The part before the games is going to be pretty quick as nothing interesting is going to happen here and I just want to be done with it.

The training came and I realized that I'm actually really good with an axe.
I've been looking at good and bad sides of other tributes.
Lucy and Zoe from 12, were sisters. Zoe was 12 and Lucy was 16.
Lucy was fighting with a bow and she was very good at it. Zoe on the other hand didn't have any fighting skills.
Sydney from 6, was really good at avoiding attacks and moving fast. Her moves looked like she was a dancer.
Lavender from 10 was good at hiding and she was making camouflage on her.
Gabriella from 4, was a great swimmer and she was good at finding with a spear. District 4 kids also sometimes train for the games. Gabriella was one of them and we could count her as a career.

Right, the careers.

From District 1, there were Beatrix and Ruth. From District 2, there were Charlotte and Francesca.
All of them volunteered for the games and trained for this their lives.

"Remember, ladies. You have to make people like you, the sponsors might help you survive. To get sponsors you have to make yourself an interesting character." Tom said.

The final performance came and I have decided to not show my axe skills, since District 7 tributes are doing it every year.
I took some rope and made a small circle at the end. Then I threw it around the mannequin's head.
The whole thing looked like the man (the mannequin) hang himself.

This is what you get for killing 24 kids each year.

The results came, me and Georgia were very stressed but Thomas was convincing us that it will be okay.

The results were very satisfying for me.

I couldn't believe that I have scored the highest score. I thought that the gamemakers will hate me but they didn't.

"Now you will surely get remembered, redhead." Thomas said.

The last part before the games was the interview.

Beatrix, Ruth, Charlotte and Francesca (the careers) were talking about their fighting skills. So did Gabriella from 4. Sydney from 6 said that she's a professional dancer, Lavender talked about her camouflage skills and Georgie about her parents' paper fabric.

Then it became my turn.
I had a green dress and my red bright hair was in a messy bun.
"Hello, Dawn."
"Hi, Caesar."
"You got the highest score on the training, that's very impressive."
"Thank you."
"The girl you volunteered for was your sister, right?"
"Yes."
"And what did you tell her when you were leaving?"
"I told her that I'm going to win."
