Back to Sunday afternoon, Ash was cured from his you-know-what-ache. However, he couldn't walk at least in 4 hours, so Serena decided to accompany with him

"It's sure going to be lonely without me, right Ashy?" Serena smiled

"It wouldn't if not because of you" Ash mumbled

"What, you still, mad at me?" Serena started to cry a bit

"No, no. I'm just kidding, ok? It's my fault" Ash calmed her down

"You better be" Serena glanced at him

"I just... missed my good old Serena"

"What do you mean by that?" Serena asked

"Well, I still remembered my first day at Vanivile High. I remembered you used to drag me to different classrooms. And especially, I remembered that Hi-Jump Kick you gave to that bully. That was totally epic!" Ash said

"Yeah, I guess I was that badass in school"

"So where are you?" - Ash asked confused Serena a bit - "You seem a bit weaker and much more sensitive. Where is that old version of you?"

"So you hate this new me?" Serena asked sadly

"No, I like it, well, just "like". The reason I love you because I love girls that "extraordinary" from others. I mean, I love girls that are strong, hardcore but caring. You seem to lose almost all of it, Serena"

"Well, I need to change, for you, Ash."

"However, you don't need to. Look, since the fourth wall is already broken so I'll say it, anyway. The reason the readers are here because they want to see you, Serena. They want to see a delinquent, hardcore and strong Serena, unlike "that Serena" from Pokemon XY&Z. But, all of your personalities must have been switched to me. It just... I don't feel like this is the real you" Ash said

"Well, I guess I got what the author want to say in this book" Serena said made Ash confused

"Look, that's why he put each other into a couple. He wants to show the readers our inner self to be exposed. That's the whole point of the book. You see, I started to show my "girly personality", while you have been exposed, or awoken, your true self, brave, strong and protective. With you, I don't scare at Calem or his Xander Clan, as long as you're here." Serena laid her head on Ash's chest (that's the whole point I want to show you guys)

"I guess you're right" - Ash sighed - "Hey, instead of spending 4 hours doing nothing, how about we play or watch something?"

"Good idea, Ashy. What's on TV?" Serena asked

"Um, Pokemon Sun and Moon"

"Let's skip that, that series sucks"

"To be honest, why are you so cruel to it, especially when it has me?" Ash asked

"Well, it doesn't have what we really want. You wanna know what I feel about each of your companions? Lilies: aka Miss I-can't-touch-pokemon-even-I'm-learning-at-a-pokemon-school. Kiawe (not sure how to spell his name): Brock with Fire Pokemon. Lana: Dawn's twin sister. And Mallow is just a remake of me with green hair. What the heck?" Serena explained made Ash chuckled

"You should feel lucky. If you were in that series, your image would be ruined badly" - Ash said then frowned - "Just like mine"

"Anyway, are we just gonna spend 4 hours roasting Sun and Moon?"

"No, let's think of something else"

"How about cleaning my ear-hole like we did last time?"

"If so, you will overreact and this book will become a lemon"

"So what should we do?" Serena asked

"Well, this is gonna be long" Ash sighed

Back to Alain and Gary's room, Gary was trying to discover what happened
"So Alain, are you going to talk about that?" Gary smirked

"That, that what?" Alain panicked

"I saw it. You and May were blushing when you two got home"

"Uh, can you forget it, please?" Alain begged

"Hey Ashy boy, I need to tell you something" Gary pretended to walk about the room

"Ok, fine! We kissed, Ok?" Alain blushed madly

"You wah?" Gary raised his eyebrows

"Yeah, it was more like an accident" - Alain started to explain - "When we were going home, we encountered Xander Clan's grunts. They were trying to capture May, but I pushed her and she fell on top of me, and you know, her lips smashed with mine. I don't know what to do now"

"Good job, Alain, you just stole the first kiss from an innocent 14-year-old girl" Gary said sarcastically

"Just ahut up, Gary! She had stolen mine, too" Alain panicked

"But look, if Xander Clan was out there and waiting, lurking in the shadow, we're not safe anymore" Gary said and Alain nodded

"But now, try to think of an excuse to explain May and especially Ashy boy, Alain. Don't forget your girlfriend, Mairin" Gary joked

"Yeah, about Mairin... we broke up"

Gary was stunted because of this. Since Alain started his rivalry with Calem, he didn't have enough time for Mairin, caused Mairin to break up with him. He was heartbroken of course, but tried to keep strong and continuedx what he was doing

"You know, Gary. May could be my next girlfriend" Alain said, Gary just rolled his eyes

Suddenly, Alain got a headache. He soon remembered aomething one of the grunt said before he ran

"Xantorus is gonna end Ash Ketchum and also his blood line"

Alain was a bit confused about it. He tried to remember anything from the past, and he occurred another headache, he saw this

*flashback*
"This building is gonna explode!" A man yelled

The ground crumbled as the whole team can't do anything but stood there. The man realized there was a breakable hole on the wall. He then put his hand on a young member

"Listen, Alain, I need you to get through that hole! You need to remember this. You need to protect the other Ketchums"

Alain quickly ran to the hole and jumped out of it without hesitation. As soon as he jumped off, the building exploded and he was crushed by a rock. All he saw was a dark, blurry scene, before he fainted
*end of flashback*

"Alain, ALAIN! Earth to Alain" Gary waved his hand in front of Alain, make him snapped ot

"Gary, I remember it now! I remember everything about the Ketchums now" - Alain then walked out - "I need you to stay here, I'll go talk with Ash

Alain walked to Ash's room, and hoped that they didn't clean each other's ear-hole. Luckily, they didn't. Serena and Ash were roasting Sun and Moon when Alain got in

"Uh, Serena, do you mind if I talk to Ash a bit, alone?" Alain asked

"Ok, brother, be fast ok" Serena said and trailed off the room

"So what were you going to talk about?" Ash asked

"Ash, it's time we talked about it. About your family, the Ketchums" Alain said
