The next day Day's POV

It's only been two months since we entered in Hogwarts I was still a bit shaken up from yesterday so my first our teacher excuse me from class but I asked if I could stay I really didn't want to leave my friends behind especially my cousin Emily was always by my side when we could yes she's younger than me but it really doesn't matter to me we're still cousins. Ty fell asleep during class. I was nose deep in my letter to my mom. when someone handed me a note.

" are you free this afternoon?"

:" I have some time before I have to check on Vortex why?"

I placed the note on the edge of my notebook and I went back to my letter. the teacher threw an eraser at Ty who woke up . the whole class started to laugh to Ty. I saw something outside the window. All of a sudden the room became cold and I'm not one for doing with the cold instantly Emily notice and nudged dark in the arm letting him know something was wrong.

The teacher looks really scared like she knew what was going on the windows became like ice all the jars she had next to the window was turning to ice I was really scared I didn't know what to do and that's when I saw a dementor.

Vortex came running into the classroom how did she know where I was at I went over to her and notice that she was scared and I was too truth be told Headmaster Dumbledore wasn't around so Professor McGonagall took over as Headmaster which she said was a nice Headmaster.

Dark: domentos".

I didn't know what to do I just stood there with vortex in my arms I wanted to run but I didn't know if I could buy how scared I was this is the second dementor attack I Witness the first one was when I was younger and my dad took over the Death Eaters.

The teacher: students listen go straight to your dorms make sure you stay away from all the windows and do not open the doors I will let the Headmaster know about the Dementors attack".

Dark came over to me and hug me I wanted to hug him back but I was too scared to move.

Dark: it's okay I won't let no harm come to you just stay near me and I'll keep you safe".

I nodded yes to him then I noticed something in his pocket was he the one passing that note to me?.

We decided to walk to the dorms I kept my eyes down to the ground.

Dark: hey are you ok?".

: scared".

Dark: I'm too".

I looked at Dark. he looked at me. my body decides to move on its own, I kissed Dark. he was shocked at first but he kissed me back. I wrapped my arms around his neck, Dark wrapped his arms around me. the kiss felt like hours before we broke.

Dark: was that your first kiss?"

: yes, you?"

Dark: same here"

I rested my head against his chest, The Dementors started to freeze the windows near the common room. The room became cold and the ghost in the paintings ran away I could tell they were afraid too I just buried my face in his chest I could tell he was feeling but I did his heart was racing and so was mine.

Dark: hey it's going to be okay I know the Headmaster will deal with this".

: I hope they do"

All of a sudden the glass broke and one of them came in it was about to take away his soul when I pulled out my wind and set a spell that I had no clue I could do.

: expecto patronum!"

The spell was so powerful it sent dementor out the window how come I knew that spell it was just like the same spell Harry Potter used to save his Godfather Sirius Black.

Dark: Day?".

I went towards the window and did the spell again this time all of them in the way it was like I was the new hero of Hogwarts but I'm only 11 years old how can I do a spell that's supposed to be for 3-year students.

Dark: what the

: I don't know".

Ty ran in and saw both of us looking at each other we were trying to hide the fact that we kissed it was really hard to because I have a crush on him Dark. I could tell by the way his face was really bad he had a crush on me.

Ty: what the bloody hell happened in here?!".

Dark: nothing".

My cousin Emily went into the room and tackled me into a hug I fell to the floor but I didn't really care I just wanted to make sure she was safe and she wanted to make sure I was safe to if everything I've been through the past years of my life it's been kind of crazy for me.

Emily: are you okay?"

: yes I'm fine Emily"

Emily: that's not what your face says"

My face was probably blood from what happened before the other two ran in I looked over at Dark and his face was Red too. Me and Emily set up and dusted off the dust that was on us I really didn't like having dust on my clothes.

Dark: this was no accident somebody planning this, whoever would is they're going to regret it".

A cloud of black smoke appeared in the room it must have been a Death Eater but why would they show up here!?.

D.E: master"

The cloud was facing directly at Dark, the only person who commanded the Death Eaters was Lord Voldemort himself but he died so many years ago before I was even born. Emily grips her one but didn't pull it out it's like she knew it wasn't here to hurt us but here to talk.

Dark: what are you doing here you not supposed to be spotted here in broad daylight?".

D.E: we need you to come with us there's something I need to show you".

Dark: I'm not leaving my friends behind there's no way"

D.E: one of them can come with us"

Dark looked at me and I could see in his eyes like he wanted me to come I noded my head yes and stepped closer to him.

D.E: fine by me let's go".

The Death Eater came closer to us and we disappeared away from Hogwarts we appeared in the woods.
