins. We greet each other and then Molly hugs me. We then went in and I saw Ron, Hermione, and Harry I gave them a nod and walked to my room with Neville. I had overheard Mr. Weasley talking about "him" with Harry so I walked to my room and cried because I hated "him".

We made it to the train station and got on the train before I knew it we had stopped and someone or something got on the train. After everything I ran to Harry's compartment and I saw him sitting up in seat with chocolate in his hand. I asked if everyone was ok. They all told me they were I sat down in front of Harry and then a man came in and looked at me shocked. When I saw his face I knew right away it was my uncle Remus.

 "Hello Mr. Lupin it has been a long time since I have talked to you" 

"You as well Maria" he said with I sad face. 

"You know him Mar Mar?'' Neville asked me.

 "Yea he was friends with my parents" After I said that I left and went back to my seat with the twins and for the rest of the train ride we were quiet.

When I got to the Mess Hall I seat beside George and stared at the table never looking up the whole time. After all of it I walked to the Gryffindor common room where I ran into Professor McGonagall who looked at me with a smile. I passed by her and went to my room which I shared with my best friends Emma, and Beth. Who came in after I did, we talked about everything that happened.

The week after all that happened we went to see Oliver Wood, Beth's boyfriend, the Quidditch team captain who told us all to suit up for practice. We suited up and then practiced for two hours and then went to Mr. Lupin's class. I made it to class and seat down beside Emma and we talked until he came in and then class began.

At the end he told me to stay after because he needed to talk to me. 

"What is it Professor?"

 "Cut the Professor crap and give me a hug." he said and before I knew it I was in his arms crying. "Where were you Uncle Remus I missed you"

 "I'm so sorry I couldn't talk to you because we thought you would be hurt." He said patting my back.

 We then talked about what he had been up to after "that night". I told him about my friends and what all Harry had been up to. I then asked if he knew anything about my mom. He told me he hadn't talked to her since Sirius Black went to jail.

After that I went to the common room and talked with George for a while then went to bed. The rest of the week we pranked everyone. Whenever it was the day of the Quidditch match we were all ready but before we knew it Harry was hurt.

That following day I had the worst thing in history happen to me. George and I stopped talking to each other. It all started because I had been going to see Uncle Remus and never told anyone, because I promised not to tell anyone. 

Before I knew it we were yelling at each other and he said the worse thing anyone could say "At least I have both of my parents" He said "Maria I'm so sor..."

 "I hate you" I whispered

 "What?" he asked

 "I HATE YOU AND I HOPE I NEVER SEE YOU AGAIN GEORGE WEASLEY" I said then ran.

That night Sirius snuck into Harry's room and attacked him. After that everything changed. I had followed Harry and Hermione to the old tree and saw them get dragged in I followed after them and listened in on their conversation. I then saw Uncle Remus go into the room and then after him Snape. I heard someone hit the ground and fearing the worse I raced into the room. When I ran into the room I saw Snape on the floor, Uncle Remus and "him" having a wand in their faces by Harry. Before I knew what I was doing I ran over to Sirius and started hitting him. He hit the ground and Uncle Remus grabbed me

 "Let me go, let me kill him." I screamed 

"Maria stop this please I beg you Please." Uncle Remus said. 

" Why should I he broke his promise to me, he broke it and left me alone"

 "Maria" Sirius whisper 

" I'm so sorry I never wanted to leave you but me and your mother wanted to keep you safe." "Why did you leave me I needed you Dad, I needed you." 

Sirius looked at me and I saw the tears in his eyes.Before I knew it I was in his arms and then we left the room with Peter Pettigrew, The one who betrayed everyone, and when we got out my dad told me he planned on taking me and Harry home with him. Then the moon came out and everything happened, before I knew what happened I was slammed into the tree and knocked out.

When I woke up Snape was sitting beside me on the bed and he told me that Pettigrew had got away and my dad wasn't found innocent. I got a letter from Sirius and then left for home. George tried to talk to me whenever I got ready to get on the train but I wouldn't let him. I got on the train and seat with Beth and Emma. That summer I had got over a hundred letters from George and I read every one of them, but I wouldn't send him anything back. All I know is I had cried more that summer then I had ever in a year.
