I was disinfecting my wound before Clarke entered my room "do you need any help?" She asks "not from you, I don't" I says

"Did I do something?" She asks "I though we were friends, Clarke" I says "we are" she says "a friend wouldn't hide stuff from me" I says

"How do you know?" She asks "you had two chances to tell me, I don't get it" I says "did Abby told you?"

"This is all what brothers you?" I shakes my head "no- Mary. I am sorry, okay? But we don't even know if we're gonna test Luna's blood" she says

"You lied to me" I says "you would have told Murphy" she says "so?" I asks "I didn't wanted everyone to know" she says

"If you'd tell me you don't want Murphy to know, I wouldn't tell him" I says "I couldn't risk that" she says

"I thought you trust me" I says "I am I just-" she says "you just what?" I asks "Abby told me about your situation" she says

"What the hell are you talking about?" I asks "you are not getting any sleep, you don't eat much. I didn't want to bother you with this" she says

"So you're just blowing me off?" I asks "I am not blowing you off" she says "you are not including me in things, this is blowing me off" I says

"I didn't mean  it to turn out like this" she says "whatever" I stands up "Mary" she stands up as well "I don't care, okay?" I says "please, understand me" she says

"I can't" I walks towards Murphy, Emori and the Grounder. Clarke follows me. Emori was about to punch the Grounder to death

"Wait" Clarke stops her "what?" Emori questions as she stops "you'll kill him" Clarke says "that's the idea" Emori says

"Just stay out of it and let her have this, Clarke" Murphy says, Clarke takes a look at the Grounder before she steps closer to Emori "What if his death can save us all?" Clarke says

"I hope he survives" Murphy says as me, him and Emori were watching Abby from upstairs getting the Grounder ready to get him into the radiation chamber

"Me too" Emori says "then you can kill him?" Murphy asks "why would I do that?" Emori says making both Murphy and I confused

"It isn't him" I realises"Emori, who is he?" Murphy asks  "someone other than me who's going into that oven" Emori says

"Now that, that's a survivor's mode" Murphy says "he's innocent" I says "none of us is innocent" Murphy says

"You can't tell Clarke" Emori looks at me "I won't" I looks at her "I don't want to believe it but... I know that you did what you had to do. I am not in the place to judge you" I says before I walks downstairs

"He's ready" Jackson says "yeah. But are we?" Raven questions. Murphy and Emori follows me and gets downstairs as well "the guy's a monster" Emori says

"We're been over this. None of us wants to do this, but the death wave will be here in 10 days. Luna's stem cells grafted successfully. Baylis is making nightblood on his own. This really is our only hope" Clarke says

"Are we really still talking about this? Black rain is already here. 18 people died in it yesterday at Arkadia, so if nightblood can let us walk around in it, I, for one want to know about it" Murphy says

"Okay. Jackson, proceed" Abby orders "copy that. Initiating" Jackson turns on the radiation in the chamber "500 rem"

"850. This is where we'd see symptoms in a non night blood" Jackson says "BP is 100 over 50. Body temp is 98.7. Resting comfortably" Abby says

"No visible effects" Clarke says "1,000 rem" Jackson continues counting "1,500" he adds "all good here" Abby says

"2,000 rem. the level of the black rain" Jackson says "still nothing. It's working" Clarke says "2,500"

"Wait" Abby says "no, turn it off" Clarke says as we could see symptoms on Baylis body. After a few moments Baylis starts screaming

"Get him out of here" Abby says "wait. It's not safe yet" Jackson says. Baylis starts suffocating, Murphy holds my hand as we watches Baylis stops screaming and eventually stops breathing

"What have we done?" Abby says

"How's the weather, Reyes?" Murphy says as we watches the screen that shows us the death wave "forecast still calling for death?" I takes a deep heath

"Hey" Murphy whispers to me making me look at him, he leans me into a kiss "Abby, take a look at this" I hear Jackson says, I looks at him

"Of course" Abby says "what is it?" Clarke asks "sodium Polyethanol sultanate. It's an additive used to prevent clotting. Looks like the radiation broke it down and caused a chain reactions" Jackson says

"What happens if we remove it?" Clarke asks "we could save everyone" Abby says "we could? So true saying this can still work?" Murphy questions

"Not without testing" Abby says "the last guy just died, screaming in pain and you want to try it again?" Raven asks

"Give us a better idea, Raven. Please" Clarke says "so what, we just go out there, hunt for someone else?" Murphy asks

"No one is going anywhere in this storm" Miller says "then we wait for it to pass" Murphy says "when it does. There may not be anyone left to hunt for" Roan says

"Hunting for someone else to kill. What's the matter with you people? Even Baylis honoured the dead. He wore the stone of his rock line ancestors. Who will honour him?" Luna holds the rock line that was on Baylis

"Wait. Baylis was Sangedakru" Clarke says "he was. He was also a thief. He probably stole those stones" Emori says

"A thief who didn't bear the mark of Sangedakru" Roan says "that wasn't Baylis, was it?" Clarke realises

"Come on, Clarke. That's crazy. Of course-" Murphy says "who did we just killed?" Clarke cuts him off before Emori runs away, but Roan stops her but putting a blade to her neck

"Emori, hey" Murphy says "John, Mary, take out the machine" Emori says, Miller quickly puts a gun to me and Murphy

"Mary? You knew?" Clarke asks "what, I thought we don't tell each other things no more" I says "how could you?" Clarke asks "the way you could" I says "look like we know who's next" Roan says

"Now you're gonna lock us up? What, she was just trying to save her own life. Well, we're not gonna touch your stupid machine, all right?" Murphy yells. Me, Murphy and Emori were tied up by the ship

"Please, Clarke. You can't do this to us, Raven, please. You can't let them do this us" Murphy says as I share a look with Raven before they closed the door between the ship and the lab

"Luna won't allow this, she won't" I shakes my head "don't you get it, Mary? They'd force her if she'd resist, Luna don't have a choice" Murphy says

"Of course she does" I says "are you that naive?" Emori asks "I'll talk with Clarke, I-" I says "Clarke locked you up" Emori cuts me off

"Emori, you did something wrong but you don't deserve to get into that chamber, I won't let this happen" I says "they don't trust you, Mary" Emori says

"Murphy, stop" I says as he tries to get out of the rope "we need to get out of here" he says as he keeps struggling

"You'll hurt yourself" I says making him stop "she's right. You can't stop this" Emori says "no. No. Emori I am not letting this happening to you" Murphy shakes his head

"You have to, Mary you too" Emori says "what?" Murphy asks "John listen to me, make them think you're okay with this. We make Clarke think you're still with her" Emori says

"Emori, I'll kill her if she even thinks about hurting-" Murphy says "no, damn it, John. Think. Don't give them a reason to pick you next" Emori says

"Survive, please" Emori looks at me "Clarke, wait" I stand up as she opens the door "it's time" Clarke says, Miller walks besides her with a few guards and Roan "guys, just, wait, okay? Hear me out" Murphy says

"John" Emori says "Murphy, let me" I assures him before I looks at Clarke "you sure this is gonna work?" I asks Clarke

"Yes, Mary. It'll work this time" Clarke says "then I volunteer" I says "what?" Clarke asks "Mae, what are you doing?" Murphy asks with a confused expression

"It's okay, I'll do this" I nods "Mary, you don't have to do this" Emori says "you said it's gonna work, then we have nothing to worry about" I looks at Clarke

"No, Mary, stop" Murphy says "I have more sins than Emori, it should be me" I says "Mary... are you sure?" Clarke asks with a sad look "yeah, if anything happens, you won't have to feel bad" I nods with teary eyes "no. Mary, hey, no!" Murphy yells

"Okay" Clarke nods as I sees a tear rolling down her cheek, she quickly wipes it "this is the opposite of surviving, Mary" Emori says

"Miller! Miller, don't listen to her! Stop this, Mary!" Murphy says as Miller walks towards me with the syringe with the anaesthetic agent

"Mary, please don't do this. Tell them not to, please. I am begging you, don't do this!" Murphy says "may we meet again" I gives Murphy a sad smile before everything blanks out

Murphy's pov

"Miller! Miller, I swear to god, I'll kill you-" I says before Roan puts a blade to my neck "Miller, Miller, please. Just look at me, man. You don't have to do this" I says as he was taking Mary, she was passed out already

"I wish that was true" he carries Mary "you don't have to do this!" I yells "who the hell do you think you are, huh?" I looks at Clarke

"I am trying to save us" Clarke says "save us? Oh, right, Wanheda, saviour of us all! But maybe you're forgetting the last time you saved us, I was saving you!" I yells

"I am not forgetting" Clarke says "then you must forgotten who is always saving your ass. You'd probably be dead without her and Bellamy. They call Mary Wanheda's bitch!" I says as I gets tears into my eyes

"But she didn't care people calling her that, she doesn't see this as an insult, she told me she loved people seeing her as your protector" I adds

"I love Mary too, Murphy, but I have to do this" Clarke shakes her head "please, you don't need to do it. Don't do it. Please, please, you don't need to do this" I begs

"You know it's too bad you weren't a real night blood because then you could have been commander. Imagine how many people you could've killed then" I says

"She saved you so many times and now you're sacrificing her like she's nothing to you" I says "she's not nothing to me, she volunteered" Clarke says

"Of course she did because she didn't want you to murder Emori! She didn't want me to be next!" I yells "she didn't want me to be next" I repeat with a broken voice

"Okay! I am begging you, please. I love her. Don't do this" I begs "Mary will be fine" Clarke walks away "hey" I says, making her stops and turns to face me

"Look at me. Is she dies, you die" I says before she walks away. I let out a yell "I am sorry, John" Emori says

"I am so sorry. She's in there because of me" she adds "she did it because she's better than this world" I says before Clarke opens the doors again

"We're not testing Mary" she says as Miller unties me and Emori "we're testing me" Clarke says before I rushes to Mary, she was waking up

"Murphy?" She asks before I gives her a long hug "they're not testing you" I says "what about Emori?" She looks at me confused

"They're testing Clarke" Emori says before Mary look at Clarke, Clarke walks towards Mary as she stands up "you volunteered" Mary says

"I couldn't watch you do this" Clarke says "Clarke-" Mary says "you inspires me. Mary. We need more people like you in the world, not less" Clarke cuts her off

"Are you sure about this?" Mary asks "may we meet again" Clarke gives Mary a small smiles before she walks towards the chamber

"I won't let you do it" Abby stands in front of the chamber, blocking Clarke "mom, I trust you. It'll work. Turn it on" Clarke says "Jackson don't" Abby says

"Clarke, if you'll go in there, you'll die. I saw it" Abby says "what are you talking about?" Clarke asks

"I saw it." Abby says "like I saw the rocket" Raven says "we're wasting time" Clarke says "no" Abby takes a pole "mom" Clarke says

"Abby!" Jackson says as Abby rushes to the chamber before she smashes it with the pole "stop!" Clarke yells

"Don't worry. It'll all be over soon now" Luna says before she walks away
