They walk over to Yoongi's after Jin changes and eats quickly. Namjoon just walks right in, and there's a kid Taehyung's age or so playing video games on the couch.

"Hey Kook," Namjoon greets the teenager, and the boy pauses his game.

"Hey hyung," he replies, sitting up. "Who's that?"

"Jin," Namjoon says nonchalantly, closing the door. "Where's Yoongi?"

"Right in his room," the boy answers, and Namjoon steps forward. "He was in the shower but I think he's getting dressed now."

"I see. By the way, Jin. The kid is Jungkook. He's fifteen."

"Hey," Jungkook says with a bright, bunny-like smile. "I'm Jeon Jungkook."

"Hi," Jin replies, his voice soft. "I'm Kim Seokjin." Jungkook gets up to grab a glass of juice and Jin speaks again. "I actually have a younger brother about your age. His name is Taehyung, and he's sixteen. Maybe sometime I can introduce you."

"Oh cool, and okay. Sounds fun."

At that moment, someone emerges from behind the closed door, and Jin guesses that this is Yoongi. He has glasses and black hair, and in general looks pretty average.

"Oh, hey Joon-hyung," Yoongi murmurs going into the kitchen as Jungkook sits back down. "Who's that? What are you doing here this late?"

"Was just gonna crash here," Namjoon says, and Yoongi gives a nod like it's a regular thing. "And this is Jin. Kim Seokjin. He's older than you by like a year. Technically though, three months. Jin, this is Min Yoongi. He just turned nineteen in March."

"He crashing here too?" Yoongi asks, and Namjoon looks like he wants to laugh.

"No, he lives right down the hall from you. He's got a three year old son."

"I think I might've seen you before," Yoongi says, but dismisses it after. "In any case, make yourself at home."

About a month goes by, and it's already so hot outside all the time. Jin is doing great at work, and Namjoon might be slipping a little extra money in his check each week but it's all good.

He and Namjoon are good friends now, and he is also good friends with Yoongi and Jungkook now too.

Taehyung and Jimin are over visiting at Jin's apartment, and Jin hasn't seen them in about half a year. They both are commenting on how big Hoseok has gotten, playing with him, complaining because it's hot and Jin's air conditioner isn't on because it raises the power bill, and drinking up all of Jin's iced tea.

"How have you been, Jin-hyung?" Jimin asks, twirling a short strand of his black hair around his finger.

Jin has always liked Jimin. He's kind, caring, cute, and he laughs at Jin's jokes, unlike Jin's own brother (fucking rude). He couldn't have picked a better friend for Taehyung. Since Taehyung has been friends with him for so long, Jimin is like a second little brother to Jin.

"Okay now that I have my new job," he tells him, and the two boys nod. "I lost my old job and was struggling, not able to really eat. But then this new job came up, and although I have to wear a dress and leggings, it's really great."

"That's good, hyung," Taehyung says with a smile. "I'm proud of you."

"Thanks," Jin replies, and just then, his flip phone buzzes in his pocket. He pulls it out and reads the text from Namjoon.

'Hey, I'm over at Yoongi's, wanna come hang out??'

Jin responds back with, 'My brother and his friend are over here though.'

The three resume their conversation. Jin tells them about Namjoon and Yoongi and Jungkook, and then Namjoon texts again. 'Yoongi said to bring them. Jungkook has video games they can all play.'

Jin looks up at the two. "Do you wanna go play video games with Jungkook?" He asks, and they both shrug, so Jin texts back an 'Okay'.

They collect Hoseok and head over to Yoongi's apartment. The AC is on inside and they all sigh in comfort.

"Cool air," Taehyung nearly moans, wiping the sweat from his forehead.

Jungkook is on the couch playing games and Namjoon is chatting with Yoongi, eating some chips. "Hey!" He says, gesturing for Jin to come over.

"Hey, Jungkook," Jin starts, putting Hoseok down on the floor, and Jungkook stops the game to look at him. "This is my brother Taehyung, and his friend Jimin."

"Hey," Taehyung says, plopping down on the couch next to the younger boy. "Wait, this game is the newest one in the series, right?! Can I play too?"

"Yeah, of course," Jungkook smiles, and Taehyung hugs his arm.

"We're now best friends, I hope you're okay with that," he says, and they both laugh.

"You better not be replacing me," Jimin warns, and they all laugh this time.

Jin walks over to Namjoon and Yoongi. The latter seems to be lost in space while Namjoon just eats his kimchi flavored chips. (Jin didn't even know they made those.)

"Hey hyung," Jin says softly, and Namjoon smiles up at him. "Hey, Yoongi."

Yoongi doesn't respond, so Jin waves a hand in front of his face. "Earth to Yoongi."

Yoongi seems to snap out of it. "Oh, hey."

"Wow, that's all I get?"

"Hey, Jin-hyung." Yoongi rolls his eyes and Jin giggles a little.

"What's got you so spaced out?" Jin asks, and Namjoon wiggles his eyebrows. Yoongi blushes and glares at him.

"Nothing," he grumbles, and it's left at that.

"Oh," Jin murmurs to himself after amoment, "I forgot. Tae, Jimin, come here for a second! I want you to meet Namjoon-hyung and Yoongi!"

Taehyung reluctantly leaves the game behind, picking up Hoseok. Jimin follows him, and they both kind of awkwardly stand beside Jin.

"My brother Kim Taehyung and his friend Park Jimin," Jin introduces them, "And this is Kim Namjoon-hyung and Min Yoongi."

"Hey," Taehyung utters with a smile, and Hoseok repeats him for the way he says it. Taehyung tickles him which makes the three-year-old laugh, and makes everyone else smile.

"Hi," Jimin says shyly, and Namjoon smiles at them both, and so does Yoongi.

The oldest boy looks at Yoongi, wiggling his eyebrows again and whispering something not so quietly to Yoongi, who wants to just deck him already. He wonders why Namjoon is such a pervert. And a dick. Namjoon is such a dick too.

Taehyung is laughing which means he heard it, and Namjoon is chuckling, and Yoongi looks irritated, and Jin has no real clue as to what's going on. Jimin is awkwardly retreating now, and Yoongi punches Namjoon's arm a few times. Taehyung and Hoseok go back to the couch and then Jin looks at Namjoon and Yoongi.

"Did I miss something?" He asks, and Yoongi shoots a glare in Namjoon's direction.

"Only Namjoon being a dick just now," he answers, his cheeks slightly pink. His next words are directed at Namjoon, "Thanks a fucking lot for that, asshole."

"I was just being honest," Namjoon laughs, and Yoongi shakes his head.

"What did you say?" Jin questions, and Namjoon goes to tell him, but Yoongi speaks first.

"Say it again and I swear I'm going to fucking slit your throat," he spits, and Namjoon just mouths 'tell you later' to Jin.

Later on, when Namjoon does tell him, Jin understands why Yoongi was pissed, why Taehyung kept laughing like a damn hyena and why Jimin was so awkward the rest of the time they spent there. He wonders why Yoongi got so upset though, especially if what Namjoon said wasn't true. However, Jin doesn't really think too much of it.

Taehyung and Jimin come over more often. They all usually hang out at Yoongi's when they do, playing games with Jungkook, mostly, while the older three talk.

Jin is still doing great at work, with no complaints from anyone. Namjoon keeps low-key flirting with him after their conversation from now about two months before, which Namjoon keeps bringing up. Jin always gets flustered when he does.

They're all at Yoongi's again, and Namjoon has been drinking but Yoongi makes sure he doesn't break anything (again) or do anything dumb.

Hoseok is asleep and the other youngest boy is talking about some video game or something with Taehyung. Jin's listening to Namjoon going on about some philosophy shit or something and Jimin's just sitting at the table trying not to laugh at how drunk Namjoon is. Yoongi is already laughing.

When Jin sees that Namjoon is falling asleep while talking, he helps Namjoon into the small spare room, and helps him lie down. As he goes to leave, Namjoon stops him.

"Wait, stay," he whispers, smiling a little.

Jin sits down beside him, and Namjoon just looks at him for a little while.

"You know, Jinnie, you're beautiful," he says softly, and Jin blushes a little but doesn't listen much to Namjoon's drunk flirting.

"You should sleep," Jin tells him, but Namjoon ignores it, his gaze soft.

"I want you," he utters, and Jin gets a little flustered but Namjoon is just drunk. "Wanna touch you all over, wanna kiss you, wanna... wanna fuck..."

Namjoon touches Jin's thigh, and Jin bites his lip, moving Namjoon's hand.

"Sleep, hyung," Jin murmurs, "You've been drinking and now you're not thinking clearly. You don't know what you're saying."

"But baby," Namjoon whines softly, sitting up and wrapping his arms around Jin, who goes extremely still. "I want you so bad..."

His lips are on Jin's neck now, and Jin shivers, a sinking feeling in his stomach. When Namjoon presses their lips together, Jin knows this has to stop. He pulls away, eyebrows knitted together and Namjoon seems confused. He tries to reach for Jin again, but he is stopped by a hand pressing on his chest.

"No, Hyung," Jin sighs, not knowing what to feel, pushing Namjoon back. "Just... just sleep."

Jin gets up then, deciding it's best to leave now. Namjoon protests, but Jin just leaves his drunk ass in bed and heads back to the main room.

Yoongi is chatting with Jimin, and Jungkook with Taehyung, so Jin collects Hoseok in his arms.

"Hey Yoongi, I'm going to go to my apartment to sleep," he says, and Yoongi looks over at him. "You can send Tae and Jimin over whenever or just keep them here if you want. Namjoon should be sleeping now. Goodnight."

"Goodnight," Yoongi replies, and then Jin and Hoseok are going back to their apartment.
