"Hey (y/n) are you coming to the Quidditch match today" Lily asked "no, I'm going to the Black lake to read a book" I said "oh ok I'll let james know" Lily said before running off. As I was sitting by a tree I heard someone walking towards me and I saw Severus Snape my brother's enemy. "oh (y/n) sorry I didn't see you there.... um bye" severus said "Hey severus, sit with me" "are you sure, I mean what if your brother see us" he said "he won't because there is a quidditch match, Gryffindor vs slytherin" I said looking at him.

After talking for so long "oh would you look at the time, we've been here for over an hour" severus said looking at the time "maybe we should get back to the castle" I said getting my stuff together "yer we should, I'll walk you back to the gryffindor common room" severus said smiling at me. As we were walking back,I heard someone shouting my name. I looked to my left and saw my brother James and his friends Sirius, peter, Remus and Lily. as they've got to us James grabbed my arm and pulled me towards him, making me drop my books. I shouted at James telling him to let go of me then he pushed me towards his friends nearly make me fall but sirius caught me. Then at that moment I knew james was going to hurt severus then I heard james shout 'stupefy' and so I ran and push severus out of the way, getting hit with the spell making me fly back and break my leg. "Ow" I said crying. Severus, James, Sirius, Peter, Remus and Lily came running over to me. "Severus" I said drying my eye. "Yes (y/n)" he said looking scared "can you take me to the hospital wing please" I said with tears rolling down my face "sure" he said picking me up bridal style, while Lily picks up my books and severus books.

As we got to the hospital wing severus set me down on a bed and went to get madam pomfrey so then I fell asleep. After an hour madam pomfrey woke me are asking me what colour cast do I want and I said "green" then she got on to do the cast. After 10 minutes madam pomfrey said I can go as I tried to get down the stairs I saw Severus coming up the stairs when he saw me he rushed over to me and said "Why are you out of the hospital Wing?" "Madam pomfrey so I can go because I already got my cast on" "really, "why is it green you're a gryffindor it should be red not green" he said I giggled and said "I chosen green because you're a Slytherin and Slytherin is green" "so you got green because of me" he said "yes" I said smiling "aww that's cute" he said before helping me down the stairs.

When we got to the great hall with staff that we were early so we've taken our seats then we saw Professor Dumbledore and professor Mcgonagall walking over to us and Professor Dumbledore said "severus I've seen throughout the day what you are like with Miss Potter here so me and professor McGonagall decided that we want use severus to stay with Miss Potter until her cast come off so right now you are not going to sit on the Slytherin table you are going to sit on the gryffindor table next to her" "ok" severus said smiling. Then we heard someone say "snivelly, get away from my sister" then professor Dumbledore said "Mr James potter, I asked severus to stay with (y/n) while she has her cast on so please be nice" "ok professor" james said as Professor Dumbledore and professor McGonagall left James turned to Severus and said "if you hurt me sister I will break you, ok?" "Ok" severus said. After that James never hurts severus and severus never hurt me.
