While outside the walls of Beacon was chaos with fights between Hunters and Grimms, the real fight is going on deep down in the tower of Beacon. A fight between the infamous wizard of legends and the new fall maiden. Both of them were fighting with their power, causing all kind of shockwaves in the area.

"Is this all you got?" said Cinder as she used her maiden powers to create a beam of fire.

"You won't win this war, Cinder," said Ozpin, as he created a magical shield aroundhim.

"We'll see about that!" she said as she summons glass arrows all around her and launch them towards Ozpin.

While Ozpin managed to dodge or block most of the arrows, he still got hit by some arrows at his shoulder, leg and chest. Once he got hit and fell to the ground, breathing heavily.

"Is this all that the 'great' and 'powerful' Oz has in store? How pathetic. Now, then... where's the relic?" she asked as she created a sword of glass.

"*Chuckles* It won't matter if I say anything or not. The relic is safe from Salem's grasp," he said as he closes his eyes.

Once he has taken his last breath, his body disintegrated into light green glowing petals, only leaving his cane behind. Cinder didn't trust what she just heard andstarted to go to the elevator and down to the vault. While Cinder went down to the vault, a portal opened in the room and a certain masked figure walks out of it.

"*Sigh* It seams that I was late here. May our paths cross in the future, Ozpin," I said as I looked around the room.

I look at the end of the room and saw the previous Fall Maiden, Amber, impaled with an arrow in her pod. I quickly run towards her and used and use my elemental powers to basically rip open the pod she was in. I carefully pull out the arrow and noticed that it was made of glass.

'So that's her semblance aside from the Fall Maiden's power,' I though as I put Amber on the floor.

I put on hand on her heart while I put the other hand behind her head, and started to send my aura towards her body. Couple of minutes later, the wound at her chest started to close up and I could feel her heart started beating again. Then after another couple of seconds, she woke up, gasping for air.

"Calm down. Everything going to be okay," I said trying to calm her down. 

"W-what happened?" she asked, shaking a bit.

"To put it bluntly, you were supposed to be dead," I said. 

"T-then how... am I alive?" she asked.

"I'll explain it once I'm done here. For now, stay safe here. Oh and before I go..." I said as I put my black and white trench coat around her like a cape, since all that she's wearing is a white tube top and a short white skirt.

"This will warm you up. Stay here and rest. This shouldn't take too long," I told her as I walk towards the elevator.

"W-wait! Before you go, what's your name?" she asked, holding my jacket tightly. 

"Phoenix. Phoenix Nephalim," I said as I spread my wings and flew towards the top of the tower.

-Top of Beacon's Tower-

While Phoenix was making my way towards the top floor of the tower of Beacon, Pyrrha was fighting agaisnt the newly formed Fall Maiden, but she was in a losing battle. She just got hit agaisnt a pillar, sending her aura into the red and falling to the floor.

Pyrrha quickly saw that Cinder was pulling her bow back, prepared to shoot another glass arrow. She quickly stood up and and send her shied towards her and at the same time, Cinder shot her arrow. The glass arrow hit the shield, but the arrow shattered around the shield and quickly reformed on the other side and continued it's trajectory.

The arrow hit her at her ankle, wounding and immobilising her. While Pyrrha was struggling to get up, Cinder started to walk towards her.

"It's unfortunate you were promised the power that was never truly yours," said Cincer as she stands in front of the fallen warrior and kneels down.

"But take confort in knowing, that I will use it in ways that you could never have imagined," she said lifting Pyrrha's head to face her.

"Do you believe in destiny?" Pyrrha asked, without any emotion in her voice.

Cinder, angered by her question, sends a glare to her.

"Yes," she simply answered as she takes a few steps backward.

Cinder creates her glass bow and takes aim to her. Pyrrha closed her eyes and waited for her death. She could hear the arrow being shot, but she never felt the arrow hit her.

"What!?" Cinder exclaimd.

Pyrrha opens her eyes and saw the arrow frozen in place, just mere centimeters away from hitting her chest.

"I'm glad that you believe in destiny, because that way, I won't feel bad for sending you to the Seventh or Eight Circle of Hell," said a male voice behind Cinder.

Cinder and Pyrrha look tothe source of the voice, and saw a winged two winged figures. A female in a black dress and has demonic wings and long red hair and has golden eyes. But with the male figure, Pyrrha recognised him.

He wears a black and white mask and has (h/l) (h/c). She knows just one person with those features.

"(F/n)?" She asked weakly.

"Don't worry, Pyrrha. You'll get out of here alive," I reasured her.

"I would like to see you try," said Cinder as she charged an attack.

Cinder realeased a beam of fire towards Pyrrha, but I quickly lifted my arm upwards, causing the fire that aimed towards Pyrrha bend upwards and fly towards my hand where it becomes a very concentrated flame.

"Sis, take care of Pyrrha. I'll take care of 'her'," I said in a serious tone.

"Understood, brother," said Lucifer as she walks towards Pyrrha.

She lifted her up and flies where the rest of the students and Huntsmen are.

"So, you're the fake Fall Maiden. I expected more from you, but I shouldn't expect much from the so called 'ruler of darkness'. Especially if she keeps hiding like this," I said as extingues the flame in my hand.

"You'll regret those word once I'm done with you!" said Cinder as she charged towards meas she created two glass blades.

"Tell me, Cinder, how is the search for the missing Relic?" I asked as I started to slowly walk circles around her.

The moment I said that, her eyes widened.

"Yes, I know that the Fall Relic is missing. And coincidentally, I know where it is. So, how about a deal?" I asked, as a dark grin started to form.

"What kind of deal?"she asked suspeciosly.

"Not afraid to deal with the devil I see. Well, here's the deal. We fight. You win, I give you the relic. If I win, you give up the Maiden's powers. Sound like a fair deal to me," I said as I changed Eden and Azazel into their sword forms.

"How do I know that you got the relic?" she asked in an angered tone.

I lifted one of my hands and pull off the ring that I had on it.

"Here it is, the Relic of Choice. So do we have a deal?" I asked.

"Deal. Dragon, fire!" She shouted.

Just as she said that, I heard a loud roar behind me. I turn around and saw the giant dragon, suporting itself at the tower.

"You really think that I came unprepared? Echo, take care of this beast!" I said.

Suddenly, multiple energy beams got shot towards the dragon, sending him off the tower. I look to see towards the source of the energy and saw that my once little Hydra pet has turned into a one hundred meter high beast. Her skin wasn't black skin and red marking on it skull anymore. Now, she has white skin with cyan markings on it's skull.

"Echo, guide this beast away from Beacon and destroy it!" I commanded as Echo roared and charged towards the Dragon.

I turn around to face Cinder again, and this time, I activated Eden and Azazel's Scythe mode.

"Now it's time to dance with the Devil," I said as I put off my mask, revealing my once (e/c) eyes and changed into one golden eye and one red eye.
