Why is it so hard to get over you?

Probably because its the best relationship I've been through

Probably because it the longest relationship I had

That could be a reason to be sad

I'm trying to stay strong

Cause my time with you is gone

I'm sorry it was painful to heal my heart

When believe it or not I was slowly falling apart

I shouldn't have been something serious with you

Cause I was clearly blind while I was with you

I didn't listen to the people I Love

Because you were like a fucking drug

But recovery from addiction is hard

I looked at every notification I got

Because I wanted it to say you

I'm sorry I said some things that weren't true

But thats the Bennett's way of dealing with pain

And even though I was probably hurt more

Those feelings are the ones I chose to ignore

I know you are in Love with someone in from the past

You are still the best relationship I had

This will be the last poem I will write for you

I will leave you the fuck alone

If you leave me alone too
