Time was passing by pleasantly in Ayodhya. By each passing day, people were getting more and more smitten by their princess.

Everyday, the citizens would gather around the royal pathway in the first half of the day, where their King Shri Ram would daily present himself, and occasionally with his daughter Rameshwari.

He knew how much the praja loved their princess and also how elated his daughter became seeing the citizens, hence at least once a week, he'd bring her on the royal pathway as well.

Everything was going well in Kosal desh, the administration was par excellence, and everyone was happy with their king and his policies.

"Kya praja samriddh hai ?" Shri Ram asked his ministers, while sitting on the throne of Suryavansh.

"Ji Maharaj." They said.

"Kya kisaano, pashu-palako aur vyapariyo ka thik se khayaal rakha jata hai ?" He asked.

"Ji Maharaj." The ministers nodded.

"Praja par Kar ka bhaar bojh toh nahi ban raha ?" Shri Ram asked.

"Nahi Maharaj, praja par kar ka bojh nahi hai." They said.

"Kya humare durg mei shashtra, ann, jal, athwa kisi anya saadhan ki kami toh nahi ?" He asked.

"Nahi Maharaj. Jabse aapne shaashan ki dhura sambhali hai, tab se Rajya mei kisi vastu ki kami nahi. Aap jab singhasan par baithte hai toh aisa lagta hai ki piche Akhand Maharani ki murti mand-mand muskura rahi ho. Aapke shaashan mei koi khot nahi hai. Praja bhi sukhi aur swasth hai." The ministers praised.

"Ishwar kare sab aisa rahe. Yadi kisi anya ko kuch kehna hai, Ya apni samasya rakhni hai, ya kuch sujhaav dena hai toh woh de sakta hai." Shri Ram said.

The ministers remained silent and shook their heads a 'no', meaning there was nothing more to say for today.

"Aaj ki sabha yahi samapt hoti hai." Shri Ram said.

He stood up and so did all the ministers, he walked out of the royal court and the ministers too left behind him.

Finally, he will get a chance to meet his daughter after a long day of work. He went straight to the bhavan of Kaikeyi, where he had left her in the morning.

And there she was playing with her three grandmothers. Her back bone was now strong enough so she could sit straightly.

Seeing her giggling while flapping her small arms, he was elated and seeing him she too was. Rameshwari babbled something while stretching her arms towards her father.

No one knows what she babbles these days, but it was enough for Shri Ram to know she wanted to be picked up in his arms, and he was always too happy to fulfil any wish of hers.

After touching the feet of his mothers, he took his daughter in his arms. He smiled widely as she giggled.

"Dhanyawad Mata." He thanked his mothers.

"Isme dhanyawad kaisa ? Hum toh dadi hai, humara kartavya hai yeh." Kaushalya said.

"Sahi kaha jiji ne." Kaikeyi smiled.

"Aur aise kartavya ka nirvahan karna anandayi hota hai." Sumitra said.

Shri Ram smiled and suddenly felt a tug on his angvastra, he looked at Rameshwari, who was chewing on his garment.

"Arrey, muh mei yeh sab lena kabse seekh liya tumne ?" He asked removing his angvastra from her mouth.

This made her whine and she grabbed his hand and began chewing on his index finger.

"Ramey ! Tum krodh mei aake meri ungli kaat rahi ho ?" He asked, a little confused and a little shocked.

He pulled away his finger, which made her whine again, seeing her almost on the verge of crying he relented and let her chew on his finger once again. 

This made the three mothers laugh, Shri Ram looked at them confused.

"Putra Ram, tumhari putri krodhit nahi hai. Uske dant nikalne wale hai." Kaushalya said.

"Iss liye Ram Chandra, use jo chabana hai chabane do, chaahe woh tumhare vastra ho ya ungli." Kaikeyi said with a chuckle.

"Ram, ab Annaprashan sanskaar hetu vilambh na karo." Sumitra said.

"Ji Mata, mai aaj hi Gurudev se mantrana kar, ek muhurat nikalwa deta hu." Shri Ram agreed with a smile.
