I wake up with an immense shock of pain

Gotta sit up straight against the wall

Wait for the pain to die down

Feel a shock in your shoulder

& wince in pain

Good luck using your arm

As your vains tighten

Lay back down

Let yourself get numb

& fall asleep

After you fight the Insomnia

It will wake you up constantly

But this has been happing since I was young
