Yellow Fever
Sam and Dean were in their bunker when he arrived, all covered in feathers. He was on his hands and knees, coughing up blood. The boys saw him and immediately rushed to his aid.
"Cas, you okay?" Dean asked, though he didn't seem okay. Cas looked up at him.
"I'm dying." He rasped.
Dean's blood went cold. His face was paler than snow. "No you're not. Not as long as I'm here, you got me?"
"What happened?" Sam asked.
Dean fought back tears as he watched his angel struggle to breath.
"I lied to you. Its more serious then I let on. It's one of the few things that can kill an angel."
Dean gave him a heartbroken look. "You can't die, man. Not like this."
Cas looked as though he were about to say something, but he collapsed in Dean's arms before he could. Dean held him, stroking his thinning hair thinking, This is all my fault.

Dean was in his motel room, trying to cool off. He and Sam had just gotten into an argument at the bunker, and Dean stormed off. He drove all night until he was in Lincoln. He was sleep deprived and a bit buzzed from all the alcohol he had drank. He finished off his third beer and sat on his bed. He decided to call Cas.
"Castiel," He slurred. "I just, I just got into a fight with Sammy. Do you mind, uh, popping down here?" He soon heard that familiar flutter of wings. Cas was standing at the foot of the bed.
"What is it?" He asked.
"Well, like I said, me and Sam got in an argument. I could use some company." Cas glanced at the empty beer bottles, then back at Dean.
"Are you drunk?" He asked.
Dean scoffed. "What, you think I drunk dialed you?"
"I'm not sure what that means. What did you and Sam fight about?"
Dean sighed. "The Mark. He thinks I should get rid of it. I keep telling him it's fine. He just won't listen."
"So what do you need me for?"
Dean looked at him. "Well, in this sort of situation, your role is to, you know, comfort."
"Do you need comforting?"
"Cas, I am buzzed out of my skull right now. It would be helpful, yeah."
Cas paused awkwardly. "I'm not sure what to do."
Dean rolled his eyes and smiled. Cas was kinda cute when he got confused, the way he tilted his head to the side reminded Dean of a puppy. Wait... cute? Why would he think that? Must've been the booze.
He got up and approached Cas. He put his hands on his shoulders. "Usually, you'd start with one of these," He wrapped his arms around the angel, who awkwardly copied the gesture. "It's called a hug."
"I know what it's called, Dean."
"Just making sure."
As they held each other in a warm embrace, Dean began to feel something. He wasn't sure what. He pulled away from the hug and just stared into Castiel's majestic blue eyes. There was a hint of confusion in them.
"What is it?" He asked.
"You don't feel it too?" Dean asked, a catch in his throat.
The confusion left Cas's eyes and was replaced with worry. "You are under the influence of alcohol. You don't know what you're saying."
Dean grabbed Cas's shoulders and brought their faces closer together so that their foreheads were touching. He looked straight into his beautiful eyes and whispered, "I know exactly what I'm saying."
Dean's hands slid down Cas's arms until he reached his fingertips. He kept stroking Cas's knuckles with his thumb as they stood there in silence. Slowly, their lips grew closer. Until that moment when they just barely touched. They could hardly even feel it. They both had a moment of mental pause. But that moment didn't last long.
They went for a warm, lust filled kiss, Dean's arms wrapped around Cas's hips, and Cas's hands caressing Dean's face. Though soon, they looked at each other and stopped. Their lips parted.
"We should stop." Cas whispered.
"Should? Yeah. Will? Hell no!" Dean practically pushed Cas down onto the bed and began to unbutton his own shirt as Cas quickly removed his trench coat. Dean smiled as he began to kiss Cas more. On the lips, on the neck, working his way down until he found the zipper, which he unzipped with his teeth. Soon, things began to escalate. For both of them. That's when it all began. All the hell they went through. Because of one stupid fight.
