A few years passed by and you were old enough to put on a better discuss than before, so your mother allowed you to travel around the sea and to do the things you love. You are on another island and sit with a trembling smile in excitement by the table in a small pub, looking drooling at the still steaming warm meat with a bone in the middle. After traveling for two weeks with nothing else but seaweed to eat, you are glad to finally eat something bigger. 'It was worth traveling this long to this island~.' You grab the bone and take a bite from the meat, but it's a rather small one and you hum in pure bliss, not noticing the eyes who lay on you. Since you are a mermaid, you are a natural beauty, but you also know that many human males only flirt with you because of that reason, so you usually ignore them.

You take small bites from the meat, but enjoy the taste very much and look very happy. "Hey there~." You hum and glance up to the man with half closed eyes, not stopping to eat. "Are you alone here~? Want me to show you around~?" He ask with a smirk, but you just glance back down to the meat and take another bite to avoid talking with him. "Don't be so cold~." He reach a hand out to you, but you two go pale when suddenly a blade from a sword gets between your face and the hand from the man out of nowhere. You follow hesitating the blade and look up to the person who it belongs to, blushing when you see the six boys from your childhood.

"You better leave before you lose a hand~." Osomatsu says with a friendly smile and the man quickly runs out of the pub. You flinch when the six looking down at you and tense up when Osomatsu reach a hand out to your face, gentle wiping the sauce from your lips and licking it off his thumb. "Did you waited long for us to find you, Y/n~?" You blush and look down, before you take another bite from the meat, not sure what to say to them. Osomatsu chuckles and place one piece gold down onto the table to pay for your meal, before Ichimatsu picks you suddenly up from behind and they leave the pub again.

"Hey! They are kidnapping my girlfriend!" Someone suddenly yells and everyone looks at the man, two people from the marine walking over to you and the six brothers, but you look scared when you see the man. Ichimatsu glance down at you with half closed eyes, before he steps back and stays now behind Osomatsu, Karamatsu and Jyushimatsu. "What did the man do to you, Y/n?" Choromatsu ask softly, gentle placing a hand against your cheek. "H-He ... knows..." You mumble unwell, glancing scared away. Osomatsu hums and smirks, pulling out a gun. "Guess we need to get rid of him them~."

In just one moment, the man falls down with a bullet through his head and the two marine solders as well. The people starting to scream and running away, while the six rushing quick back to their ship to make sure they keep you safe at first.

~And then...~
After they escaped the marine soldiers with ease, the six walking downstairs into an empty cabin and you squeak when Ichimatsu suddenly throws you into a huge barrel filled with water. You get back up and blink a few times, before you tilt your head confused and your mermaid tail peeks out of the water. "?!" You flinch and blush when Karamatsu suddenly place his hand gentle against your cheek. "You really look beautiful." You blush harder, but froze when you hear a click sound under you.

You look down, not knowing why Karamatsu put a choker with a chain connected around your neck. "It's safer for you to stay down here. Like that, we can protect you easier, so no one sells you on the market." Choromatsu says with a smile and pat your head gentle. "This man must have told someone about you being a mermaid, so we just want to make sure no one tries to hunt you." Todomatsu says with a cute smile. "You understand that, don't you?" "You don't want to end up dead, right?"

You hum and look down with a frown, but nod hesitating. "O-Okay..." 'It was already very hard for me to escape this man after he found out I'm actually a mermaid. Maybe it's for the best to stay here for a while, so everyone forgets about my existence...'

You grip the edge from the barrel a bit.
