Elementalist Part Three

Chapter 5:

I was sitting in my room in the foster home, drawing on my bed with my new crayons that I got. I was planning on making Sister Wanda a drawing. I hoped that if I did then she would... Be friends with me.

Things that I had made littered my room. A doll made out of wood, a robotic puppy made completely out of wire from the lights and straws, etc. I had always had the time to make little things like that, what else was I to do, after being stuck up in this room all the time.

I had finished, it was a childish drawing of what was supposed to be her and what was supposed to be me. We were standing under the sun, a bright blue sky behind us with a few clouds, and bright green earth below our feet.

With a satisfying smile, I walked over to the door an opened it. "Sister Wanda!" I called, walking down the large, unfamiliar halls. "Sister Wanda~! I made something for you!"

After hearing no response, I kept walking down the halls, until I finally heard the clacking of footsteps across the cold wood flooring. It was coming from the other side of the hall, at the intersection.

"Sister Wanda!" I said, in my ever-so-childish voice. When there was no reply, I frowned. "Sister?"

The footsteps had gotten closer, and heavier too. Nothing like Sister Wanda's footsteps. I whimpered and took a step back, in fright.

The footsteps made it's way to the corner, and they turned around. It was a tall man, with crystal blue eyes, that held a certain mean and intimidating demeanor to it, and dark, dirty blonde hair. He wore a suit, a gray one at that, and his mouth was fixed into a frown, but when he saw me, his frown turned upside down into a smirk.

"Hello girl," the man said, he had some kind of accent that I couldn't recognize. "Aren't you a pretty little one..."

"W-who are you?" I asked.

"I'm Nathan," he introduced himself. "I'm a friend."

"I've never seen you in my life," I said with a frown. "That makes you a stranger, and the Sisters' always say not to talk to strangers."

"The Sisters' aren't here anymore!" He yelled, making me flinch and step back. "Look, you're going to come with me and--"

"NO!" I screamed. "LEAVE ME ALONE!" I turned around to run back to my room, but the man caught my arm, keeping me from going anywhere. My eyes widened, and I tried to pull away, but he had an iron grip.

"Shut up!" He hissed, and hit me in the back of the head really hard, making me collapse.

Then the dream changed.

I was in a cage in a dark room, my arms tied behind my back, and mouth gagged.

"Look at what we have here today, gentleman," a voice said beside me. "A pretty little girl, who's eyes shine as blue as the sea, and hair that's a sleek but mysterious, black, and sliver. You may do whatever you want with her, she's still pure, untouched, innocent. The bidding will start at $275!"

"$300!"

"$450!"

"$500!"

The numbers kept rising and rising and I grew more scared and scared. "Make it stop," I whispered. "Please, make it stop!"

"$1,250 going once, twice, sold to the man in the black suit!" People clapped all around, and I was led out of the cage, my arms still bounded. Fresh tears fled down my cheeks, and I sobbed.

"I wanna go home," I cried, but it sounded muffed because of my gag.

"Shut up brat!!" The man said.

I was led to a man. He was looked old, and was fat. He wore a professional suit so he must be some kind of aristocratic figure.

"Come on, love, let's go home," he said, and brought his chubby fingers up to my cheek. I flinched away. "That's where the real fun happens."

I cried even more, and tried to pull against the bonds. I tried to unlock the handcuffs on my hands, and get the gag off my mouth, but it didn't work.

"Heheh, the little girl is feisty, eh?" He chuckled. "Knock 'er out." Before I could try to protest, a rag was put over my mouth, and I breathed it in, making me faint.

The dream changed again.

I was in the burning building again. Master Richard rolled on the ground burning in my flames. "No... Not again!" I whispered, watching the dying body.

"DEMON!" He cried as he burned to death. In seconds the rest of the room caught in flames, leaving the exit in flames with it.

I tried to protest, but soon more voices began to appear. "DEMON! GO TO HELL!" One screamed, pushing me towards the flames.

"I'm not--"

"Burn in the deepest pits of hell!" Another said, earning another push.

I tried to go back, but I couldn't move, like my feel wouldn't react to my commands. "I didn't mean to!" I was a few feet away from the fire, one more push and I would be engulfed in it.

"BURN IN YOUR HELLISH FLAMES!!!" The last cried, giving me that one, final push.

I landed in the white hot flames, that burned the flesh right off my bones. Fire was never supposed to hurt me, fire doesn't hurt, but these flames were killing me. Burning me alive.

This isn't right, I'm not supposed to die! Not yet! I didn't mean to, I'm sorry! I'm so, so sorry!!

My eyes widened, as a tear streaked down my face, and I screamed bloody murder.

I woke up in a cold sweat, my breaths coming out ragged and sharp. My hands shook in fear, and my eyes were wide. The room temperature was steaming hot, and rising quickly.

Suddenly, the door swung open to reveal Sebastian. "Augusta, are you alright? Why is it so stuffy in here? Should I open a window?"

"Who did it?" I asked, in a low voice.

"Excuse me?"

"Who put me to sleep?" I said, this time my voice was louder and practically dripping with anger and fury. My hands clenched the blankets on the bed, and with my anger, the blankets began to slowly, but gradually sped up, began to burn, creating a sizzling smoke in the air. This didn't help the already heated air.

"Miss Augusta, please refrain from destroying the blankets," Sebastian said and took a step towards me.

"Sebastian. Who. Put. Me. To. Sleep?" I reiterated, pronouncing every word with equal anger.

"I did," he answered. "You were going to destroy the kitchen otherwise. I had no choice," he shrugged.

I took a few deep breathes, trying to calm myself down before I accidentally hurt a certain crow demon, "Go."

"Are you sure you are--"

"LEAVE, SEBASTIAN!" I yelled, at him.

"As you wish," he uttered, and shut the door.

I tried to get up, but I immediately felt alot of fatigue and lied back down on the bed again. Instead of pacing the room, as I was going to do, I meditated, willingly calming myself down.

The sound of the door opening again, made me open up one eye. It was Mey-rin, and she looked very flustered.

"Oh, I'm sorry, was I interrupting something?" Mey-rin said, frantically. "Why is it so stuffy? Do you want me to open a window?"

I got out of the bed, and stood up. "No, you're fine and keep the window closed," I replied, no longer feeling as fatigued as I felt earlier. "I was just trying to cool off after a... Bad dream..."

Mey-rin nodded, realizing that indulging on the topic would not be the smartest idea. "Anyways, Sebastian asked me to bring you your clothes, yes he did," she handed me a maid's outfit, a replica to the one I wore on the first day, but it had black pants to go with it instead of the makeshift one I had.

"He said that you would probably prefer to wear trousers around the manor opposed from dresses, although I don't know why..." She trailed off.

"I just prefer pants over dresses," I explained. "It's easier to work in."

Mey-rin nodded, understanding what I said, then she brought her finger in the air. "Oh right! He gave me this too," she brought out a small cloth drawstring bag filled with something. "He said you would know what it was for, yes he did," she said, handing me the bag. "What is it, Miss Augusta?"

I opened the bag, to find little white pills, that looked just like the ones I take. There was a lot of them too. "Oh, its just medication that I needed for him to pick up for me," I half-lied. "And by the way, don't call me 'Miss', it makes me feel old and weird. And also rich. I don't like feeling rich. Anyways, call me 'Augusta' or 'Auggie'."

"Okay Mi-- I mean, Auggie," Mey-rin said. "Sebastian said to get you ready for the day and make sure that you bathed."

"I'll do just that, Mey-rin. You can go now, I'll be put soon," I told the red-headed maid. She nodded, and walked out the room quickly, leaving me behind.

I quickly got ready, put on the new-and-improved outfit, got my invisi-pack, and gloves, then I left the room. I closed the door behind me, and went to walk down the hallway, but as soon as I turned to walk, I was stopped by a tall, red-eyed demon.

"Oh, hey Sebastian," I greeted, walking around said demon, only to be stopped again. I frowned and looked up at the tall man staring down at my short self. "What do you want?"

"Master asked if you would like to come with us on an errand," Sebastian said.

"Oh, sure," I nodded, and then moved so I could walk away again, only to be blocked. Again. "Okay, look Demon Giraffe, are you going to do this all day, or are you going to let me move so I can go eat breakfast?"

Sebastian rose an eyebrow and smirked. "'Demon Giraffe'?"

"Yeah, demon giraffe. Since you're obviously not human, I have to call you a demon giraffe. Unless you'll want me to call you human," I flipped a strand of silver hair over my shoulder and cocked my head at him with a innocent smirk at him.

Sebastian rolled his eyes, and moved out of the way for mw to walk through. My smirk grew as I went down the hall, towards Ciel's study, but then fell when I heard Sebastian follow me.

"What the bloody hell do you want?" I said, not getting irritated by his actions.

Sebastian chuckled lightly, "whatever do you mean? I just have the same destination as you do." I scoffed at the demon, and walked faster, although that wouldn't help anything, he's too fast anyway.

"But I do have a question for you," Sebastian spoke up, ending our short silence.

"Shoot."

"Why is it that you ordered me to leave your bedroom this morning when you woke up?" He asked me.

"If I didn't then I would've shot you on the face accidentally, and probably even burned down the manor," I answered without hesitation. I could almost feel the momentary shock that he felt, but quickly left. "I had a really bad nightscare, and if I didn't cool of, so to say, then someone would've gotten hurt."

"Nightscare?"

"Yeah, nightscare. A nightscare is what I usually get if I don't take my pills. Then there's night-terrors. That's only happened once and... Let's say it wasn't pretty..."

"What happened?"

I sighed and ran a hand through my long hair. "The whole building was burning. It was literally raining fire inside the building. The strong winds made it worse, and then a earthquake went through the entire city -- that wasn't that big to begin with -- and the epicenter was directly at the building. Then it rained for 3 weeks straight."

Sebastian didn't say anything for a while. I turned around to look at him, and he was staring at me in shock. "It wasn't that bad..." I muttered, suddenly feeling uncomfortable.

'I didn't know her powers as a elementist was this strong... I don't think that even -- Augusta stop reading my mind,' he glared at me, making me jump.

"Oops, sorry. I didn't mean to, I can't really control that, sorry," I apologized, blood rushing to my cheeks in embarrassment.

"Don't be sorry," Sebastian said. "It's not like you can control that, which we need to work on."

I nodded, and kept walking down the hallway. "Sebastian, what's an elementist?"

Sebastian sighed. "It's too much to explain," he said. "And since we have arrived at Ciel's study, it looks like I won't have to explain it."

I blinked and looked around, realizing that we were standing in front of the door to Ciel's study. Sebastian smirked and knowing that he got out of a interrogation. I frowned and scowled.

"You got lucky this time," I muttered, and opened up the door. Ciel was sitting at the desk, waiting for us.

"You should knock before entering a room," Ciel said.

"Meh, knocking's for sissies," I rolled my eyes, and walked over to the desk and sat on the mahogany wood. I could almost hear Effie yelling.

"Knocking is for servants who work under me," Ciel shot back. "And get off my desk. It's a working table, not a chair."

"Aww, but your table is comfy," I said, even though this wasn't comfy at all, but I wasn't about to tell him that. Suddenly, a arm pulled around my waist and set me down on the ground, off the mahogany table. "Meanie," I muttered, pouting at the demonic butler.

"Anyways, are you ready to go, My Lord?" Sebastian asked, and Ciel nodded, getting up from his desk, and they walked out of the room with be trailing behind them with a pfrown.

~-~ TIME SKIP BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO WRITE ABOUT AWKWARD SITUATIONS ~-~

We were finally sitting in the car-- er, carriage. We being Sebastian, Ciel and me. I don't even know why Sebastian is back here, I thought he was supposed to be driving the carriage.

"Augusta, I have a question for you," Ciel spoke up, ending the silence.

"What's up?" He rose an eyebrow at my sudden response, but said nothing.

"Since you claim that you are from a different dimension, why don't you just tell us everything before the problem happens?"

"No can do," I replied.

"Why not?"

"I could seriously damage the fabric of reality, and screw up the time-space continuum," I explained.

Ciel blinked once, then twice. "What?" Sebastian also shared a semi-confused expression on his handsome face.

Not that I like him or anything, but Sebastian is like... A god (ironically) when it comes to looks. I mean, seriously, look at this guy, he's seriously as hot as hell, pun not intended.

But putting Sebastian's perfect face aside, I had to deal with Ciel's question.

"Listen up because this is too complicated to explain twice, got it?" He nodded, and gave me his attention. "I came from a different dimension where your whole world is a television show, right? When I built the Dimension Portal, which is the device that brought me here, there was a chance that I could rip a hole in the fabric of reality."

"What do you mean by the fabric of reality? What is 'the fabric of reality'?" Ciel asked.

I sighed. "It would be better if I demonstrated it. Sebastian, do you have a sheet of paper and a pen?" He nodded, pulled out the requested items of his jacket, and handed it to me. "Thanks. Okay, look at this, you see this paper?"

"Obviously," Ciel said sarcastically. I rolled my eyes.

"Imagine this is the fabric of reality," I held up the paper with one hand and the pen in the other. "The side facing you is Kuroshitsuji, or your dimension. The opposite side is my dimension. When I came to your dimension, I punctured a hole in the fabric of reality," I poked a small hole in the paper. "The fabric of reality is literally what its called: The fabric of reality. It holds up everything in place, makes sure nothing is wrong. It's basically the building blocks of reality.

"Then there's the time-space continuum. Much like the fabric of reality, the time-space continuum keeps the timeline in place. If someone were to die today, and I prevented it, then, well, I would rather not have flying bat creatures destroying humanity." I chuckled at my inside joke, but earning odd looks from Ciel and Sebastian, making me stop.

"Anyways, like I was saying, if I were to change something now, it could cause a whole catastrophe in the future. Me being here might actually change the timeline as it is. If I were to change something, then the fabric of reality could be destroyed, and quite possibly make both dimensions collapse. Worst case scenario: The universe would be destroyed." I finished with my long speech, and looked at the blue-haired boy. He visible eye was widened in suprise.

'Is she saying that her very existence in this... Dimension, as she put it, would destroy the entire world...?' Ciel thought in shock.

"Well, maybe, I don't know yet," I said with a shrug. "It's just a theory, I don't actually know what might happen."

Ciel looked at me, his eye narrowed. "Would you please stop reading my mind, it's irritating."

"Sorry, can't help it," I apologized.

"So your saying that you could destroy the entire universe and everything in it?" Sebastian asked.

"Maybe. Like I said, worst case scenario, I don't know what could actually happen. That's why I pretty much want to not give out any vital information that could change the plotline," I said. "Any other questions?"

"What use will you be to me if you can't tell me what will happen?" Ciel asked.

"It's not like I'm not going to tell you anything," I said with a eye roll. "I just wont tell you major stuff. For example, if you were doing a murder case, I wouldn't tell you who the murderer was because if they don't kill someone that they were suppose to, then there would be a shift in the time-space continuum, and then we'd all be in deep shit."

"A lady shouldn't say such vulgar things," Sebastian reminded, referring to my cursing.

"A man should not correct a lady," I retorted.

"I don't think that's how that works, Miss Augusta," Sebastian chuckled.

"That's how it works in the twenty-first century," I replied. "The woman can do whatever she wants without the consent of a man. Therefore, a woman does not need to be corrected for such actions because she can do whatever she likes, within the law of course."

"Would you two stop flirting and get back to the topic at hand?" Ciel scolded. I frowned at his choice in wording.

"We weren't flirting, for your information, I was stating my -- obviously right -- opinion," I corrected.

"Drop it, Augusta," Ciel ordered.

"Whatever," I said. "Am I missing anything? I'm pretty sure I told you everything that was necessary, I think."

"Okay," Ciel said, soaking in all the new information. "That's very interesting. I'll keep that in mind." I nodded, and turned to the window, and moved the curtain out of the way. We were just pulling into the city, I could see a few people walking, or running, around.

'I wish that Henry would notice me,' someone's unknown voice trailed through my mind.

'I need to get this order done before Master gets back...' Someone else thought.

A lot more voices trailed in my mind as we went into the city. The farther we went, the more they came. I felt like my head was going to explode, as I winced and touched my head dizzyingly.

"Is everything alright, Miss Augusta?" Sebastian asked.

"I-it's fine," I said, "everyone is just thinking too much."

"Is that a bad thing?" Ciel asked.

"It is when you can read minds and you're in a big city where there are a lot of people who are thinking alot of things at the same time, then yes, it is a bad thing," I replied, sarcasm hinted in my voice.

'AGH! I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT JOHNATHAN BELIEVED THAT!!' Someone yelled, making me wince painfully.

'Go to the city, she says, it'll be fun she says...'

I groaned, and held my head in my hand. "I should've never came with you guys..." I moaned, rubbing my head.

"Imagine there is a wall surrounding your mind and push the other thoughts out," Sebastian advised.

"O-okay..." I mumbled. I imagined a big titanium wall surrounding my mind, and forcefully pushed the other thoughts that were trying to flood in, out. Gradually, I had pushed the other people's thoughts away, and kept then away.

After I finished, I was panting heavily, and a few drops of sweat dripped down my face. "Is everything alright now?" Sebastian asked.

"Yeah..." I nodded. "How did you know that would work?"

"Demons also have the power to read minds, although most can control theirs flawlessly, the usual method to make sure one doesn't go mad from the power is to imagine there is a wall around their mind, and forcing the other thoughts away." Sebastian explained. "There are also other methods, and the one that I gave you was a weak one, that will probably fail after we leave London, or go into a large crowd. If my Lord orders it, then I will train you to completely control your new abilities."

"Why didn't you teach her this earlier?" Ciel asked with an eyebrow twitch.

Sebastian smirked and gave the young boy a closed eye smile. "You never ordered me to, my Lord."

Ciel rolled his eye. "Che. Fine then, this is an order: Once we get back to the manor, train Augusta how to control her abilities."

"Yes, my Lord," Sebastian said with a hand over his chest, and a slight bow. Suddenly, the carriage came to a steady stop. "It also seems that we have arrived." Sebastian opened up the door on his side, and helped Ciel and I out -- although I insisted that I could do it myself -- and we landed on the sidewalk, in front of a Cane Repair shop.

Sebastian opened the door for Ciel, making the bell on top jingle. "Hello kiddos," the bald man at the counter greeted. "Did your father send you two on an errand? I'm sure both of you didn't have to come to pick up or drop off a cane, so you can go home now little lady." Ciel's face was emotionless and I frowned at the last part.

Sebastian put Ciel and I behind him before we could say anything in response to the poor old man. I inwardly sighed at the actions Sebastian is going to commit. I'm pretty sure traumatizing a man -- who's pretty much going to die soon considering the lifespan in this time period -- isn't very nice. Of course, Sebastian isn't a person to be nice or 'sugar coat' things.

"Excuse me," Sebastian said politely. "We're here to get Master's cane, and this is his servant." He put a bit of emphasis on our titles, in order to correct the man.

"Ah, so you're the owner of the cane," the man nodded, getting a cane from behind the counter. "I was wondering who would order a cane of such size. Who would've thought that a kid like you would be the one to order it."

In a split second, the butt of the cane was in-between the bald man's eyebrows, being wielded by Sebastian. I smirked at his actions. This was way better to see up front instead of in a manga or on my tablet...

"It doesn't bend, its a well-built cane," Sebastian praised the shocked man, and tossed a bag of coins on his counter. He smirked slightly, "This should cover the cost."

And with that we left the small shop, and walked down the sidewalk.

"Was that really necessary?" I asked him as we left the building.

"He insulted my Master, and I corrected him so he wouldn't accidentally tarnish the Phantomhive name," Sebastian explained smoothly.

"Yes of course, because traumatizing an old man is a great way to make sure the Phantomhive name isn't 'tarnished'," I rolled my multi-colored eyes. "You're heartless."

Sebastian smirked. "Well that would describe the--"

"Shut up Sebastian," I frowned, ending the conversation, and making the crow chuckle. I turned to Ciel. "Ciel, lemme see your cane."

"Why?"

"I wanna check something. I won't break it like Finny did with your last one, I promise," I said. Ciel was going to protest, but sighed and handed me the new cane.

I grinned and inspected the wooden stick. It had a intricate metal top that looked a bit hard to design, but not that much. What metal was it... I wondered, and rubbed my finger against it and them licking my finger. Bronze? No, not bronze, gold. I looked at the but of the stick, it was rubbery at the bottom so it wouldn't make much noise when used.

The wood was mahogany wood, which was not surprising since he was filthy rich and had mahogany everything. I tugged the top piece trying to pull it off, and gaining a few protests from Ciel, but ignored it.

Finally it gave out, and I was able to see the wooden inside. It was thick, and had about 15-30 rings on it, signaling its age.

I put the metal piece back on, but it was obviously not going to stay since I broke it. I held the bottom part with my hand, and melted the metal back on the wood, and didn't burn the wood that badly in the process. I aired it off after I finished.

I handed the stick back to Ciel, who was glaring lightly at me. "What did you just do?" He asked.

"I inspected it," I replied. "I wanted to see if I could modify it. Can I, by the way?"

"What do you want to do to it?" He asked.

"I wanna 'spice it up'," I replied with a grin, but when I earned a frown from Ciel, I sighed. "I want to add a weapon at the bottom of it, just in case you get into a situation where you would need it."

"Why would I need it? I have Sebastian, who will protect me all the time. Carrying a weapon like such would be useless."

"Look, when you get into a situation where you can't get to Sebastian, then you're going to need someway to defend yourself, and that puny gun of yours won't help against supernatural beings that will threaten your existence. That's why I offered to modify it. I even have the perfect metal that might work: Animan!"

"What's animan?" Sebastian asked.

I grinned from ear to ear at him. "It's a metal I made a while back. It can only crested and molded with certain... Conditions. Whenever I need to use it, or think of it, then it just comes out of the ground. It's lighter than titanium, and shinier than silver! Animian! It comes from the root word 'anime' -- which is best thing in the world. I don't know if I can cr-- find this metal in this world, but I can try!"

"Hm... Interesting... When we get back to the manor, I want you to work on that," Ciel nodded, and walked into a different store.

"Hm? Where are you going? I thought we were only going into the cane shop," I asked.

"We have one last errand we need to run before we go back," Ciel said and ran a small bell on the counter.

We were standing in a... Dress shop. There were all different kinds of elegant -- but obviously expensive -- dresses. There was a wide range of colors, that looked almost like a rainbow. There were a lot of corsets that blended with the colors of the dress, making it practically invisible.

But with my intense hatred for dresses, it all looked like death traps and things that I wouldn't wear if my life depended on it.

"Why are we here?!" I seethed, trying to get as far away as the sparkly dresses as if they carried black death.

"We're here to pick up your new uniform," Ciel informed, as a lady walked into the room.

"Hello Ciel, what can I get you?" She asked. She was the same lady that dressed Ciel in the show after the Circus Arc, I think.

"I'm here to pick up that special outfit I ordered," Ciel said.

"Oh right!" The lady exclaimed. "I have it in the back, let me go get it really quickly." She ran back for a second, leaving the three of us alone. Not a minute later she was back.

In her hand was a dress, it was a sleek black and white with a fire design at the bottom, but it was an alternating black and white like the rest of the dress. The straps of the dress crissed-crossed intricately in the back, making it seem extremely complicated. I could tell that there was a built-in corset from the body structure of it, which made me frown almost. The length of the dress seemed to be a bit long, but not too long at the same time. I could probably wear leggings underneath, if I wanted to.

With the dress came a few shirts and matching pants, probably to be worn around the manor. Each of those were also black and white, matching the dress.

I'm not going to lie, the dress was beautiful, elegant, and looked to be very time-consuming. I couldn't wear this dress, I didn't want to accidentally burn it or anything, that'd be such a waste...

"I'm guessing that the dress is for the young lady beside you?" The woman assumed.

"You are correct," Ciel nodded. "She needed a few outfits to wear around the manor, and a dress just in case we went to a... special occasion. I assume that it is made with that special material my butler provided you with."

"Of course," she nodded. "The dress came out wonderful, if I do say so myself!"

Ciel nodded, and motioned for Sebastian to grab the dress and other articles of clothing -- which he did -- and replaced it with a bag of coins in return.

"Thank you very much, my Lady," Sebastian said with a polite closed-eye smile.

"The pleasure is all mine," she gave an equally polite smile. "I love to serve the Phantomhives', they usually have the most... Interesting request." Sebastian chuckled and led us out of the shop.

"That's our last errand. We can go back now," Ciel said, and headed back for the carriage. "Augusta, make sure to change when you get back to the manor."

"Okay Ciel," I nodded. "What's that dress made out of anyway? Can I see it?" He gave me a curt nod, and Sebastian handed me the dress.

I felt the fabric for a second, and then gasped. "This is Nomex! It wasn't invented until the 1960s! Why... How do you have it?!" I exclaimed. Nomex is a type of clothing made to be flame-resistant, which is much needed in my situation. I checked the other clothes, which were also made out of the same material.

I had a few nomex clothes, but I had left it back in my dimension. The only nomex clothes that I had left was my gloves, which I why I wore them all the time.

"Sebastian made it," Ciel shrugged, "He told me about your tendency to... Set things, and yourself in some situations, on fire. I didn't want to have to repeatedly buy you clothes to wear, so I had him make that, and then send it to the clothes dresser. Is nomex what it's called in your world?"

"Yes!" I hissed, "And it wasn't created until the 1960s! Which I'm pretty sure this--" I waved my arms around, "-- is not the 1960s!! It's barely the 1900s! Did I NOT explain the whole 'universe-can-be-destroyed-if-something-comes-out-of-place-and-destroy-EVERYTHING' in the car?!?!!?" I ran a hand through my hair.

"We were in a carriage, not a 'car', whatever that is," Ciel rolled his eye. "And if you don't like it, I'll gladly take it back."

"Oh I'm keeping the clothes," I narrowed my eyes, and clutched the clothes to my chest. "But what I'm saying is that, if there was any extra materials, and that lady were to copy it, and recreate it, then sell it! There would be something in the world that shouldn't be here!!" My eyes went wide with the possibilities of what could happen. What if that guy who made it finds out that its already made? Then he would have nothing to invent! Or if he invents something that in the future, away from his time! Then the person who made that wouldn't have anything to make! There would be a PARADOX!! And I would be in the middle of it!

I groaned and ran another hand through my hair worryingly. Sebastian chuckled loudly making me glare angrily at him. "You think this is funny, Mr. Paradox-maker?! How in the world did you do that?!?! That's not possible!!"

"I gave her exactly enough to create a dress and a few outfits. There was no way for her to have extra material," Sebastian explained with an amused look on his face. "Did you know that your eyes turn pink when you are angry?" He mused making me frown.

My eye twitched angrily, and I glared at the man. "You knew that you had enough material, and you didn't tell me before I freaked out?"

He smirked. "What fun would that be if I didn't see you angered?"

I sighed. We had arrived at the carriage, and he was currently leading Ciel into it, and then me right beside him. Then something popped up in my head. "Wait a second, how did you know my size?"

Sebastian chuckled, and waved goodbye and motioned to close the door. "Oi! Wait a second! DON'T JUST CLOSE THE DOOR LIKE THAT!! ANSWER MY QUESTION, YOU PERVERTED DEMON!!!!"

We had finally arrived at the manor, I had felt the carriage pull to a halt, and I yawned.

"Are you tired?" Ciel asked.

"No, I was just 'sleeping'," I said and stretched a bit.

Ciel's eyebrows furrowed. "You weren't sleeping; your eyes were open."

"I don't actually sleep, Ciel," I informed him. "I was half asleep, I was mostly sleeping, but not enough to dream."

"How do you rest then?" He asked as Sebastian opened the door.

Once we were both out, I finally answered, "I don't. At least not usually." I shot a short glare at Sebastian who just smirked in response.

"What do you mean by--"

"Oh Ciel!" I interrupted, making him frown. "Do you like pink?"

"No, why?"

"No reason, just go into the manor," I took my clothes from Sebastian and headed around back, forwards the back kitchen door.

"Where are you going?" He asked me.

"You'll find out, remember. Oh Sebastian," He looked at me at sound of his name. "You might wanna come with me."

"I must stand by my Master's side at all times," Sebastian said.

I shrugged. "It's your loss," I said. "Just so your know, I will be taking a picture of you." He arched an eyebrow, but said nothing else.

"Whatever you say, Miss Augusta," he replied, and I headed around back, getting my tablet ready out of my backpack, and ready for use.

This is gonna be hilarious...

3rd POV

Ciel rose an eyebrow at Augusta's weird behavior. It's not like it's any different from what she usually acts like, he thought. She's so childish and annoying. He groaned inwardly, why did I hire her?

"Come on, Sebastian," Ciel commanded to his butler.

"Yes, my Lord," he said. "I'll prepare some tea at once, Young Master." Sebastian gave him a closed eye smile as he opened the manor's doors.

He looked back at his master, who's jaw dropped in shock and he pointed a shaky finger at the entrance.

A puzzled expression etched Sebastian's face for a moment. "What's wro--" he turned and followed his finger and his face filled with shock.

The manor was filled with pink, fluffy ruffles everywhere, and where there wasn't that, there was pink bunnies, kittens, teddy bears, et cetera. The whole inside was completely colorful, sparkly, and girly. Completely different from when they had left it.

"My mansion..." Ciel mumbled, flabbergasted.

"What in the world... is this?" Sebastian asked, equally as shocked.

"MR. SEBASTIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!!!!" The servants working in the manor yelled, as they ran up to the black haired butler.

"What in the world is this?" He asked them. Then he got a better look at the servants, mostly the two males. "More like, what is with that appearance, you two?"

The taller blond chef, Bard, was dressed up as a girly made, wearing a bib and frilly headpiece. The younger strawberry blonde, Finny, had rabbit ears on his head. It wasn't very manly for the either of them. The maid, Mey-rin, was left unscathed.

"Go ask that crazy girl!" Bard scowled, motioning towards the door to the ballroom.

Ciel and Sebastian both went over to the doors, and peeked through. "I've haven't seen you before, but you would look great in a pretty pink dress, not those boring ones you had before~!" A high-pitched, girly, and loud voice squeaked.

"Eliza-- Lizzy, I would love to do that, I really would, but I have something to do right now, so if you would excuse me," a familiar voice said, cautiously. Ciel recognized this as Augusta's.

Inside the ballroom was Elizabeth Miford, Ciel's fiancée, and Augusta Woods. Elizabeth had strawberry-blonde hair that was usually in curly pigtail, as it was now, and had a pink, poofy, and -- just like the rest of the manor -- girly. She was examining Augusta, like a shark, waiting to eat its prey, but in a more cutesy, girly, and not-so bloody way.

"You'd look just like him though~!" She said. "Adorable and cute~!"

Next to the Cute-crazed girl was Tanaka, wearing a pink frilly dress and his gray hair in curls, just like Elizabeth's. "Ho, ho, ho," the small man said with a drink of his tea.

Her head turned to Ciel, who had widened the crack in the door to see what was going on, and a smile broke out on her face. "AH~!" She exclaimed. "CI~EL!~! I WANTED TO SEE YOU~!" She had completely forgotten about Augusta and embraced Ciel in a hug, that really just look like a small child spinning a rag doll in circles.

Ciel was the rag doll...

"E...Elizabeth!" Ciel cried out in surprise.

She frowned for a second, and stared at him with a out formed on her face. "Lizzy! I told you to call me Lizzy! L-I-Z-Z-Y! Liz-zy!" She tightened the hug, making Ciel groan lightly, but she hadn't heard, and she spun him in circles. "Just as I thought, no matter how many times I look at you, you're always CUUUUUUUTE~!" She squeezed him tightly.

Luckily, Sebastian cut in, "Ahem, Miss Elizabeth," Sebastian cut in, and the girl let go of the dark haired boy.

"Oh, good day, Sebastian," she said with a smile.

"It has been a while since I laid eyes on you," he replied. In the background, you could see Augusta shuffling through something, and finally pulling out her sleek black, thin box, or tablet, and point it at the two.

"I have a souvenir for you too~!" She sang.

Sebastian forced a smile, and bent down to her level, and in a flash, she had a pinkest, fluffiest, frilliest, girli-est bonnet attached, and tied to his head.

"AH! It's so cuuute~!" She exclaimed happily. "You're always wearing black, so I thought those colors would look good on you!"

The servants standing behind him broke out in hysterical laughter. Sebastian turned around and gave them the worst glare from the depths of hell that he could muster, making them go quiet instantly.

"Thank you very much for the... Souvenir, my Lady," he put a hand over his heart, but your could hear his strained voice.

"It's fine~!" Elizabeth replied happily.

The sound of a light camera shutter filled the air, followed by a slight giggle. "Fufufu~..." A silver and black haired girl giggled behind the two.

"And what was that, Augusta?" Sebastian asked, the malice he usually hid in his voice was showing and directed at the girl.

"Oh nothing~..." She teased, and plugged a flash drive into the tablet. "Just a few pictures... I'll show you the finished outcome later~..." With that she ran away to god knows where leaving a silently fuming Sebastian behind.

Augusta's POV

With my finished product, I grinned from ear to ear. I had edited the picture of Sebastian on my MacBook and made him look fabulous of I do say so myself.

I copied the picture into my flash and hid it between my mattresses, just in case Sebby had gotten to it.

I had also changed into my new outfit, the flame-resistant one, which actually fit me snuggly. But then it reminded me that Sebastian had somehow got my measurements.

That perverted demon... I frowned thinking at the strange crow demon as I walked out the door and down the hall, towards Ciel's study. This'll be revenge, I thought as I opened the door to his study.

I froze at the sight. Ciel was on top of Sebastian, straddling him, with the adult on the floor. Both pairs of eyes were on me, and I stood there shocked. Suddenly, I pulled out my tablet and took at least ten pictures, then shoved it back in my bag.

"So... I guess SebaCiel was true, huh?" I asked, breaking the awkward silence. "I didn't know you swung that way, Ciel. I always suspected Bassy to be gay, but Ciel? Ha, who would've thought. Well actually, your gay fan base actually predicted it, but now I actually have evidence! SebastianxCiel, the ship of the century! I call godmother!" I laughed so hard that I cried and wiped tears from my eyes.

Ciel glared daggers at me and stood up. "Shut up Augusta!" Ciel ordered, his face going red with embarrassment.

"It's not like Sebastian's not your type," I continued, ignoring his protest. "Who wouldn't fall in love with a hot-as-hell demon? Too bad he's gay, but you'll make such a great couple!" I almost collapsed with laughter, and my shoulders shook violently. "I didn't know you were so dominant in the relationship, Ciel!"

"Oh please," Sebastian rolled his eyes. "If we were in a gay relationship, I would be the dominant one. Ciel's too submissive to be dominant."

I giggled and nodded agreeing with his argument. "But of course, Ciel could just order you to be submissive, then what?" Sebastian stopped, and nodded for a second, understanding my point.

"Stop this conversation at once!" Ciel ordered Sebastian.

"Yes, Young Master," Sebastian bowed. "My behavior was not appropriate for someone like you, I apologize."

"I do as well," I bowed just like Sebastian. "Gay Master." I added, and fell into another fit of laughter. Sebastian had to stop himself from chuckling too.

"SHUT UP!" Ciel's face was red again. "What do you want, Augusta?"

I blinked, trying to remember what I had came for, then I nodded. "Oh right! I have a present for you, Se-bas-chan~!" I sang, just like Grell, my third favorite Black Butler character. Sigh~, I adore Grell...

"Hm? And what would that be?" He asked me.

I grinned and swung my invisi-pack over my shoulder. "I'll show you~!" I turned off the invisibility and dug through the bag for my MacBook.

"Why do I have a bad feeling about this...?" Sebastian muttered.

"Oi Augusta," Ciel spoke up.

"Hmm?" I answered, still rummaging.

"How do you know where your backpack is when it is 'invisible'?" He asked.

"I usually have my bag on my person," I explained, pulling out my laptop and setting it on the table. "But if I lose it, then I have a tracking device on it, which is connected to my watch that I wear all the time. Speaking of which, Sebastian, remind me to fix my watch to London time, instead of central, like it's on now. The clock is no use of the time is different." My laptop had came on now, and I was typing in my password, not caring if Sebastian or Ciel saw since they had no clue to work electronic devices anyway.

"I'll do that later then," Sebastian nodded.

"Thanks," I nodded, and pulled up photo editor, my own program I made a while back. Just like Adobe's, but can be used for different, more fun things, then what they had, which is more professional.

Once I was ready to pull it up, I turned the laptop away, and clicked it. "Ready?"

"What is it?" Ciel asked.

"A picture," I confessed. "Well, more like a collection of pictures. But, it's alot better than just a picture. I think you'll like it."

"Show me then," Ciel said.

"On one condition: Nobody is to take, touch, damage, or destroy my electronics, and person. Also you can't 'borrow' them for investigation," I said.

"That's two conditions," Sebastian pointed out.

"Honestly, these pictures are worth a lot more conditions, but I'm being nice and giving you these two. Take it or leave it," I replied smoothly.

"...Fine, Sebastian, this is an order: Abide by Augusta's conditions, and you are not to go against them. Ever," Ciel ordered his butler.

"Yes, my Lord," Sebastian put a hand over his heart and bowed. I Cheshire cat grinned.

"Now show us the pictures," Ciel said.

"Ready?" I grinned.

"Yes!" He replied.

I giggled and flipped the laptop around. Ciel gasped, Sebastian gaped, I laughed loudly. Ciel held a hand over his mouth to keep from laughing and Sebastian frowned deeply and his eyebrows furrowed.

I had photo-shopped a picture of a pink, poofy, dress on Sebastian, just like -- or even more -- poofy and frilly as Elizabeth's, with the bonnet that he wore.

"I never wore something like that ever in my whole life," Sebastian admitted, staring at the picture.

"Of course you didn't," I assured. "I photo-shopped it, so it looks like that."

Sebastian opened his mouth to say something, but I cut him off. "Are you ready for the next one?" I asked.

"There's more?" Ciel asked in surprise.

"Hell yeah!" I answered, with a smirk. "I had about an hour to do this, that was enough to make at least 50 of these with my skill."

"5-50??" Sebastian stuttered slightly. "Are they all copies of this or--"

"Nope, all of them are different," I assured. "More fun that way, anyway. We should be going, Elizabeth is going to come in any second now, bringing in your outfit."

"She's in the parlor working on the decorations, I don't think that she'll--"

"CIIEEEEEEEEEELL~!!" A voice cried, bursting through the large study doors. "I brought your outfit~!!" Ciel looked at me questioningly, and I winked.

She ran over where I was as I placed the laptop back in my invisi-pack and turned on the invisibility, but stopped in front of me, and frowned. "You're still not cute at all!"

I frowned in response. "We have already went over this Liz. I'm don't do cute."

"And what material is this?" She asked me, touching my new clothes, much to my discomfort. "I've never seen it before. It's not cute either, it's rough! And why are you wearing those gloves! They're definitely not cute!"

"It's not supposed to be soft, Liz," I said. "It's made out of special materials. And I have to wear these gloves whether it's cute or not."

"I don't like it--" she began, but I rose my hand to stop her.

"It's not a matter of whether you like it or not, Liz," I interrupted, "I have to wear it, whether you like it or not, and you can't do anything about it." I had a stern tone in my voice, that dared her to question me.

She frowned and tears pricked at her eyes, making me sigh. "Now now, don't be that way," I said, giving her a hug with my arm. "I'm sure you can make other people cute too. How 'bout this: Next time you come over, I'll make Sebastian a kitty costume and you kitty ears, and you can both be cute together!" I saw Sebastian cringe at the thought making me grin.

She sniffed, and gave me a small smile. "Fine... But will you make Ciel some too?" She asked.

"Of course I will!" I answered, and poked her cheek. "But only if you make sure you send Ciel a em-- er, letter 2 weeks in advance in order to prepare."

She beamed. "Okay Augusta!" She smiled.

"Auggie," I corrected. "My friends call me Auggie. You're my friend, aren't you?"

"I-I am?" Her forest green eyes were wide with surprise.

"Of course!" I grinned, but my face went serious for a second. "But you have to promise to remind Ciel in advance, or I won't have anything for you."

"I promise!" She grinned, and I beamed.

"Great!" I smiled. "Now give Sebastian the outfit and he'll make sure to dress Ciel up! You still have to get ready yourself, and I sure Mey-rin will be absolutely love to help you get ready!"

Just as I said that, Mey-rin walked in. "Eh?"

"There's Mey-rin right there! Go on now! Get ready! I can't wait to see you for the ball!" I gave her a small push and she set off with Mey-rin running down the hall to god knows where.

After she was safely out of range, I sighed. "How did you do that?" Ciel asked.

"Do what?"

"That! You were stern with her without having her throw a complete fit, kept her from crying after you refused to change, got her to agree with dressing Sebastian and I in cat costumes -- which I did not agree to --, got her to make sure she would send out a letter in advance to signal her arrival two weeks earlier, and then sent her out so easily. How did you do that?" He looked completely troubled, and confused at my actions.

I smirked at his confusion. "I brainwashed her," I said.

He blinked in surprise and furrowed his brow. "Pardon, what?"

"I brainwashed her," I repeated. "I set up the argument knowing that she wouldn't approve of my outfit, since it wasn't cute, and reeled it in from that. I basically ruled the conversation, and although it seemed like she was doing most of it -- which is what she thinks she did -- she really just abided to what I wanted her to do, and I just molded it around what she would want.

"I had told Mey-rin to come to your study at 3:38 PM, and knowing her, she was going to be late, considering the fact that it was 3:45 PM when she came. I calculated the amount of time it took to get from the servant's quarters to here, which I knew she would be hiding since she didn't want to get 'cute-i-fied', and then added the average amount of klutzy incidents she could -- and would -- make on the way here. I had also rigged the hall coming here with a few things, making her stall a bit.

"When she had finally came, she was to be taken away again by Elizabeth and serving her purpose," I finished. "It wasn't that hard, just simple math."

Ciel looked, well, stunned, Sebastian was a bit impressed. "What about that motherly tone of yours? Where did that come from?"

"Hm?" I rose and eyebrow. "I used that alot in the foster home and the kids there. I'm usually the most mature, oldest person there, so I have to act like that."

"Foster home?" Sebastian asked.

"Yeah, just like an orphanage, but a different american system," I replied. "I don't feel like explaining it all to you guys right now. Oi Sebastian, do you have coffee?"

"No but we have tea," he replied.

I frowned. "Do you have creamer?"

"We have milk."

I sighed. "Okay then, can I have some tea?"

"I'll heat up a pot right now, if you like."

"No, I'll heat it up myself."

"As you wish," he walked off to get the tea, leaving us two alone.

"Ciel~..." I sang.

"What is it?" He replied.

"We need to prepare you for the ball~!" I squealed.

"Sebastian will do that."

I scoffed lightly. "I meant the dancing part, silly. I can help you!"

Ciel rose an eyebrow. "You can dance?"

I shrugged, and rubbed the back of my neck. "Well, in school, they make you learn ballroom dancing. To be honest I was no good at it, but I do have some tips on my laptop that will help you. I used it to pass the class." I pulled my laptop back out of my bag. I put it there when Lizzy came because I didn't want her to accidentally break it. Just to be safe.

"So you are telling me that you want to help me learn how to dance, even though you are no good at it?" Ciel asked skeptically.

"Well when you put it like that, it makes it seem like I have no clue what I'm doing~!" I giggled, and pulled up my virtual dancing instructor. It was just an app that someone recorded on YouTube, and recoded it into a app on the app store. It was like, 3.99 on the app store, but I passed my class with this, so it was worth it.

"That's what it sounded like to me!" Ciel argued, then looked at the man on the laptop. "Who's that? How did he get in there?"

"I don't have time to explain this," I sighed, and scrolled down the list of videos. "What dance do you need to learn first?" Sebastian set a cup of cold tea in front of me, with some sugar and other stuff. "Thanks Sebby."

"Please don't call me that," he sighed. "And Young Master needs to learn the Waltz."

"Too late, it's already your new nickname," I said as I looked up 'waltz' in the search bar, and successfully finding it. I pushed Ciel out to the empty area in the room, and sat in his comfy chair. Geez, this thing is so comfy, I need to get me one of these!

"Okay, Mr. Pirate, I'm going to play the video and you are going to listen to what he says. Sebby, you can be his partner, and help him," I explained as Sebastian walked over to Ciel.

"Don't call me that!" Ciel said.

"Of course, your Gay-ship," I grinned. Ciel's face went red ams he opened his mouth to say something, but I had already started the video, and faced the laptop towards him.

"Hello there," the video went, making Ciel freeze, and look at the laptop that was emitting sound. "Today we will be learning the classical waltz."

"...How is he--" Ciel began to say.

"SSHHHH!!!" I interrupted, and turned up the sound on the computer, making the man's voice louder. "Listen, and do as he says." I picked up my cup of tea, and added a few -- 5-10 -- cubes of sugar, a bunch of milk, and honey.

As Ciel learned to dance, I heated up my tea till it was steaming hot, and downed it. Hot tea danced on my tongue making me smile. Once I finished my tea, I pulled out my bag and began to work on a back-up plan for the dance, and I already had something in mind.

We walking into the ball seeing Elizabeth trying to make Mey-rin 'cute'. Mey-rin was running around, claiming that she couldn't take off her glasses because she was farsighted.

"Do it away with that," Ciel said making his presence known, and keeping Mey-rin from losing her glasses. He wore a ruffled blue suit with a matching hat. On his hand rested his Phantomhive ring, that signaled his position as the Earl.

"CIEEEEL~!" Elizabeth cried, running up to him and hugging him. "You look sooooo cuute~!"

"Hello Liz, how's the ball coming out?" I greeted with small wave. I had my long hair pinned up into a bun, with the courtesy of Sebastian. I wore my new uniform, not the dress since I didn't want to risk ruining it, and, of course, my special gloves. I didn't look cute at all, but I had already got the problem with Elizabeth wanting me to be 'cute' over with, so I was in the clear.

"The ballroom looks so cuuuuute~!" She squealed and gave the both of us a big, spine-cracking hug. Then she let go of me and spun Ciel in big circles. "You're so cuuuute~! Now everyone is cute, even the servants can join in the party!"

Suddenly she spotted Ciel's ring, and her happy-cheery demeanor instantly disappeared, and she grabbed Ciel's hand, that wore the blue ring, to her face to show Ciel. "Ciel, where is the ring I got you?!" She hissed, angrily at the boy. I tensed, getting ready for the next scene that was coming. "There was a ring that matched your westerner style clothing, wasn't there?!"

"Ring?" He answered calmly, taking his hand back from her grip. "This ring is fine."

The frown deepened on the strawberry blonde's face. Finally, she cracked. "NO!! I went through a lot of trouble trying to make everything adorable! Only the ring is not cute!!" Suddenly, she burst into tears. "Are-are you saying that you don't like the things I bought you, Ciel?!" She cried.

Ciel sweat dropped. "That's not it, this ring is--"

Then she dove at the ring on his finger and slipped it off. "--Mine now~!" She finished, victoriously.

"Lizzy, you shouldn't--" I tried to say, but she glare at me.

"And you! You're not wearing anything cute! You keep wearing those rough, un-cute gloves!" She said, I frowned and in the spilt of an eye, my gloves were off my hands. My eyes widened and I could feel my powers rising without the gloves. My gloves were the only thing that kept me from killing everyone, and they weren't on! I need my gloves!

"Elizabeth!" Both Ciel and I cried, but she heard none of it.

"I got it!" She cheered, and brought up the ring to her eye, and rubbed the gloves on her cheek. "This ring is super old, it won't fit you! And I can get some better, prettier gloves for you to wear, so you can be as cute as everyone else!"

"GIVE IT BACK!" Ciel yelled, angrily.

"Elizabeth, give me my gloves!" I said, with even more angrily than Ciel. My hands already felt like it was burning slowly, but I held it out anyway.

Everyone froze, looking at the both of us. Ciel had a stern look on his face, as did I. I need my gloves before she did something to it.

"Give it back, Elizabeth," Ciel ordered, his voice hard, and hand out. "Now."

"Give me my gloves! Now!" I yelled at her, not playing nice anymore. My eyes were narrowed into a fixed glare and my lips curled into a frown. "I need my gloves! Give it to me!" A hint of desperation tinged my voice, and I saw Sebastian look at me for a split second before diverting his gaze.

"Why... Why are you mad like that?" She asked, with a frown on her face and sadness shine in her deep green eyes. "I worked so hard on this for you, Ciel. And Auggie, I thought we were friends and... And friends help friends look cute, right?" Ciel's face was hard, and didn't change in the slightest.

Her fist clenched the ring in it, and her face contorted in anger. "All I did was try to make you look cute! So WHY ARE YOU MAD LIKE THAT?!" She screamed. "This ring and these gloves... I... I HATE IT!!!" She threw the ring on the ground, breaking it into a thousand pieces and threw my gloves into the fireplace that was burning beside us.

I sighed, knowing it could withstand the fire, but Ciel was brimming with anger. He rose his hand, to strike Elizabeth, and I quickly acted.

In a second, I was in front of Elizabeth, protecting her with my arms. When his ring-less hand crashed down on my face, I didn't flinch, move, or react, I just looked at him blankly.

"A-Auggie?" Elizabeth stuttered, in suprise.

"Augusta!" Ciel gasped, seeing that he had hit me. I kept my face blank, and moved out of the way.

"Master," Sebastian said his voice steadily calm. "Have you forgotten your cane?" Sebastian placed his cane in his empty hand, leaving Ciel to huff lightly. "Miss Elizabeth, please excuse my Master's actions. That ring was very important to the Phantomhive name. Every Phantomhive Earl has worn that ring. It was truly one of a kind."

More tears welled up in her already red eyes. "That ring was that important... And... I destroyed it?" She sobbed. "Ciel... I-- "

I quickly stared at Ciel to calculate his movements. He had thrown the Ring remains at approximately 3.81 MPH, with an angle of 126 degrees. The ring pieces looked to go at least 15-45 feet away from the manor. I clenched my fist and focused on the air movement outside, keeping it from moving at all. After a minute, I stopped, and the wind went back to the way it was before.

After I finished, I breathed heavily, and smirked. Crisis diverted, I thought in victory.

Ciel went on a rant on how the ring meant nothing to him, and that he was fine without it. Then he got Sebastian to play the violin, and they danced together, like Elizabeth had planned the whole time.

As they danced, I slowly walked out the back door, and to outside. If I didn't hurry up and get this ring, then the wind might blow it out of my range!

I finally made it to where the ring landed, and huffed in exhaustion. I didn't think that running all the way around the manor would take so long! This manor is too freaking big!

"Maybe you should work on your endurance rather than complain," I voice said behind me. Before I knew it, my hand was ablaze, and I sent a baseball-sized fireball at the person behind me.

They dodged it, and appeared right in front of me. It was Sebastian. I frowned at him and killed the burning flame behind him before it could do any serious damage. "You know, throwing fireballs at a someone isn't the best way to--" he was cut off by my knee placing its self between his legs. A look of shock appeared on his face, and his eye twitched.

"YOU DUMBASS!" I roared at him. "WHAT DID I TELL YOU ABOUT SNEAKING UP ON ME?! NEXT TIME YOU DO THAT I'M GOING TO POUR HOLY WATER DOWN YOUR THROAT, BURN YOU WITH SALT, SHOVE CROSSES IN YOUR FRIGGIN' EYES, AND THEN LOCK YOU IN A CHURCH!!" I ran a hand through my hair and glared at him menacingly. "I don't have my gloves! I could've hurt you! Don't do that!!"

He looked at me like I was crazy, and then chuckled. "You're an interesting being, you know that?"

"Shut up!" I hissed at him, still pissed off. "What do you want, Sebby?"

He cringed at the nickname, but sighed. "I'm here to find the pieces to Young Master's ring," he explained.

"Is the party done already?" I asked him.

"No, but it had dwindled down to small talk than dancing. They did not desire music anymore," he explained.

"Oh, okay," I nodded and looked around the grass. The pieces of the ring glimmered in the light of the sunset.

"What are you doing out here?" He asked me, reaching for a piece of the ring, but I held his arm back.

"I'm here for the same reason you are," I explained, and put his arm back by his side. "I'm going to fix the ring."

He looked at me amusingly, and crossed his arm across his chest. "And how do you intend to do that?" He asked me.

I smirked and rose my arms up. "Easy." The pieces of the metal and diamond pieces rose high in the air, but just in my arm's reach. I grabbed the pieces from the air and clenched them in my hand. I squeezed as tight as I could, and I could feel the diamond and metal shifting back together under the calloused skin of my hand.

In after few minutes of silence and concentration, I opened my hand to show the ring, just like it was before, completely unscathed, unbroken ring. It had no fault lines at all, it would be impossible to tell that it was even broken at all.

My hand, on the other hand were cut up and bloody from being scratched by the rough edges of diamond and metal. Some even bled from the deep, jagged cuts.

Sebastian frowned. "You are going to make a mess with that blood everywhere."

I rolled my eyes. "Oh thank you kind one for worrying about my well being," I replied sarcastically, and tossed him Ciel's ring. "Here, give this to Ciel tonight before he goes to bed. Don't tell him I fixed it."

"Why not?" He asked as he caught the ring and inspected it for faults.

"Does he know exactly what I am capable of yet?"

"No," Sebastian replied. "I did not tell him about your abilities, if that is what you mean. All I told him was your tendency to start fires."

This time, I frowned. "Why didn't you? I thought you told him everything."

"Young Master asked about your tendency to start fires accidentally, but he never ordered me to go into detail about how you start them," he tucked the ring into his coat safely and looked back at my hands. "If you do not bandage your hands, they will become infected."

"I know that, but I heal quickly so it doesn't really matter," I shrugged and headed back to the doors for the manor and Sebastian walked right beside me. For awhile we walks in silence, until I finally spoke up. "Sebastian, what am I?"

He looked down at me curiously, his rusty red eyes seemed to search through my soul. "Pardon?"

"What am I?" I repeated slowly. "You asked me that the other day when I... Lost control. Then earlier, you sa-- er, thought something about me being a 'elementist' whatever that is."

I looked down at the grass and sighed. "I have been asking myself that question my whole life, you know. I was always different from everyone else and I never knew what I was. I was excluded from everyone and everything else, and I never liked it. I was called a range of things varying from monster to demon spawn of hell. I always wanted to know what I was, where I came from, or even just a picture of what my parents looked like. Do you know what its like? Living your life never knowing your origin? Not knowing who you can depend on on life? Not even having a clear picture of your own existence?" I laughed humorlessly. "I'm sorry for being like this, it's weird. I'm weird. I shouldn't be asking you these kind of things."

Sebastian didn't say anything for a few minutes. I couldn't read his mind either, I assumed that he blocked his mind. "You're not human, I'll tell you that."

"Then what's an elementist?" I asked.

"It's too much to explain, Miss Augusta, and I don't know the full story of the Elementist myself."

"Then what do you know?" I pressed him for answers.

"I know that the Elementist had similar powers to yours, but your powers differ from theirs. If you don't mind, I have a question for you." I signaled for him to continue. "Why are you so dependent on those gloves of yours? You seemed very nerve-racked when Lady Elizabeth removed them."

I chuckled humorlessly. "Ah, well you see, those gloves are actually what kind of control my powers. If I don't have my gloves on, I'm more prone to starting accidents leading to the death of other people. I made those gloves in hopes to protect other people from my... Abilities... When I have my gloves on, I can't use my powers."

"Why would you want to do that to yourself? Why not let them free?"

I looked at the ground and scoffed. "Free? Free isn't even in my dictionary. I can't do 'free'. I'm a monster that needs to be contained for the sake of other people's wellbeing. As long as my powers are contained, then the curse will be controlled, and the body count lessens. I'll never be free as long as I have this ability... This curse..."

I stopped by hitting something accidentally, which happened to be Sebastian frowning at me. "What? Was it something I said?"

His eyes narrowed and he glared. "Why would you say that? Call yourself a monster? Your powers are anything but a curse, you should be grateful--"

"'Grateful'?" I scoffed. "Grateful for what? For being different? For being a monster? For having the ability to kill any one like that--" I snapped my fingers to show him a flame blowing wildly in the wind. "--I never asked to be like this! To be a 'elementist'! I want to be normal, not a monster, a abomination... A murderer..." We arrived at the doors to the manor just as I finished. "I'm going to my room. Tell the others that I was tired or something. Goodnight," I walked off quickly, not waiting for a reply, and Sebastian didn't follow me.

Once I got to my room, I tossed my bag to the side and flopped down on the bed, covering my face with my arm. I thought about what had happened today. I explained my situation to Ciel, we went shopping. Liz showed up, I -- kind of -- taught Ciel to dance, Liz broke Ciel's ring -- which I fixed -- and then threw my gloves into the fireplace. Then Sebastian barely explained what I was.

I sighed and ran a hand through my hair. We had a very overwhelming day, I guess.

I got up and went over to my makeshift desk, and began tinkering with my broken Dimension Portal. Soon I was completely engrossed into the metallic box.

I decided that the titanium plates weren't going to be of any use anymore, and even molding them back together wouldn't work. I was going to go out tomorrow to get animan, which would probably work better for travelling through dimension. I don't know why, but I was taking a while guess it would.

For now, I worked on my motherboard, that controlled the whole thing. It was broken... In half. The broken halves were also bent like waves. It was completely out of the picture.

I groaned and rubbed my temples. This is going to be a pain to fix... I thought. The wires are destroyed and frayed. It wouldn't be able to be used either.

After reviewing all of my pieces, I realized that all of it was totally unusable! Everything was either destroyed or broken or just unrecognizable. I groaned a d banged my head on the desk causing everything on top to rattle and shake. A few bolts even fell off.

"What am I going to do with this mess!" I said to no one in particular. "There is seriously nothing I can do other than build another dimension portal!!" I groaned loudly, but then froze.

"That's it! I'll just build another one!" I jumped up and smiled from ear to ear. But then it fell from my face. "No, no, I don't have all the materials to build a new one..."

"But I can always find more!" I argued back.

"But where? I'm stuck in a different dimension where the television wasn't invented yet! Where in the world would I find materials for that!"

"I can make it myself!"

I scoffed. "And where would I get the materials to make the materials that I need? I can't just build a motherboard out of straws and duct tape!"

"I'll find a way! I have the blue prints for the materials on my laptop and I can look it up how to build a motherboard and stuff!"

I face palmed. "Idiot! Your Wi-Fi hotspot probably doesn't work in a different universe!"

I was quiet for a second. "No, I don't think so... It worked when I was showing Ciel the dancing tutorials, remember?"

"Didn't I download those though?"

I shook my head. "No, it was already on YouTube. The app was a link to it, and you need Wi-Fi to start it up!"

"So, my Wi-Fi works in a alternate universe! That's so cool!! You know what this means!"

"That you can google how to make motherboards?"

"No! I can keep watching Fairy Tail when it updates!"

"...That's not the point, idiot..."

"Whatever. I can't believe my Wi-Fi works in a different dimension!"

"I can't believe you're carrying a conversation with yourself," a new voice spoke up from behind me. I jumped and shot a spike of ice at the person's face, and armed my hand with a ball of fire the size of my head.

They caught the ice spike and snapped it over their knee, then looked at me. "Would you please stop trying to kill me everytime I talk to you?" The person was obviously Sebastian.

My eye twitched angrily. "Sebastian! I'm serious, don't do that or I will kill you!" I scolded him. "You know I don't have my gloves!!"

"You keep saying that, yet I am right here, alive and well. Whatever happened to pouring salt down my throat and shoving crosses into my eyes?" He said teasingly.

I scowled, getting angrier, the fireball flickered and cracked in my palm, waiting to be released unto someone's face. "Why don't you knock next time? What do you want?"

"I did knock, for your information, but you were too engrossed in your argument with yourself in order to answer. I came to give you these," he tossed a something at me, which I caught with wide eyes. Before I could say anything Sebastian answered, "I got it out of the fireplace and it wasn't scorched in the slightest. I assume it is fireproof, just like your clothes. Consider it a thanks fir fixing Young Master's ring. Might I ask why you were talking to yourself?" I slipped my gloves on, a smirk tugged at my lips. It was a bit... Ashy, but other than that, it was perfectly fine!

I sighed, remembering my dilemma and dispersed the fireball and ran a hand through my hair. "I was trying to find a way to rebuild my Dimension Portal. I think I have a solution, but I don't know if it will work." I flopped on the bed and sighed.

"What's your solution?" Sebastian asked, sitting next to me.

"Well, I think that I still have Wi-Fi in this dimension, which will allow me to use the internet. Then I can google how to create a motherboard and..." I paused. "You don't understand one word I'm saying do you?"

"Not a clue," he replied honestly. "But I found that when humans discuss their problems aloud, they often can find their answer's easier."

"I thought I wasn't human?"

"You aren't, but you have human-like behavior, probably from living in a human environment for so long. You were just displaying it a moment ago by talking to yourself since no one else was there to talk to you."

"Oh, okay then, I'll continue. Like I was saying, I need a motherboard and the one that I have is just junk now. I can't even reuse the one I have now! I'll have to make another one, but I got my old one from the spare parts of a computer, and I don't have a computer to use, other than my MacBook, but I need that. I need to google how to create one, and maybe, just maybe, I can make my own an then I'll have the main part for the Dimension Portal.

"Thinking about it now, I'll need someway to patch up that hole I left in the fabric of reality, or else god knows what'll happen, so that's a major problem. I probably just have to find the rift that I made in order to go back to where I came from, which I guess is fine..."

This went on for the most part of the night, I was just explaining my problems and theories to Sebastian, and he just listened, and kept quiet about it. Then we went into how to control my abilities -- the reading minds one -- and he helped me block out unwanted thoughts and focus on a person's mind, and read it without them knowing or having someone else's thoughts interfering.

Sebastian was actually good company to keep at night instead of spending it by myself, which was surprising. Eventually, he left and I went back to tinkering with my dimension portal. For once, I couldn't wait for the next day.

Chapter 7:

Augusta's POV

I was just finishing cleaning up my room. I decided that if I was going to stay here until my Dimension Portal was fixed, then I might as well get comfy because it wasn't getting dine any time soon.

Whatever clothes I had was in the closet, my desk was littered with metal and parts to the Dimension Portal and tools, my bed was... Somewhat straightened. There was a few nuts and bolts sprayed across the ground, making it somewhat of a minefield. I had to be careful when walking around though, stepping on a nut/bolt was like stepping on a Lego *shudders*.

After I showered really quickly, in order to get rid of the smell of metal -- but it didn't work -- I began to focus on my hair. When I was working last night, my hair kept getting into the way of my working. I looked through the drawers in the bathroom to find scissor, and succeeding in finding the sharp device.

I cut my hair into my old boyish haircut that I had before I left and smiled. At least I had something that made me 'normal'.

I quickly got dressed and put on my gloves, then I grabbed my backpack, then left the room, racing down the halls. I didn't know what time it actually was, since I had never rest my watch, so I guessed it was at least 6 or 7. At least I hoped it was...

I finally made it to the kitchen, seeing Bard at the stove doing god knows what.

"Hey Bard, what's up?" I asked the blond chef, making him jump. "Oh, its just you Augusta. Geez, don't scare me like that, I thought you were Sebastian!"

I laughed. "Ha! I'd rather die then be Sebastian!" I grinned. "Whatcha doin'?"

A grin stretched out on Bard face, making his toothpick bounce in his mouth. "I decided that since I'm the des'gnat'd chef 'round 'ere that I should do some'a the cookin' too! So I'm makin' Master Ciel's breakfast!"

"Cool!" I grinned. "Can I help?"

"Sure! Just go knead that dough over there!" He pointed to the pile of un-kneaded dough.

"Okay!" I walked over to the dough and took off my gloves to knead it, luckily not setting it on fire... For now...

After awhile my patience wore thin, and my hands feel tired and my fingers began to ache. "Bard?"

"Yea?"

"This is boring. Can we spice it up?"

"We can use the flamethrower."

I smirk kissed my lips. "Flamethrower? You have a flamethrower and you didn't tell me?!"

"Of course I have a flamethrower!" He went under the counter in some unknown compartment and pulled out the infamous flamethrower.

I gasped in delight. "Can I use it?!?"

"I don't know... It's not really for kids, and Sebastian always gets mad whenever I use it, so..."

"I'm not a kid!" I pouted. "I'm fourteen! Please, oh please can I use the flamethrower!" I practically am a flamethrower, but I wasn't going to say that.

"... Only if you promise not to hurt yourself. I'm not gettin' in trouble for hurtin' a kid by accident."

"I promise!" I replied. "Cross my heart, hope to die, stick a needle in my eye!"

He chuckled and handed me the flamethrower. "Okay here's how you work it..." He gave me a quick tutorial on how to operate a flamethrower, and I soaked in all the new information.

"Got it?"

"Aye aye, Capt'n Bard!" I quickly put my gloves on and put the protective gear over my face.

"Fire when ready," He commanded.

I switched the lever and fire came shooting out of the flamethrower, and towards the food, burning it to a crisp. After it was burnt to ashes, we put a few dynamite sticks into the 'food' and lit them.

We dove behind the counter and waited. 'Three... Two... One...' Bard mouthed and then a eardrum-shattering bang filled the room making all the dishes rattle and shake. The food splayed all across the now black and soot-y walls and smoke filled the air.

We coughed and fanned the air. Bard and my hair had gone into a complete afro, making me giggle. "That was so cool! Let's do it again!!"

"Yeah!" Bard agreed. "I'll get another round set! You get the flamethrower!" I nodded and went to get the supplies.

"Just WHAT is going on here?!" A new voice rang making both of us freeze.

"S-Sebastian!" We squeaked.

"What are you doing to Young Master's breakfast! And why are you helping him?!" He yelled, his eyes boiling with anger.

"Heheh, well ya see..." I started looking at Bard.

"We were going to cook Young Master's food, but then we got bored so..." He looked back at me to finish.

"...we decided that it would be faster and easier to use the dynamite and flamethrowers." I finished.

"And where is Young Master's breakfast?" Sebastian inquired.

I pointed to the pile of ashes and unrecognizable food. "I just don't know what went wrong..." I muttered.

"I'm pretty sure the part where you used explosives was where you were at fault!" Sebastian glared. "Now I want you both to go clean up this mess you made while I make Young Master's breakfast. Again," we nodded but didn't move an inch. "NOW!"

We scurried off, quickly cleaning up everything we could. I scrubbed floor while -- since I'm vertically challenged -- and Bard did the walls.

"I'm s'rry I got you into this mess..." Bard apologized awkwardly.

"Pfft! Don't be," I replied. "That was the best thing I've done in my whole life! Besides I'm the one who decided to speed along the process. Maybe we can do it again sometime."

Bard smiled. "Sure thing!" He said. "You're fun to hang 'round with, Augusta!"

"Auggie," I corrected. "My friends call me Auggie, and you're my friend."

Bard smiled even more. "Okay then, Auggie. I can't wait to cook with you again!"

"That's not going to happen anytime soon," Sebastian said. "Augusta, take this to Young Master in order to make up for the breakfast you destroyed."

"Yeah whatever," I said, taking the tray from him. "I'll see ya later, Bard!" I called as I walked away with the large tray of food.

"Bye Auggie!" He called back, making me smile slightly as I walked to Ciel's office.

"Could you please explain why you look like that?" Ciel asked after I walked into the room. Ciel was at his desk, taking a short break to drink the tea that I brought.

I laughed nervously. "Well you see, I was cooking with Bard and then we decided that it'd be better to use different materials, so... We use the flamethrower. Only for a little bit though! Then... It kind of escalated so now the kitchen looks like a after effects of a minefield..." I explained to the one-eyed boy.

He sighed, "Why is it that I always hire incompetent idiots to work in my mansion...?"

"Hey! I'm not an idiot!" I protested with a huff. "When is Madam Red and 'em coming over?"

"Soon, maybe in an hour, and the head of the Yard will be there also. I would rather you not look like that so go change, or clean yourself. I don't need your appearance tarnishing the Phantomhive name," Ciel said, as he sipped his tea.

"Hm? Oh, I'll do it later," I waved it off. Suddenly, I remembered what was going to happen today. "Oh Ciel, by the way, tonight, I need to borrow some things."

"What for?" He asked.

"I can't exactly say, but I'll just need one of your outfits, and probably a picture of you. More like your hair..."

"Why would you need my clothes or my hair?" He asked again.

I sighed. "Remember when I was saying that if I told you something that will happen in the future, I could end all life as we know it?" He nodded, "This is one of those time, okay? Let's just say, I'm saving you a headache."

"...Okay whatever, I'll inform Sebastian later," just as he said that, the door opened showing a black and white butler.

"My Lord, the guest will be arriving soon," he said, and then his gaze turned to me. "Please make sure you recompose yourself before meeting the guest."

"I was just going to do that," I told him. "Ciel, don't forget my request. I really need it before tonight. More like before nightfall."

"I'll have Sebastian prepare it," Ciel said, and I grinned

"Great!" I said happily. "I'll be back. Don't do anything!"

With that I ran away, in order to take another shower.

"They're quite boisterous..." A man muttered referring to the loud servants behind the closed door. He was very wide and was sitting in a chair eating. "There seems to be some rats in here too..." He took another bite of his sandwich, making me frown. "How long do you intend to let rats like that run around spreading their nasty disease?"

Lau was standing next to the pool table, taking his turn, and sinking a ball. "Shall we let it do as it please, pr shall we make it swim?" Everyone turned to Ciel and I, who was standing next to his chair poker-faced. That's the wrong game, Augusta... I chided myself with a giggle.

"Yes, he always aims for the Nine ball. Will you pass again, Earl Phantomhive?" Lau said with a smirk.

"Pass," Ciel said monotonously. "A ball that you can't help hitting is an un-hit principle." He replied smoothly. I smirked and watched the game, analytically. He was right, there was a 45% chance he wouldn't be able to sink that ball if he went now. It's be foolish to play now." The man with a cigarette in his mouth went to take his turn. "That is good judgment. When will the rats be exterminated?"

The man who was the head of the police suddenly got a dark look on his face, realizing that the comment was directed towards him. "Soon," he said with a slight cough. "I recently received the ingredients from Clause." The name made me cringe inwardly, as I recalled the perverse man.

"We will eradicate the rat that finds its nest after we break a few of its bones," Ciel said with a devilish smirk, "When can I get compensation for it?"

Head-Of-Police Man frowned deeply. "...You vulture..." His eyes were narrowed at Ciel.

Ciel's face suddenly darkened and he glared at the man. "Do you possess the right to insult our crest?" Ciel asked, authority laced in his eerily calm voice. "You, a bloodhound, cannot even catch one rat?"

The man gritted his teeth in anger and glared at the young boy. "Why you..."

"Too bad. It's a fall," Lau said with small sigh, his voice had its usual carefree tone to it. "Billiards is hard." Oh right, I forgot. Apparently they called pool 'billiards' for some reason. I think its just a British thing, like how they call fries 'chips' and stuff. British people are weird...

"Next is the Earl, what will you do?" Lau asked. "Will you put an end to this wating game?"

Ciel got up and walked over to the pool, I'm sorry, Billiard table(?), and I stayed at the chair. I didn't feel like moving at the moment, I had already gotten use to the spot.

Ciel aimed at the three-ball, with the intention to sink three balls in one shot. I smirked at his intelligence, look at him, taking risks in pool! They grow up so fast~!

"Greed will be your demise," the head of police commented, with clenched hands and gritted teeth.

Ciel merely laughed. "Ha," he shot, and in a chain reaction, he sunk all three said balls.

"Greed, huh?"

"Auggie!" Mey-rin voice shouted down the hall, making me turn around. Ciel sent me to go to Sebastian to get some tea for the guest.

Mey-rin was holding a green outfit in her hands and running towards me. Suddenly, she tripped on the carpet and fell. Acting instantly, I ran over to her, and caught her just before she made impact with the carpet and caught the clothes in the other hand.

"Geez, Mey, don't scare me like that," I scolded lightly. "You could've hurt yourself!"

Mey-rin blushed, and picked herself up. "S-sorry, Auggie," she apologized with a bow.

"What do you need?" I asked the red-headed ditz.

"Oh right!" She pointed to the clothes in my hand. "Sebastian said to give these to you! It's Young Master's old clothes that he can no longer fit!"

I smiled at the maid. "Right! Thanks Mey!" I examined the clothes with a smile. "Tell Sebastian that the guests need more tea." I walked off in the opposite direction.

"W-where are you going? And why do you need Young Master's clothes?" Mey-rin asked as I stalked off.

"I'll tell you later!" I called back and ran before she could ask anymore questions.

If you didn't know already, I was going to dress up as Ciel in order to trick the people from the Italian mafia that was going to kidnap him.

I already had a solid plan in my head, as long as I can pull it off, Ciel will be safe.

Once I reached my room, I locked my door and got to work.

First, my hair. It is quite obvious that Ciel does not have Silver/black hair, so I'm going to need to change it.

I already have a solution to that. This morning, I was waling along the forest line and found a bunch of a wild growing flower that changes your hair color to blue, since the flower was blue. All you had to do was apply it correctly and BOOM! Bluette!

I had already prepared the flower beforehand by mashing it up and adding a few liquids into it. It needed to sit for a few hours -- which it already did -- in order to be used.

I took my concoction and went to the bathroom, lying on the counter were the scissors from when I cut my hair earlier. I pulled out my tablet and looked at the picture of Ciel, and memorized the way his hair looked.

I began to cut my locks one by one until my hair was identical to Ciel's and applied the hair dye to it smoothly. Soon my hair was a deep bluish/indigo and identical to Ciel's.

I slipped into Ciel's clothes easily. He wasn't that bigger than I was, actually it fit quite snugly and only was a bit tight on the sleeves. It also came with an old eye patch which was awesome. I feel like a pirate, I thought with a silly smile.

Finally, my eyes. Ciel obviously does not have multicolored eyes, I know that, so I needed a way to keep my eye color one color, preferably blue. Last night, I had studied my eye colors to see which one matched my emotion and wrote them down. This is what I got:

Red -- Happy

Black -- Sad

Blue -- Uncaring/Indifferent

Pink -- Angry

Gray -- Joyous

Light Green -- Caring

Yellow -- Envy

Purple -- Normal

Orange -- Fear

Brown -- Humor/Funny

Sea-green -- Nervous

Forest Green -- Bashful/sheepish

Indigo -- Shock, Surprise

Light blue -- Sarcastic

Really what I did was make faces in the mirror accordingly. But it worked.

Anyways, all I have to do is act/feel indifferent and then they won't notice that it's me.

I practiced this a few times in the mirror, changing my eye color over and over again, until I could do it flawlessly.

I grinned, my plan would go perfectly! Well, except for one thing. My gloves. If they take off my gloves during the kidnapping, then that's pretty much it and Ciel would be in danger, and I would fail.

No! I thought, forcing the pessimistic thoughts out of my head. There's no time to think like that! Focus on the task at hand: Keeping Ciel out of danger.

I took a deep breath, and walked out of the room and headed for Ciel's study. This is where he was attacked and taken. If I just stay here and act like Ciel then they'll take me instead.

For a few hours, I sat at his desk, acting like I was doing work the whole time. I didn't know exactly when they would come so I had to act like Ciel the whole time I was there. Every now and then, I would get up and go to his bookcase, and sift through his books, acting like I was looking for something, but other than that, that was it.

Later that night, I began to focus more, I knew that Vandel would attack at anytime now, so I needed to stay on edge. I also had to listen out for Ciel. I knew that the guest would keep him occupied until later that night, when he decided to go back to his study and work. I kept an ear out for him in the hallway, listening for even the slightest movement.

Then I felt the wind shift in the room, and the window creak. Because it was night, it was also significantly dark and I hadn't bothered to light the candle for some reason.

I heard the floorboard creak under someone's silent shoes. "Who's there?" I asked, making my voice deep to match Ciel's. "Come out! Now!"

In an instant, a rag was covered over my mouth, and I breathed in the chloroform laced in it. My eyes drooped and my head felt light then darkness engulfed me.

3rd POV

Ciel walked down the hallway in the direction of his study. He was rather tired after spending the whole day with adults, but knew that he had even more work lying ahead of him.

He could practically feel the headache approaching his mind.

He sighed and walked down the hall whilst reading the document in his hand.

His butler, Sebastian, saw his master approaching him. He thought that he would still be with the other guests idling talking. But knowing his master, he would probably tire easily so it was not much of a surprise.

"Tonight, escort Duke Randall by carriage to his mansion. Will you take care of the carriage?" Ciel said as he walked to his study. Before him was a strange sight. His gardener was dressed up like a cat, the maid had mouse traps attached to her hand and other various body parts, and the chef had a cooking pot covering his head and was crying.

Ciel dismissed this unusual sight since this was quite usual in the Phantomhive Manor.

"And Sebastian," Ciel said, and the butler turned to him. "Leave tonight's plans open."

This last comment caught the butler's attention as a smirk formed on his lips, "Yes, my Lord. I have also prepared a snack for you. It is the apple and raisin dip pie. I will bring it when it is done baking, so please wait."

"Okay," he answered and made his way to his study. "Please send Augusta to my study also. I have something I want to discuss with her."

Sebastian nodded. "I haven't seen Miss Augusta for quite a while, my Lord. I assumed that she was with you."

Ciel stopped and looked back at the butler. "No, I sent her to you to get more tea for our guest earlier, but she never came back. I assumed that you sent her on some other chores."

Sebastian rose an eyebrow. "I never got a message saying to prepare tea."

Ciel's eyebrows ruffled in confusion. "Then where is Agusta?"

The redheaded maid looked up. "Oh! Mr. Sebastian, I forgot to tell you that I gave Augusta the clothes that she requested. She also told me to tell you to prepare some tea, but I forgot, I'm sorry," the maid bowed her head in shame, and her cheeks heated with embarrassment.

Sebastian sighed and rose the maid's head. "Do you know where she is now, Mey-rin?"

The maid's face heated to the color of a tomato, and her glasses cracked slightly. "A-ah! I-I s-s-saw he-er g-g-go in-into he-her ro-ro-room and t-t-the-then Y-Y-Yo-young Ma-Ma-Master c-came o-o-out! T-that's a-a-all I k-k-know, ye-yes it is!!" With that she ran off clumsily to go help the other servants with catching the mice.

"I haven't been in Augusta's room," Ciel said. "Why would Augusta dress up as me?"

"I do no know, my Lord," Sebastian answered. "Although, with Augusta's ability to know what will happen before it does, then do you think that she--"

"M-Mr. Sebastian!" Mey-rin's voice rang down the hall way as she ran. She accidentally stepped on her shoelace, and tripped. Simultaneously, a faint clicking noise could be heard from the outside.

In an instant, Sebastian pushed Ciel down and caught Mey-rin, just before she hit the floor. The window beside them shattered it pieces as the bullet collided with it.

"Sebastian!" Ciel's voice rang out in surprise.

Ciel had roughly landed in Sebastian's arms as Mey-rin landing flat in his chest. "I apologize for being so rough, my Lord. Mey-rin who did you say that latter was addressed to?"

"O-oh right! It's u-um addressed to 'S-Sir Phantomhive a-and Valet.'"

"Please let me see the letter," he said, and grabbed it from the maid, who was once again, red faced.

'We've got your employer, bring us what we want. Bring it to White Chapel on Back's Row,' the letter read.

"What?" Ciel said, grabbed the letter. "I'm your employer, so who do they--" Realization dawned on his face.

"What a complicated situation," Sebastian mused. "What do you suggest we do, my Lord?"

"Sebastian, this is an order: Bring Augusta back to the manor," Ciel said with a serious face. Sebastian smirked.

"Yes, my Lord."

Chapter 8:

Augusta's POV

This was a bad idea. I thought as I felt Vandel kick me in the stomach again.

I realized that if I showed any emotion other than indifference, then my eyes would change colors and my whole act would be up.

If I said or did anything other than indifference then they would realize that I wasn't Ciel.

"Why don't you talk, dammit!" Vener yelled, kicking me in the back. I winced and cough up a few drops of blood. I suppressed the urge to glare at the man. "Look at this! The Queen's lapdog too scared to even speak! Some Earl you are!" Anger bubbled in my chest, but I kept my face straight.

"I hope you know that every moment you spend here, acting like a mute, is another second your puny little servants are tortured and killed," he said with a cocky smirk. I said nothing, knowing that the servants could protect themselves. "I should just have them all kidnapped, and then bring them here so you can watch them die by my hands."

My eyebrow twitched, and my anger rose. "I'll have them all maimed, and killed. Slowly and painfully." With each word, I felt my façade break, making it even harder to suppress my growing anger.

"And you know what? I'll start with that creepy-ass butler of yours!" He chided. That was the last straw. I glared at the man, I knew my eyes turned a bright, yet frightening, pink.

"Shut up! You don't know what they're capable of! You're the one who drew the short stick, Vener!" I yelled, then saw my fault and gasped. "Shit!"

"What's this? You're not Ciel Phantomhive, are you! Who are you?!" Vener glared.

"Hehehe... Sorry, your goons grabbed the wrong person..." I said, officially ending my act. "You probably don't know me. I'm Augusta Woods, Phantomhive maid. Remember, I was there when you guys were playing pool, I mean Billiards sorry. They call it pool where I come from."

"SHUT UP!" Vener yelled and smacked me across the face. "WHERE'S PHANTOMHIVE?!" His face was red with anger, which was actually kind of funny to see.

"Back at the manor," I replied nonchalantly. "Did you not hear me when I said that your goons picked up the wrong guy? You must be older than I thought if your hearing has gone by now." That last comment only made matters worse, since he kicked me in the gut, and grabbed me by my -- now short -- hair.

"YOU BITCH!" He spat, in my face.

"Why are you calling me the bitch? I'm not the one who kidnapped the wrong kid," I replied coolly. "If you want someone to yell at, then yell at your goons who made the mistake. While you're at it, go brush your teeth, your breath could kill a full grown cow."

In situations where you have been mistaken for Ciel Phantomhive and kidnapped by a Italian mafia, it would be recommended to not insult your kidnapper's personal hygiene. He may or may not pull out a gun on you.

Of course, since I did insult him, I ended up with a gun inbetween my eyebrows. "Shut up, whore, or I'll shoot your brains out!" He threatened as he nudged the gun on my head.

"How cute, you have a gun~!" I teased the man. "Too bad those don't work on me."

"What the hell are you talking about, bitch!" He yelled.

"Wow, you must seriously be going old," I tsked. "How old are you anyway? 50? 60? It's no wonder your hearing is leaving, huh?"

Vener grew an angry tick mark. "I'm 34, bitch!" He glared.

"Meh, it doesn't matter at this point anyway," I yawned. "Sebby will be calling anytime now and then you'll be scared out of your wits. You know, the more you're scared, the more hours you lose on your lifespan? True story." I grinned. "Oh look, he's calling now. The phone will ring in Three."

"What are you--"

"Two..."

"Shut up!"

"One~!"

'RRIINNNGGGG!!!' The phone screeched, and I giggled loudly.

"H-how did you--"

"Hey, you should probably answer that. It's for you," I said darkly, and a creepy smirk crept on my face.

Vener looked at me oddly, before picking up the phone. "What is--"

"I'm sorry, we failed," the man's voice said from the phone.

"You failed!? You useless bastards!!" He yelled into the phone. "This is why you are worth less than shit! I'm through with you! Come back at once!!"

"W-wait! Something just came up! What the hell?!!" The man screeched.

"What's wrong, did a bear show up or something?" Vener joked half heartedly.

"WAAAH! AAAHH!!!" They screamed.

"What's with you guys? It is something you can't handle?" Vener asked them.

"G-gimme more speed!" One of the men said.

"That's not possible!!"

"It's no use!! It's coming!"

"What's coming?!" Vener yelled at them. "Jokes won't--" They screamed again. "CUT IT OUT, YOU BASTARDS!!"

"It's not good!! It's here!!" They screamed.

"KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!" They're screams were ear-piercingly loud.

"Oi, tell your goons to die quieter!" I complained. "Ever heard of the saying 'suffer in silence'? Geez!"

"SHUT UP YOU STUPID BRAT!!" Vener yelled, stomping on my body repeatedly, and then ending with a kick to the side. I oddly felt like Eren Jaeger from Attack on Titan. He went back to the phone. "OI! IF YOU DON'T ANSWER I'LL HAVE YOU KILLED! OI!!"

"It's too late to have them killed, old man," I told him, as I winced in pain from talking. "They were already long gone once they stepped foot on Phantomhive property. Give it up, you lost."

Vener glared daggers at me, and kicked me so hard that I pretty much flew as far as my chained hands would take me, and hit the wall. I groaned lightly, and winced in pain. I should stop talking, shouldn't I?

"DIDN'T I TELL YOU TO SHUT UP, BRAT!" Vener screamed. "ONE MORE COMMENT AND A BULLET IS WHAT'S GONNA GO THROUGH THAT THICK HEAD OF YOURS, BITCH!!"

"Whatever, tell Sebby I said hi," I said.

"What are you--"

"Hello?" A new, familiar voice said on the phone. The atmosphere was dropped so quickly at that one word. You could seriously cut the tension with a knife. Or chainsaw, if you're Grell.

"Hello?" He said again. "I am a member of the Phantomhive household. It seems that you have our maid. I hope she hasn't been troubling you." There was a short pause. "Hello? Is something the matter?"

Vener was sweating bullets, and in too much shock to even reply to the butler.

"Sebby, hurry up!" I said from the floor I was lying on. "I'm hungry."

"Right away, Miss Augusta," Sebastian answered. "I will prepare a dish once we return."

"Okay!" I cheered. "Oh! Can we have dessert too! I'm in the mood for cheesecake... No no, chocolate would be better actually."

"We'll see," he replied. "I must go now, or we won't have time for you to eat."

"Okay, bye-bye Sebby~!" I smiled.

"Goodbye, Miss Augusta," the line went dead, and Vandel was staring at me like I had lost my mind.

"What? I'm hungry," I tried to shrug, but my shoulders see too bruised. Vener was just standing there, stunned. "You know, I were you and had a badass butler coming at my base to kill me, I'd be telling people to go prepare. Or lock down the base, that's a good idea."

This took the man out of his silence, and he began yelling at everyone to go gear up and stuff. I just lied there, ny nose bleeding and blood seeping out of my mouth, yet I had a smirk on my face.

"And you!" He said and turned to me. "Whoever you called to help your sorry ass, isn't gonna come!!"

"And how do you know that?" I asked and gasped. "Can you see the future too~! That so cool~!!"

"SHUT UP, YOU HALF-PINTED BRAT!!" He yelled and kicked me upside the head, making my ears ring in pain. Suddenly, gunshots started to go off outside the doors, and rang throughout the building.

"So it begins~..." I said creepily, and smirked. "Oi, old man, you wanna hear a song?"

"What? No! Shut up!" He hissed.

"So you do wanna hear my song~! It's called 'Will You Help Me Hide A Body'! I hope you like it~!"

Will you help me hide a body?

C'mon we can't delay

No one can see him on the floor,

Get him out the door,

Before he can decay!

I thought you were my buddy

We won't get caught

Just help me and don't ask why

Will you help me hide a body?

It didn't have to be in one piece.

(Go away, Anna)

Oh dear, why...

Won't you help me hide a body?

This one's been knocked out since last Fall

I think his company is overdue

It's about time we threw

His body down the well

(Stay down there, Joan.)

It gets a little lonely

Digging up all these graves

Out in the night by myself...

(Ugh, we're already running out of space in these caves!)

Elsa, please I know you're in there

You've been hiding all these years

They say, "don't cry" and I have tried to

Hide bodies without you

Now I'm out of tears

I've killed mother and father

Now it's just you and me

What are you gonna do?

Won't you help me hide their bodies?

I ended with a nice big grin on my face and hand Vener shaking in his boots at my morbid song. "Do you like it?" I asked, cocking my head and grinning.

"YOU CREEPY BITCH!!" Vener yelled, and punched me in the face, and causing me to fall on the ground. "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?!!?"

I ignored the immense pain I felt in my side and on my swollen cheek. "Aww, you didn't like it? Should I sing it again?" I took a deep breath. "Will you help me-- mmff!" A gag was tied to my mouth, keeping me from making any more noise.

"Ha, there!" Vener said victoriously. "I should've done that forever ago," he chuckled nervously. The sound of shoes clacking against the marble flooring outside the door stopped him from making any further comments.

His eyes widened and he pulled out a gun with a shaky hand. The wooden double doors creaked open to show and out of the darkness came Sebastian.

"Please pardon the intrusion," Sebastian said, and bowed. "I've come to retrieve the maid."

"Haha, I'm surprised you were able to defeat all those people," Vender said. He was seriously scared that it was actually funny. "I was wondering what kind of monster would come, but you're just a butler." He pointed his gun at him. "Who are you really? Ex-mercenary? You can't seriously be just a butler."

"Oh but I am, Sir Azzurro," Sebastian said. "I am a butler to the core, and only that."

"I see, then I have no intention of fighting Sir Butler. I yield," Vener said, but then grabbed my hair with his fist. "But you know," he placed the gun at my head, and held me in front of him as a human shield. "I will be taking those goods you managed to get."

"You wouldn't want your pretty little maid to have breathing holes in her head, will you?" He asked, and I rolled my eyes.

"Puh-lease," I groaned, having already got the gag off my mouth. "You know that the lungs are in the chest, right? How in the world will I be breathing out of my head? That's stupid. And besides, didn't I tell you that your puny little guns won't work on me? You should see a doctor about your hearing because even old men like you should be able to hear at least that much." The barrel of the gun was brought down on my head, causing me to wince. I felt a headache coming on already.

"Shut up, you little shit!!" Vener hissed.

"Now now," Sebastian said. "The thing you're looking for is right he--"

BANG!! The first shot went followed by a dozen more.

The room stank of blood and gun smoke, after the men in the paintings had shot Sebastian. "Did-did we get him?" They asked and looked at the body of the 'dead' butler. Sebastian had at least a dozen bullet holes in him and was leaking an extreme amount of blood.

"Haha, I'm sorry Romeo," Vener smirked. "But I'm the winner of this game." He brought my face close to his. "Now all there is left is to get the real Ciel Phantomhive. Don't worry, we won't kill you, just send you to some old perverted noble to be a sex toy. Don't worry though, you'd be too drugged up to even know what's going on." His fingers trailed down to my hands and pulled off my gloves, making my body freeze. "Or maybe I'll take you to my own bedroom and have a little fun with you myself first? How'd you like that?" He had completely pulled off my gloves my now and smirked. "Oh, what's this? Look at this gloves of yours. I wonder why you wear them in the first place. Your hands are so pretty."

"Shut up perverted old man," I hissed. "Sebastian, can we hurry up and go home, I'm still hungry!"

"My my," Sebastian's voice echoed throughout the room. "The guns have gotten more efficient compared to a hundred years ago."

"Just wait. It gets worse," I told him. "Watch out for Atomic Bombs by the way and try to stay out of Germany during World War 1 and 2. Unless you're looking for a meal, then that's gonna be a feast."

"W-what are you doing?!?!" Vener yelled. "KILL HIM!!"

"Thanks for the advice," he smirked. "I'll keep that in mind." He coughed. "Oh and I'm returning these." He threw all the bullets back to their owners at the speed of a bullet(no pun intended) and instantly killed each man, making them drop like flies.

He looked at his tailcoat and sighed. "Ah, what a mess," he sighed. "It's all full of holes."

"Meh, don't worry, we can fix it later, of get a new one," I assured. "Now will you come help me?" Sebastian started walking towards us.

"SHUT UP!!" Vener yelled.

"Of course, Miss Augusta," Sebastian replied. "What kind of butler would I be if I couldn't save a Maiden in distress."

I pouted. "I'm not 'in distress'," I frowned. "It's just that luck isn't currently in my favor."

"SHUT UP!!!!!" Vener screamed, only to be ignored.

"It would seem so," Sebastian smirked.

"STOP!!!" Vener yelled, causing Sebastian to halt. "I-I-I SAID STOP!! IF YOU COME ANY CLOSER, THEN I'LL BLOW OUT HER BRAINS!!!"

"Che, did I not tell you," I said. "Guns don't work on me." With that statement, I focused on the metal in the gun and bent it towards Vener.

"W-w-what ar-are yo-yo-you do-do-do-doing?!" Vener stuttered.

"What does it look like? I'm showing you how guns don't work on me," I explained with an eye roll. "What did you think I was doing?"

Vener was sweating bullets, and his eyes shone with fear so brightly that you'd think that you were looking at the sun(which I don't recommend).

I focused on the metal bonds on my hands and quickly unlocked them. Vener gasped and jumped away from me, just as I began to burn off the leather belts around my arms with a white hot, steady flame.

Once I was out of the useless bonds, I rubbed my sore arms. "Okay, I'm ready to go now," I said with a yawn.

"Okay then Miss Augusta," Sebastian said as we headed for the doors.

I heard the whooshing sound of a gun being pulled out and a loud bang signifying it being shot.

In an instant, Sebastian was holding the bullet that was an inch away from my head. "D-DIE ALREADY!!!" Vener yelled, shooting his gun over and over again.

I turned on my heel and held out my hand, stopping each and every one of the bullets heading in our direction, except for one, which just grazed my skin, but I thought nothing of it. A bored, unsatisfied look fell on my features. "I will tell you one more time," I said, turning the bullets to face him. "Guns do not work on me Old Man." I grabbed each bullet out of the air and took the one that Sebastian hand in his hand also.

"I'll return these to you," I said and dropped them in his chest pocket. "And I do mean it about seeing a doctor about your incapability to hear, Azzurro Vener." A creepy smirk filled lips and I gave him a closed eye smile. "See ya in the afterlife, Old Man!" I grabbed my gloves beside him and put them on.

With that I skipped off, leaving a traumatized man behind me. "So, ya still up for Chocolate cake?"

Sebastian smirked. "Of course Miss Augusta," he said as he swept me off my feet and we walked off.

Once we left the building, my stomach rumbled loudly. "I told you I was hungry," I muttered as I poked my stomach.

"When was the last time you've eaten?" Sebastian asked.

"Uh, how long have I been here?" I asked.

"Roughly 4 days."

"I haven't eaten in a 5 days," I replied, with a nervous laugh.

Sebastian frowned. "That's not good, Miss Augusta. You are too light and underweight."

I shrugged. "I just haven't had the time. I've been working, and avoiding Lizzy and getting kidnapped too much to have time to eat."

"Then once we get back to the manor, I'll fix you a proper meal."

"Why how thoughtful of you," I teased and pushed his shoulder lightly.

"It's the least I can do for keeping my Master out of trouble."

"Our Master," I corrected. "I work for Ciel also. And besides, what kind of maid would I be if I couldn't act as a decoy in order to keep our Master out of danger."

Sebastian chuckled lightly at my joke, and a silence fell on us. "Miss Augusta?"

"Yeah?"

"What would you like to go with the chocolate cake?"

I thought about the question for a few minutes. "Um... Hamburgers. Yeah, definitely hamburgers."

"I do not believe that I've heard of a hamburger before, Miss Augusta."

I frowned. "It's a American dish, and I we can't have hamburgers, pasta will be fine."

"Okay then Miss Augusta, I'll prepare it as soon as we return to the manor.

"... It's Auggie," I corrected. "You can call me Auggie."

"Alright, Auggie... We should probably get to the manor faster, shall we?"

"Of course! The faster the better after all," Sebastian smirked as we went accelerated faster towards the manor.

"Welcome back Mr. Sebastian and Auggie!" The servants greeted us as we came in.

"We're baaa-aaaaack~!" I sang and jumped down from Sebastian's grasp. As soon as I hit the floor, my knees buckled under me. Sebastian grabbed my arms before I fell face-first onto the marble flooring.

"Geez, you should know that you aren't in any condition to run around, Augusta," Sebastian chided.

"Sebastian! What happened to your clothes?! And Auggie, why are you covered in blood?!?" Mey-rin asked, sounding very worried.

"Don't worry, not all of it's mine," I said and waved my hand nonchalantly, causing her to freak out.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAT?!" She yelled. "Who's blood is it?!?!"

"What Augusta means is that most of the blood is from s wounded animal r we found on the way back to the manor, and she insisted on helping is. Then we both fell into a ditch, and we both got fairly hurt," Sebastian explained as he lied smoothly.

"Oh, okay~!" She said and the trio walked off to go knows where probably to create havoc in some other place in the manor and increase Sebastian's workload.

"I do believe that Young Master would like to speak with you about your actions tonight," Sebastian chided.

I sighed. "Yeah, yeah. Can we eat first?" I asked, dismissing the comment. "If I don't eat something soon, I might end up eating one of the servants!"

"I really wouldn't mind if you did," Sebastian replied honestly, "But unfortunately, we need those morons in order to guard the mansion. In addition, I do believe Master will be furious if you are one of the house staff."

I poked my stomach and earned a loud groan and a sharp hunger pain. "Meh, we can always clone them or something," I said with a raise of my hand.

Sebastian rose a questioning eyebrow. "'Clone? What do you mean by that?"

"You know, clone. As in create copies of something," I explained. I thought that this words was creates during the 1800s.

Sebastian frowned. "Are you suggesting to create more of them? Would that not cause more mayhem?"

I shrugged. "If we created robotic clones of them then it probably won't. Either way, I'm HUNGRY!"

Sebastian chuckled. "I will begin preparations for dinner now, unfortunately we are a little late. You can go inform Young Master of our arrival." He set me down on the floor, and making my legs wobble for a second, but I soon regained my balance.

"Ay ay, Capt'n," I said and saluted him playfully as I walked/limped out.

Once I got to Ciel's study, I was completely exhausted. I must've lost more blood and used too much energy than I thought. I was ready to drop.

Instead of fainting on the spot, I knocked on the door. "Come in."

I opened the door and hobbled in slowly. Once Ciel saw my condition, his eye widened. "What the bloody hell happened to you?"

"Kidnapped by... Italian bastards... Used too much.... Energy..." I wheezed as I sat down on his little couch. He handed me a glass of water, which I gladly accepted and downed it in seconds.

'They were going to do all that to me?' Ciel thought.

I coughed lightly. "Not really. My healing process is just a bit slow from lack of energy."

"Why did you do that?" Ciel asked, I rose and eyebrow making him elaborate his question. "Why did you go dressed up as me? I could've taken care of the situation myself."

I chuckled. "You probably could, Ciel," I agreed. "But now that I'm here, I want to keep you out of danger as I possibly can."

Ciel sighed and turned away. "You don't have to--"

"Of course I have to!" I interrupted. I grabbed Ciel's arm and made him look at me. "I'm now a maid of the Phantomhive manor, and it is my duty to protect you with my life. Besides, I kind of see you as the little brother that I've always wanted."

Ciel frowned, and I'm guessing whatever respect that he had for me was long gone. "We're the same age, and I'm taller than you!"

"No you're not!" I argued and stood up, on shaky legs. I frowned when he was indeed a inch or two taller than me. I huffed and blew out my cheeks. "Whatever."

"My Lord," Sebastian's voice said. I cranked my head around and saw that he was standing at the door. "Dinner is ready. Shall I escort you and Augusta do the dining room?"

Ciel nodded and we all walked off to the dining room to eat. I was still a bit mad about that 'I'm-shorter-than-Ciel' thing.

"I'm older than you!" I finally blurted, making Ciel turn his head at me.

"Pardon?"

"I'm older than you!" I smirked.

"I'm fourteen years old," Ciel crossed his arms.

"So am I!" I retorted. "When's your birthday?"

"December fourteenth 1875," he said.

I smirked and fist pumped the air. "Ha! Mine's June 14! Beat that!!"

"If I may intervene, Augusta," Sebastian started to say. "You did say that you're from a dimension that's from the future, did you not?" I nodded, not seeing where he was going at this. "And since this is now the 'past' at your time, then does that not mean that Ciel was born before you, then Ciel should be older than you by at least a century."

I blinked. "Dammit," I muttered. He was right, although I wouldn't admit it out loud.

"Of course I'm right," Sebastian said smugly.

Damn, I said that out loud, didn't I...

"No, I just read your mind," he gave me a closed eye smile, making me frown.

I muttered a serious of curses, and finally finished with: "Isn't that an invasion of privacy?"

Ciel rose a eyebrow. "Last time I checked, you had the same ability, did you not?"

"Well yeah, but I can control it now and I don't use it as much," I said with a shrug. "Either way, you're still going to be the younger brother I always wanted!"

"How can I be the younger brother if I'm older than you?" Ciel asked. "Not to mention taller."

"Well, I um..." I was at a loss for words, my cheeks heated in embarrassment. "I... I..."

"We have arrived, my Lord," Sebastian said, saving me from my embarrassment. We walked into the dining room and Sebastian sat Ciel down.

The room was actually kind of big. There was a lot of space to the sides and a long table in the center, with flowers and candles and food on top. There were a few doors leading off to the kitchen and whatnot. What really interested me was that there was not one, but two places set on the exceedingly long table. I blinked was there still guest here?

"All the guest have left Augusta, I that's what you're thinking," Sebastian spoke up, I opened my mouth to protest his words before he added. "No, I did not read your mind. Your body language says it all."

"Oh," I said, "Wait then why are there two places set at the table?"

"Wow, aren't you dense," Ciel scoffed. "It is for you, idiot! Now come sit down before the food gets colder than it already is!"

"Oh, okay," I said and scurried over to the seat. It felt strangely odd to be sitting there. I mean, Ciel was a noble, and I was a servant, so I don't really think that me eating with him was very appropriate for my current situation.

But my stomach was much more powerful over my brain currently, and dictated over my legs forcing me to walk to the oversized table.

I sat down in the -- rather comfy -- red velvet colored seat. Sebastian placed a meat that what seemed to look like a steak in front of me. I blinked. I had only seen a steak once when I was working for Richard, and even then I wasn't allowed to go anywhere near the food since...

I shook my head of the thought and focused myself on the slab of meat in front of me. Beside the plate of meat was at least four or five different forks along with a few spoons and knives.

How in the world do I eat this... I thought pitifully. I had read somewhere once that rich people ate their food with like, ten different utensils. That's just ridiculous, I criticized, that just makes more work for the servants to do!

"Are you going to eat your food or not?" Ciel's voice said from across me, sounding rather irritated. "It's getting cold, and will be no good if you wait too long."

My eyebrow twitched and I sighed. This is getting stupid. I don't need to eat this, I can wait till tomorrow anyway! I'll just make myself some eggs or something.

But even with that, I stared at the steaming piece of tough meat. It would be a shame for it to go to waste, and Sebastian made this for me, so I should eat it, it's the right, and polite (hey, that rhymed) thing to do.

No! I argued. I can just give it to Bard and Finny and Mey-rin! I'm sure they'll love this. I'll just excuse myself and--

"If you needed help, then you should've just said so," Sebastian sighed, as he picked up my hands with his gloved ones and directed them. "I've never heard someone have such a deep conversation with oneself over eating a pile of meat, I mean honestly..."

I felt my face heat up in embarrassment. "You don't have to do--" I was cut off my a piece of meat being shoved in my mouth. Some of the sauce dripped down on my cheek. My face must've been on fire, and I felt my body temperature rise a few degrees.

Sebastian picked up the napkin and wiped my face off. "Please try not to protest," Sebastian scolded. "Besides, you need to eat if you want to be able to protect Young Master to your full ability." This was it, my face felt like lava. I didn't know what to do, I've never felt like this before! I mean yeah, I've blush every now and then but this was too much! I don't know how to handle a situation like this! Do I apologize?! Smack him?! Act natural?!? I don't know!!

With my brain being scrambled at the moment, I did what any sane person would do.

I ran like the devil was on my tail.

"OKAYTHANKSFORTHEDINNER!I'LLSEEYOUBACKTOMORROW!SLEEPWELL!GOODNIGHT!DON'TLETDEATHBITE,BYE!!!" I propelled myself at least 5-10 feet in the air and out of that seat using the wind around me and booked it.

I made it to my room in mere seconds, and I swear I left a trail of smoke in my wake. I ran into my room and then closed, and locked, the door.

My eyes darted across the room looking for things to keep Sebastian out. I piled whatever I could against the door. Chairs, desks, my bed etc., until my door was completely barricaded.

I huffed and puffed and plopped down on the bare ground. I felt my face cool down and my body temperature drop to its normal level. I tried to get up, but then I winced in pain, making me fall again.

I looked at my chest, which felt a bit dampish, and rolled up my shirt. The bullet wound that grazed me that had been healing from earlier had reopened again. I felt a burning pain stinging inside my body, making my head feel light. Ow, Vener must've gotten me better than I thought... I thought and touched the wound, making me wince. It looks kinda deep too... Ouch...

I got up anyway, and pulled a single chair out from the stack so that I could sit down. The chair was on the bottom since I was too tall to reach the top. After s few tugs, I finally got it, and sighed. I pulled it over and sat in the chair, but as soon as my butt made contact with the wood, the whole tower seemed to shake, and rattle. My eyes widened as I realized my mistake, I must've pulled out a bad chair! Like how in Jenga, if you pull the wrong piece, then the whole thing comes crashing down!

As soon as I thought that, the whole tower fell, no not fell, collapsed! And just like a domino effect, that one bad thing brought another bad thing. That thing being Sebastian, the devil I was running away from himself.

"Now now Augusta," Sebastian said in creepy voice, making shivers run down my spine. He took a few steps towards me -- and over the assorted items scattering the flooring. Won't you join us for dinner?" He licked his lips, as if the situation wasn't creepy as it is, and he smirked evilly.

My skin crawled and my blood ran cold. "Y-ya know, y-you sound like a... Psycho murderer when... When you say it like that..." After that sentence, my vision went blurred, and I saw doubles, no triples... Quadruples... I couldn't even count the next one because my vision when black.

I hope there really isn't four of them because I can barely deal with one, was the last thing I thought before finally passing out.
