Bear-ly a Reason

Alfred bear was too lazy to work

so he tried every trick to shirk

catching fish, getting honey,

posing in pictures for money;

it drove his employer berserk

His friend, quite concerned,

stopped by to say,

'Alfred, what are you doing today?'

'Nuthin', said Alfred, feeling diminished

'But you did that yesterday!'

'I wasn't finished.'
