I looked down at Liu and decides to grant him his wish. I slowly took off my mask and laid it on the bed. Liu looked up and was shocked by what he saw.

"Happy...what did you do?" He asked me. I had stitches the edges of my lips into a horrific smile. I also sowed two smiley faces on my cheeks.

"When I was little I was bullied because I never smiled among other things. No matter how hard you tried no one could get me to smile. Then I met Splendy and for the first time I smiled. He took me in and I have lived with him for ten years now. He made me the mask and gave me a new name. But under the mask I still frowned until he made me laugh. I didn't like that so one night while he was sleeping I took a needle and a lot of thread and did this to my face. Splendy knew about it but he didn't say anything. After that night I can smile no matter what." I said then I sat down on the bed. "The reason why I didn't want to show you is because I didn't want you to be scared of me." I said looking down. Liu turned my head so he could look closer. He touched them then the small faces. He spoke after a second.

"I'd never be scared of you Happy. You are the kindest person I've never known, you don't see me as a this killer but as the real me. I'm so sorry for what I did to you, please forgive me." He said and I touched his hand.

"I already did. That's why I didn't tell Splendy. But also because he would have killed you if he knew." I said and Liu smiled at me. After that we packed my stuff and went down the stairs. Splendy was waiting for me and when he saw Liu and I hugged each other, he knew I was going to miss him.
