TWO YOUNG LADIES

Mata Parvati had agreed for letting Kartikeya go for battle. All the gods were present to bestow their gifts to him.

Mata Parvati gave him a might spear, the shulam. Surya gave him a rooster of sharp talons. Garud offered him to take his favourite son, the peacock name Chitrabarhan as his vahan. Varundev gave him a snake of great energy and might.

Narayan gave him a triumphal garland which increases the might of the wearer. Srinav gave him two swords with greatest swiftness. Amarsri gave him a quiver of bows, which had almost all the astras of universe.

"Vijay bhava !" All the gods blessed him.

"Kartikeya, mujhe purn vishwas hai ki aaj tumhara samarthya aur bal adwitya hoga" Amarsri said.

"Aap nahi chalengi jiji ?" Kartikeya asked.

"Mujhe ek atyant mahatwapurn karya se dakshin jana hai." Amarsri said smiling.

"Yadi mujhe aapki sahayata ki awashyakta pade toh ?" Kartikeya asked.

"Ran-bhoomi mei Yuddheshwar aur Yudh-kaushala na ho ? Aisa toh ho hi nahi sakta." Amarsri said making him smile.

"Ladna Anuj, piche mat hatna. Dharm aur adharm ke yudh mei keval Dharm ki hi Vijay hoti hai, yahi parmatma ki yojna hai jo kabhi asafal nahi hoti." Amarsri said.

"Awashya jiji." Kartikeya nodded.

"Ab jao Devsenapti Kartikeya, Vijay tumhari hi hogi." Amarsri said.

She then mounted on Suvarchas and left to the south of Jambudweep because the tears of Narayan who had taken form of two flowers transformed into two young ladies.

The entire world seemed new to them, but the only thing they saw everywhere was the face of a warrior God, none other than Kartikeya.

Because the tears of Narayan fell due to his admiration of Kartikeya's definition of Omkar, the girls already had immense love and devotion for him.

But they didn't know who he was, heck they didn't even know who they were. And that's why Amarsri was there to help them.

As the young ladies looked around, seeing one face everywhere, a bright light emerged in the sky, taking form of a goddess, none other than Harihareshwari.

"Pranam devi." They young ladies greeted.

"Kalyanamstu." Amarsri blessed.

"Aap kaun hai devi ?" The one dressed in white asked.

"Mai hu Harihareshwari." Amarsri said.

"Apna parichaye dene hetu dhanyawad, kintu kshama kare hum apna parichaye dene mei asamarth hai." The one dressed in red said.

"Kintu mai jaanti hu ki tum dono kaun ho." Amarsri said.

"Toh batane ki kripa kare." The one dressed in white requested.

"Tum ho Sundaravalli." Amarsri said looking at the one dressed in white, she bowed after knowing her name.

"Aur tumhara naam hai Amruthavalli." Amarsri said to the one dressed in red, she also bowed, glad to know her name.

"Tum dono mere Pitashree, arthat Shri Hari ki putriya ho. Aur tumhare jeevan ka laksh hai Shiv aur Shakti ke putra Kartikeya se ek hona." Amarsri said.

"Kya woh wahi hai jo hume har disha mei dikhte hai ?" Sundaravalli asked.

"Ha wahi hai Kartikeya." Amarsri said.

"Hum unse ek kaise ho sakte hai ?" Amruthavalli asked.

"Prem toh keval tapasya se hi prapt hota hai." Amarsri said and disappeared.

Both the young ladies understood what Harihareshwari meant and thus they both started chanting Kartikeya's name with full devotion and love.

A/N

So the concept of Narayan's tears from Saga of Love was already there....and I thought I made it up.

I also found out that in Book 4, there are Asurs Vikat, Vighn, Vikral well they were also there in our mythology....

This just shows how vast our mythology is ! You guess it, it's there !

Happened twice with me !
