Albus S. and Scorpius had been best friends since their first year. Albus told Scorpius all about how his parents and aunts and uncles fought in the Wizarding war. When Scorpius met his dad, he asked if he too fought in the Wizarding war. Draco swallowed and said yes. Scorpius hugged his dad and whispered " I'm proud of you, Dad."
