I was brought into the world of Harry Potter Fanfictions by this book. It is the first fanfic I read, and still remains to be one of my favourite. 

Lexi Hooper is a Harry Potter fan. One day just for fun, she decides to run into the platform 9 3/4 at Kings Cross Station, careful not to hit too hard. But she goes through and the wall disappears. She finds herself in the year 1995.

 Lexi realizes that she has the power to change everything and save everyone; because she knows exactly what is going to happen next and how to stop it, even though she is just a Muggle.
