Polar Bear Needs a Home

There's a polar bear in town.

Said his home is really going down.

What's a polar bear to do,

When its habitat is doomed?

Oh! I know!

He can stay with you.

If a polar bear should stay,

He will need a place to lay.

No, that plastic igloo house won't do.

Judging Rufus's bark, he disapproves.

I think your couch will do just fine.

He will help cut down your tv time.

A polar bear may get bored

Lazing in your seat all day.

You can give him books to read.

It's ok if he should rip each page.

You already read them all anyways.

Some are even your favorites.

A polar bear may get hungry

After all that reading.

You can cook him a nice dinner,

With everything in your refrigerator.

Don't worry about dessert.

I bet you and Rufus will taste perfect.

A polar bear shouldn't stay with me!

I'm terrible company.

I have a better idea.

We should help a polar bear.

Let's fix his home instead.

We could all pitch in.
