Mama,

It's been two weeks since you left. Daddy reported you missing last Thursday, but the police didn't do anything. They looked through your room and no foul play appeared to be involved is what the detective said. Dally has been crying every night, Mama. She cries and cries and cries until she throws up everywhere. Daddy doesn't wanna take care of her. He says she's not his responsibility, so Dylan and I take turns. I think Dylan misses you too, Mama. He doesn't talk about it, but sometimes I see sadness in his eyes and it makes me sad too.

When are you coming home, Mama? Are you going to come back to get us? Why didn't you take us with you? Did we do something wrong?

We really miss you, Mama. Please come home.
