I have always thought that Teddy Lupin's patronus would be a wolf too. Not because he had some wolf in his blood, but because he felt closer to both his parents that way as they both had a wolf as their patronus. I can just imagine Teddy learning it from Harry when he was around 13, the same age Harry was when he first learnt it. It was probably a tiny yet adorable wolf cub at first.
