I firmly believe that Fleur Delacour and Viktot Krum remained friends after the Triwizard Tournament and that one night they were celebrating Fleur and Bill's engagement, a very drunk Fleur bet a not-as-drunk Viktor that she could catch a snitch before him.

Obviously they competed and obviously Viktor won, so Fleur lost her end of the bet that she would name her first-born after him. That is why Bill and Fleur's child's name is Victoire and the only reason it isn't spelt with a K is because Fleur wanted to annoy Viktor.
