Day three came and I got to talk with Josephine from 11 who was also a prisoner like me.
"You know," she started.
"I think there's someone who might save us." She said.
"Who?" I asked.
"Lucy, Zoe's sister."
"Why would she do it?"
"Because she would want to make them pay for killing Zoe." Josephine answered.
"I don't think we should rely on person that we don't even know." I replied.
"C'mon Beatrix!" We heard the careers arguing again.
Beatrix didn't want to get up because of the pain in her leg but everyone else was telling her to get up.
"Layla, kill her." Francesca ordered.
Layla was just 12, the order she got made her scared.
"Do it!" Francesca yelled.
"Please don't..." Beatrix whispered.
Ruth gave Layla a sword and the girl walked up to Beatrix and stabbed her in the neck. Then her cannon sounded.
"Let's keep moving and maybe we should find another girl to take." Francesca said.
Aren't three prisoners enough?
I guess not when you kill them all the first three at the beginning.

Day three ended without anyone joining us.

Day four though was rough as they kidnapped another girl.
It was 13 year old Nancy from District 5. They brought her unconscious body and when she woke up, she started screaming.
"Shut up already." Charlotte kicked her in the stomach.
"This girl has a lot of supplies so that's good." Ruth said.

Somedays have passed and on no one have died. We were all moving through the arena until on day 7 something happened.

"Do you smell that?" Ruth said.
"Yeah, look!" Gabriella pointed at the weird fog that as soon as she touched it, it burned her hand.
"It's a trap!" Francesca yelled.

They were all disoriented and panicking. As everyone started running, I felt a prefect occasion.

I spotted that Francesca had my axe and backpack with her. I quickly went behind her and tied my rope around her neck. She quickly passed out from lack of oxygen, that's when I took my stuff.
I felt the fog on my back and screamed in pain. It made me realize that I should run away, so that's what I did.

While running away, I heard 5 cannons and I was sure that one of them belonged to Francesca.
I was trying to hide for couple of hours until I found a pound.
I went into it to get rid of my scars on my back.

It felt great to get rid of pain. I also realized that the fog disappeared.
Now I had my axe and backpack.

"You!" I heard someone's voice from behind.
It was Lucy from 12, I got alarmed because I was scared that she's going to hurt me.
"I'm not going to hurt you." She said and I lowered my axe.
"I heard that you were a prisoner along with my sister." Lucy added.
"Yeah, what about it?"
"I want to make them pay."
Lucy figured out that I hate the careers, I understood her anger, I would hate the person who would kill my sibling. She chose me for her ally because I volunteered for my sister.
"Alright, we can be allies." I said.
"Good. "

That day we kept having turns in sleeping. During one of my shifts, I saw the fallen tributes on the sky.

I feel bad for not freeing Josephine or Nancy but I have to free myself from the arena.

We began to walk around the arena and I had to ask Lucy one question.

"Lucy,"
"Yes?"
"Why didn't you volunteer for Zoe?"
This question was going through my mind from the beginning. They got there together because they both got picked. Why didn't Lucy volunteer?
"Didn't you know? Volunteering is forbidden in District 12." She said.
"What are you talking about?"
"Ever since 75th Hunger Games. President Snow said that it makes us do rebellious actions."
I was shocked because I never knew about that. District 12 is the most rebellious District ever since the 74th games and 75th games, the rules in 12 got strict and all the people who did the four finger symbol got shot by peacekeepers. District 11 and 12 have very strict rules but I didn't know they were that strict.

"Something is here." Lucy said as she felt alarmed.
We looked around and saw monkeys who quickly started attacking us.

We started running and Lucy got attacked by one of the monkeys who quickly started to rip her body apart.
I threw my axe at the monkey but it was too late and Lucy's cannon sounded.

I got to the Cornucopia where I lost the monkeys.
Surprisingly there was no one there so I decided to stay here for the night.

Two people were showed on the sky.
