Emile got a call midway through the day, he had a pretty basic day talking to his patients and making sure everyone was being cared for and that they were mentally healing and feeling better, so when he got a call from logan who sounded strained and panicked he knew that something bad had to have happened.

He moved all of his appointments around to give himself and Timon the afternoon off, as soon as he could he left to logan's house it all looked like it had when he had visited previous times, decent gardens although it looked like a panda wanted to go digging in a few of beds, the paint was still light and inviting and the glass entrance with the sign for his physio still up but no patients were waiting, which is odd since logan has said previously many people have been seeing him for any muscle therapies.

But something was off about the house, not the look of it but the feel of the house, the timing seemed to notice and whimper a little pressing against Emiles left leg, "c'mon Timon, we cant help logan while were out here" emile said to help the scared meerkat but also to push himself forward down the path to the front entrance.

He got to the glass sliding door and opened it seeing as it was unlocked took his shoes off then entered through the wooden door knowing logan wouldn't mind if he let himself in, "logan? Timon and I are here?" Usually, a panda would run in and tackle the meerkat and their companion, but nothing. "Logan, Bogdan?" There was a noise from the kitchen and something broke, "emile?" Emile ran to the kitchen picking Timon up just in case the broken item was on the floor "Logan?"

Logan was laying on the ground a mug shattered into pieces and his hand was bleeding slightly from something. "Logan what on earth happened to you?!" Logan looked at emile and his eyes were no longer the dark brown, they were going pale, "Bogdan... ran- away" he grimaced as he spoke feeling his mind going into waves of pain and panic.

Emile was panicked he'd never thought Bogdan would ever think about running away and leaving his companion, partially because of this and since logan had always treated him right. "Why- let me help you get up and clean this mess" logan grimaced at the sudden movement his muscles seizing his mind reeling Emile guided him to the dining table seating him telling timone to keep an eye on the struggling man.

Emile when into the kitchen with a dustpan and shovel brushing the pieces of broken mug recognizing it as logans favourite mug, it had the statement

Nerd? I like to prefer intellectual badass.

Which fitted logan so well, and honestly did to this day without fault. It was a shame to see that mug live such a long life only to be broken because of something emile couldn't completely comprehend, what does logan mean by run away? They only run away when they are either finding their companions partner for them to live together with the limited time left Bogdan felt underappreciated/ alone, which logan would never do. He loves that panda so much that he'd never even raise his voice at the kungfu panda bear,

He cleaned the mess up and got the first aid kit to clean up the blood that he had previously forgotten about, "logan you need to tell me, why would Bogdan run away?" Logan was shaking he didn't meet Emile's eyes, his mind was reeling unable to focus, "i- emile, I messed up badly" he said, his voice tremored,

emile looked to timon who was seeming to. already understand the situation, "what happened logan" logan usually calm and collected logan was now looking at emile with pain sadness and regret in his eyes, "I yelled emile, I yelled at him for knocking over a damn shelf. I lost my temper when he was apologising and I snapped. I shut him out of my room overnight I didn't talk to him once after he did it, I didn't treat him like he was supposed to be, I fucked up badly emile I messed this up" he began to ramble as tears began to fall emile looked at the meerkat,

timon seemed to be upset but calm, which surprised emile, "timon.. if you know where he is you better spit it out right now" logans looked quickly at the meerkat with a shocked expression, "you know where bo is?" the meerkat nodded sniffing the air the two exchange a look, "you can smell his- what?" logan says confused emile smiles hugging the meerkat who lets out a shriek "oh my gosh you can smell where he went! you are the best companion I could ever ask for!"

he tickled the meerkat's tummy and it let out a laugh as chirp logan would've laughed at their actions but waves of nausea and pain overwhelmed him "can... can we please get to finding my companion before I faint" logan requested and emile quickly gets to the task at hand, "oh yeah about that sorry logan,"

Emile reaches over putting the laughing meerkat down and helping logan out of the house locking it before guiding him to the car, getting himself and Timone comfortable before winding down a window where timone got a strong smell letting out a chirp like noise telling Emile which direction the panda went.

"Let's go, the sooner we find Bogdan the soon things can be fixed."
