CHAPTER 35

On reaching Lanka, Ravan began to tempt Devi Sita with all the luxuries and riches. He pleaded for her to accept him. But she rejected his advances and praised her husband, Shri Ram.

Devi Sita also didn't back away from showing her disgust for Ravan.

"Mere jaise veer purush tujhe nahi milega Sita. Ram bhi mere samaksh kuch nahi." Ravan said.

"Arrey nirlajj, ek oor apne kul aur veerta ka bakhaan karta hai aur dusre oor akeli streeyo ka apharan karta hai ? Kya yahi teri veerta aur parakram hai ?! Mere nath, mere Ram teri tarah kayar nahi ! Jis din unhe yeh gyaat hogaya ki tune mujhe Lanka mei bandhi banaya hai, uss din se apne antim din ginna shuru kardena. Mere veer pati aur parakrami devar tera kya tere kul ka bhi sarvanash kardenge." Devi Sita said.

"Bas ! Mai kabse vinamrata-poorv tujhse baat kar raha hu kintu tu hai ki mera apmaan ki jaa rahi hai ! Mera naash toh Devta bhi nahi kar paye, ek manushya kya karega !" Ravan said.

"Paapi, tune ek baar mera ang sparsh kiya hai, yahi karan tere sarvanash hetu paryapt hai. Tera annt mai apne satitwa ki shakti se abhi kar sakti hu, kintu tune mere swami par kalank lagaya hai. Tera vadh mere nath ke haatho hi hoga. Jaa, jab tak jeevan hai sukh bhog." Devi Sita said.

"Ek varsh ka samaye de raha hu Sundari. Ya toh mera varan karo anyatha tere tukde mere rasoi mei pak rahe honge." Ravan said.

He left leaving her in the company of ferocious looking Rakshasis whose job was to convince Devi Sita to accept Ravan either by force or fear. But one Rakshasi among them named Trijata, was gentle towards Devi Sita and comforted her like a mother would.

On the other side Shri Ram and Lakshman while venturing towards southwest direction, reached a horrendous forest.

The place was gloomy, and filled with thick trees and impassable routes. The brothers somehow managed to walk through them.

But then the valourous Shri Ram and Lakshman were seen a Rakshashi with a misshapened face. She was traumatic in
her acts and truculent in her appearance. Ayo Mukhi was her name.

The massive beast that she was devouring fell from her hands as she saw Lakshman, who was walking ahead of Shri Ram. Seeing such radiant face of Soumitri and his strong stature, Ayo mukhi was struck by Kaamdev.

She rushed towards the brothers and clung unto Lakshman.

"Mere sang prem leela karo na." She said.

Soumitri looked at her with wide angry eyes as she kept pulling him close in her embrace.

"Mera naam Ayo Mukhi hai, aur tumne apne parakrami charitra se mujhe jeet liya hai. Iss liye tum hi mere premi ho, hey Veerpurush, ab tum hi mere pati ho. Hum dono parvato mei, nadiyo mei aur registaano mei jeevan ke annt tak prem leela karenge." Ayo Mukhi said in a lovesick tone.

But Lakshman wasn't having any of it, he became furious and raising his sword he sheared off her nose and ears. Ayo Mukhi yelled loudly as she rushed off the way she had rushed in at Lakshman.

A/N

Now if you look at the Mukh of this Rakshasi, you'll actually go 'AYO !', the way our fellow South Indian Brothers and Sisters say 😂😂

I swear even though Shurpnakha segment is regarded as Haasya Raas.... This Ayo Mukhi part makes me laugh more 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Maybe because it's Lakshman ji being Lakshman ji to the fullest 🤣🤣🤣

But seriously why don't TV serials show this part, it's fire 🤣🤣
