Final Chapter -The Fallen Angel vs The Fall Maiden
Cinder and I stood in a battle stand, waiting for one of us to attack. After a couple of seconds, Cinder created a glass bow and started to shoot arrows at me. I grin as I saw the arrows slowly coming to a stop in front of me.
I changed Eden into it's crossbow form and brought the different arrows to my side, along with some fire dust that I have.
"You better run," I said as I started shooting towards her.
While Cinder started dodging the arrows, she also tried to stop them with her semblance. But what she didn't expect was that the arrows were entirely coated with the fire dust. While she managed to stop the glass arrows, it's dust phantom version continued on and hitting her. The impact of the dust caused for some minor explosions here and there, but that was just a distraction.
I shoot the last couple of arrows in the air and charged towards her with Azazel in it's scythe form. Cinder saw me charging and quickly made a pair of swords and blocked my scythe.
"Finally, a good challenge," I taunted.
She managed to push me back, and I quickly covered my eyes for what's about to happen. Now, it was Cinder's turn to charge to me, but she interrupted by the dust infused arrows that I shot earlier, creating a smoke screen. I was about to attack her, but she used her Maiden powers to blow the smoke away, and at the same time, she used the dust that was in the air to crystallize. Then she launched all of them to me. Just before any of the glass shards hit me, I created an ice barrier around me to stop them. Once all the glass shards got stuck on the ice dome, Cinder creates a beam of fire to destroy the ice barrier.
While the Fall Maiden was fighting against the Fallen Angel, the two giant Grimms were fighting each other. The dragon was trying to fight back against the hydra, but it couldn't do much since each individual head kept shooting it's own energy beam.
All kind of Grimm creatures tried to fight against Echo as well, but they couldn't do anything against the giant beast. They only get squished under the paws of Echo.
Back to the fight, Cinder was still shooting her fire beam against the ice dome. But what she didn't realised was that I wasn't in there anymore. I was behind her. I decided to fool around a bit more, and start to fire bend. The fire that she was releasing started to move upwards on it's own and slowly creating a fire dragon.
"I must say, you're truly an interesting opponent to fight," I said, surprising her.
The moment she turns around, I guided the fire dragon towards Cinder. But before it hit her, she created a fire shield around her. After a couple of seconds, the fire disappeared.
"You aren't that bad yourself. But this will end now," she said as she started using her maiden power again.
"Believe me, I'm just playing around with you. If I had taken this serious from the beginning, you wouldn't be alive anymore. But since you insisted to finish this fight, I'll go serious as well," I said to her as my eyes started to glow and as I spread my wings.
I changed both Eden and Azazel into their gauntlet mode and I started to fly toward Cinder at full speed. Just before I hit her, Cinder created a shield, but it didn't helped much. She got sent back to a pillar, because I hit her shield. The moment she hit the pillar, her shield shattered. What she didn't expect was that being pulled towards me again by me manipulating her blood.
As the two of them continued their battle, the two giant Grimm continued their fight. The Hydra was winning against the giant dragon. While the dragon managed to land a couple of hits on the white hydra, Echo landed it back ten times worse with bite marks from the different heads along with some energy blasts against the dragon's face. And during the fight that the giant Grimms had, they somehow got switched around, so with each energy blast that Echo shoot, the dragon got closer and closer to Beacon.
Back to the fight at the tower of Beacon, started to fly towards me, as I prepare myself to hit her. Once she was close enough, I uppercut her, sending her in the air. I quickly followed her in the sky and send back to the ground, sending her aura to the red.
"I see that overestimated you. I expected something better from the new Fall Maiden," I said, shaking my head in disappointment.
"This... isn't over yet," she said with venom in tiredness in her voice.
While she says that, I feel another presence coming up to where Cinder and I are. One that I coincidentally recognised.
'Hmm... I'll probably going to regret doing this, but this is necessary. Echo! Once you got the dragon at Beacon, go to our realm!' I though to myself as I look back to Cinder, just as she started to get up.
Cinder started to create three glass spears behind me, while all I did was take a defensive stand. Although she thinks I wasn't aware of them, I was aware of them, and I let her do it. Before I knew it, the spears landed on my back and coming out of the front. Although I can't die anymore, that doesn't mean that I can't feel the pain of it. At the same time when I got impaled, Echo brought the dragon close enough for what's about to happen and disappears.
The moment I got impaled, Ruby landed on the arena where Cinder and I are. She looks up and started to tear up when she saw me impaled.
"No," she whispered to herself in disbelieve.
"Well, well. Looks like I win. And I believe you got something that belongs to me," she said as she slowly limps towards me and grabs the ring.
"The fight... is not over... yet," I said as I close my eyes and my body starts to dissolve into golden flower petals.
Ruby started shaking as her eyes started to glow.
"(F/n)!" she screamed from the top of her lungs as silver light wings appears from her eyes.
"What!?" Cinder screamed in disbelieves.
The light she was generating was so bright, that everything at the top of tower faded into white. As the light faded, Ruby fainted all that was left was a petrified dragon, and a heavily wounded Cinder.
'I told you that this fight wasn't over,' said a voice inside Cinder's head.
She slowly lifts her head up, revealing a giant scar on the left side of her face. As she looks around, she saw the golden flower petals from before forming a figure. Once the all the petals are in place, the golden light disappears, revealing the fallen angel from before.
"N-no. I-impossible," she managed to say.
"There are a lot of things in this world that humanity doesn't understand, so things that looks impossible, may be more common than you think if you know where to look. Now I think you got something that belongs to someone else," I said as I start to slowly walk towards her.
"NO! You won't get the relic back. I'll fight you till have taken my last breath!" she said as she painfully crawls backwards.
"You can keep that stupid ring, what I'm after is your end of the deal," I said as I used my blood manipulation to stop her moving.
I force her to sit on the kneeling position where she sits on her own legs. I look into her eyes and all I see is fear.
"Y-you can't do this!" she said shaking in fear.
"I can do a lot of things that normally not allowed in natured," I said as I transform Eden into it's sword mode.
What she though was that I would decapitate her, not that I could blame her. Instead, I created a portal and who came out of it was the last person she expected. From the portal comes Amber. The woman that Cinder killed with her arrow.
"N-no. Y-y-you're supposed to be dead!" Cinder said.
"Amber, all that I want you to do is to grab my hand, alright?" I said to her as I presented her my hand, completely ignoring Cinder.
She did as instructed and grabs my hand. I then put my other hand on top of Cinder's head. Then I did something though to be impossible. I started to transfer the Fall Maiden's powers back to Amber, while both of them were enwrapped by a warm orange light.
But during this transfer of power, I got interrupted by a bullet to my back, leaving both Cinder and Amber with half of the Fall Maidens powers. I turn around and saw one of Cinder's lackeys, Emerald.
"Leave Cinder alone!" she said, pointing her guns towards me.
I let out a chuckle as I sent her to a pillar with blood manipulation, but I lost concentration on Cinder, releasing her from my grip.
"(F/n)... know this. You'll pay for what you've done. Salem will win this war. Once she does, we'll make sure that your wings get ripped off and torture you until you beg for death," she said.
"I'm not afraid of her. But to give you a better reminder of our fight..." I said, snapping my fingers.
The moments I snapped my fingers, the ring that she was holding in her left hand exploded, causing her arm to blow off. Screams filled the air once again as she holds her arm.
"What? You really though I would bring the actual relic to a fight?"
Emerald quickly runs to Cinders side and fled to a Bullhead that came to their rescue. Once both Emerald and Cinder got on board they flew away.
"Shouldn't you stop them?" Amber asked.
"Our paths will cross again one day. For now, let's go away from the tower," I said as I created a portal for Amber.
"You go ahead and rest. I got some things to take care of," I explained as she nodded.
She nodded as she enters the portal, while I look at the giant dragon statue, then back to Ruby.
