"Monty? Mary?" Harper says as she notices us "everyone left what are you doing here?" She asks before Monty leans her into a kiss

"I love you, Harper" Monty says "change your mind?" Jasper appears "no way" I says "we're here in case you guys change yours" Month adds

"Always the optimist. I love that about you. A little surprised by you, Mary. Not usually as optimistic but I am glad you stayed" Jasper says "you glad?" I asks

"Don't be a buzzkill. All right?" Jasper says. I shakes a look with Monty "hey" Monty takes me to the side

"I know it's hard, but thank you for staying" Monty says "he's my cousin, Monty. I can't leave without him" I says

"I know, and we'll do our best to bring them to the bunker but Mary... you gotta be ready for him not wanting to come" Monty says

"He will come" I says with confident "but you gotta prepare yourself for the other option" Monty says

"Monty, if Jasper doesn't leave, I don't" I says "no, you'll make your own decision" Monty says "I can't do this without Jasper" I says

"Only you can decide what's best for you, not him, not me. You went through the last couple of months without him, since Mount Weather" he says "at least he was here" I says with a breaking voice

"We'll do our best" he nods before he pulls me into a hug "we can do this" he adds

"Mary! A call from your lover" Jasper walks towards me with the radio, laughing a drunk laugh "Murphy?" I asks after Jasper hands me the radio

"Mary, what are you doing? Bellamy told me you staid" Murphy says "I couldn't leave, not without Jasper" I goes to a silent corner in the room

"You can't save him, Mary" Murphy says "I have to try" I says "you won't make it to the bunker" he says "I will" I says

"Promise?" He asks "I promise" I says "if you'd brake that promise, I don't think I could forgive you for that one" he says

"I won't Murphy, I'll make it to the bunker" I says "there are some people that we can't save, Mary" he says "Jasper is not gonna be one of them" I says

"I hope you're right" he says "me too" I looks down "I love you" he says "I love you too, I'll see at the bunker, I got a job here to do, Murph" I says "yeah, yeah. Always saving the world, aren't you?" He asks

"Not the world, just my family" I says before I lays down the radio and goes to help Monty

"Monty" I walks towards him "I don't feel good, I think the radiation is getting worse" I says before I throws up into a bucket "hold on, sit down and drink water" he says before he walks away 

"Put this" Monty comes back and hands me a suit after a few moments "I told you I want to save it if someone regrets" I says

"You're sick, put this on" he insists "It's getting bad" I says "yeah" he nods as I put the suit on and heads over to Jasper with Monty

"Jasper" Monty says as we walks towards him "masquerade ball? Nice" Jasper laughs "you think this is a joke? Radiation level are almost in the reds why do you think everyone is getting sick?" Monty says as Jasper was about to pour himself a drink

"No more drugs" I takes the bottle form his hand before Monty notices Harper throwing up "come on, Jasper look at them" I says

"We need to leave for the bunker tonight if we won't make it. I was only able to make 3 suits, but I can take 7 in the rover" Monty speaks up

"Hey! Somebody! We need help!" Hayes says, I stands up in order to help them but Monty stops me "get some rest, I'll take care of it"

"What now?" Monty walks towards Hayes holding Riley "he's not breathing" Hayes says, I ignore what Monty said and walks towards them "Riley" I sits down next to Monty

"Riley!" Monty says but Riley doesn't answer "black rain strikes again" Jasper says "no radiations burns" Monty says

"How?" I asks "it wasn't black rain. He's overdosing on your damn Jobi tea" Monty says "let him go, Monty" Jasper says, Monty takes off his mask and starts heimlich Riley  

"Come on, Harper. Get the med kit out of the rover" Monty says before"look at him, look at his face. He's at piece" Jasper moves Monty "Jasper, this is on you!" I says

"What's the matter with you?" Monty snaps "Harper, is this what we saved him for? This isn't happening" Monty reaches to Riley, but Jasper stops him

"This is what he wanted. Would it be better if he melted from the inside when the death wave comes?" Jasper says

"The death wave comes in two days you'll all be dead by tomorrow. I am leaving tonight" Monty walks away

"Jasper, please go with us" I shakes my head before I walks away with Monty

"This is insane" I tells him "I know" Monty says as he starts packing "we have to make Jasper and Harper come with us, we have to" I says

"We tried our best, this is their choice now" Monty says "Monty, I don't think I can leave without him" I says

"What?" He asks "I can't" I says with tears "Mary, we're leaving tonight" he says "Jasper saved me, Monty. So many times" I says "I get it, okay? Jasper and Harper are my family" he starts

"I am gonna talk with Harper, no matter what will happen, we're gonna face it together" Monty says, I nods before he walks away

"Jasper" I walks towards him, he was in his room, staring at the skies "Mae" he smiles "please go with me and Monty, the bunker is safe" I stands next to him

"It's always safe, Mary" he chuckles "come on. I don't want to watch you go" I says "then don't. Just can leave" he says

"You know I can't" I says "Mary, I need you to let go" he looks at me

"You saved me on the Ark, Jasper. Do you know that?" I asks "I didn't do anything" he says "the times I used to spend with you was the best times I've ever spent. I waited to see you even though I was only at your place when Fiona noticed my bruises. I don't know... when I was with you I felt better than I've ever felt"

"I used to wish you were my brother, I still do. But you were in some way. You and Monty" I adds

"Mary, things have changed" he says "but I want to save you the same way you saved me. Please let me" I says

"I can't do that" he says "you can, you do! Just please go with me and Monty. I am begging you, okay? Please" I says

"I am sorry" he says "no, don't do this to me. I can't do this without you" I cries "you're stronger than me, Mae. You always have been" he holds my hands

"I don't want to be stronger, I want my cousin" I says "there you are, I've been looking everywhere" Monty walks into the room

"You shouldn't be here, Monty. Neither of you should" Jasper says "none of us should be here" Monty says "you know why that moon's red?"

"It's really red? I thought I was tripping already" Jasper laughs "it's from the death wave. Radioactive ash in the air. If we leave now, I can make two trips to polis before it gets here. That should be enough for everyone who wants-" Monty says

"I am leaving now" Jasper cuts Monty off "for all it's fault... earth is really beautiful" Jasper says "you loved watching earth from the Ark" I smiles to the memory

"How much Jobi tea did you drink?" Monty notices the bottle on the floor, my smile fades and I looks at Jasper with concern

"Just the right amount" Jasper chuckles "what did you do?" I asks "you weren't suppose to find out like this" Jasper says as he lays on the wall

"To find out what? What did you do?" Monty asks as he takes off his masks "answer me!" Monty says "Jas, you didn't. You couldn't. You wouldn't do that to me" I says as I takes off my mask as well and put my hands on my head, walking around the room in circles "no, don't take that off. Not for me, don't take that off" Jasper says

"No. This is not making-" Monty says "no. You need to let us go" Jasper fights Month "yeah, like hell I do. Get off-" Monty fights Jasper "stop fighting us!" I says

"Let go!" Jasper keeps Monty "get off or I will never forgive you do you hear me?" I says "how could you do this to me?" I cries "don't say that. Don't live with that. No. No, say- say you love me" Jasper holds me hands

"Don't do this, please don't do this" I says "don't do this to us, please" Monty says "say you love me or you'll regret it, Mary" Jasper says

Monty reaches to Jasper mouth with his finger, attempting to make him throw up the drugs he swallowed, but Jasper keeps fighting him

"This is unsanitary" Jasper says "open your mouth" Monty says "no!" Jasper shoves Monty "I am just trying to help you" Monty says, Jasper starts laughing

"This isn't a joke you idiot!" I snaps "let me help you" Monty begs "please, Jasper. Don't leave" I says with tears as I sits down and reaches to him

"Just promise me you're going to leave tonight" Jasper quietly says "promise me you'll..." he says, his voice gets softer and softer "I promise, I promise. Just please keep your eyes open for me" I nods with tears

"You're forgiven, Mary" he whispers "no, please, don't. I love you, Jas" I says "I am sorry" he whispers with a weak voice "no" I shakes my head "I love you too" he says

"See you on the other side" Jasper adds "don't say that" I shakes my head as Jasper leans his forehead to mine

"No. Stay with me, cousin. I just want you to stay with me, okay?" I says with a broken voice "you can't do that, hey! Stay with me!" I says as he lays his head backwards and close his eyes

"Hey. Jasper, Jasper!" Monty sits down next to us "Jasper? Jasper!" I put my hands on his cheek "I love you, cousin" I cries

"Jasper- Jas-" Monty reaches to him with tears "no..." I whimpers as I breaks down "oh, no. No. Jas. No!" I let out a scream of sob as I wrap my hands around his neck, crying in his shoulders

"No" Monty cries "oh, god. Oh, god" I let myself sob as I holds Jasper "let us go" Monty repeat what Jasper said before he runs off

"Oh my god- oh my god" I sobs "I am so sorry, I am so sorry" I cries out as I watches him. I lays my hand on his chest as I continues sobbing

It is my fault.

"Mary, we gotta go" Monty enters the room with Harper next to him

"No" I shakes my head with sobs "Mary, the death wave" Monty says "if I will let go of him, I will never feel the touch of him ever again" I says

"You have to let go, Mary. We gotta go" Harper says "you don't understand.... I killed him" I sobs "what? No" Monty shakes his head

"I killed him it was me. I killed Maya and it killed him. Oh my god" I cries "no, Mary. Look at me" Monty reaches to me

"You didn't kill anybody" he adds "I loved him, Monty" I sobs "I know" Monty whispers "but you gotta get yourself together" he adds

"He wouldn't want you to die after him, you know that" he says, I takes a look at Jasper "just go without me" I says

"No, I will not leave you here" Monty wraps his arms around me and tried to drag me out of there, but I fight his grip

"No!" I says "you promised him we were gone leave!" Monty says "I don't deserve to survive, not without Jasper" I says

"And what about Murphy?" Monty says, I looks at him as I stops fighting him "yeah, he's in the bunker waiting for you!" He says

"Clarke is waiting, Bellamy is waiting, Raven is waiting, Abby is waiting, Kane is waiting... everyone is waiting for you. I know it's hard, okay? But you are surrounded with people that needs you to be alive and needs your help" he adds

"I love you" I kissed Jasper's forehead before I slowly stands up and walks away "I am sorry about Jasper" Harper looks at me

"Me too" I wipes my tears and sniffs before she pulls me into a hug. I takes a deep breath and keeps myself from crying, Octavia told me a real warrior only grief after the war is over

But it's hard. I want Jasper back. I don't want to be a warrior, I don't want to be a fighter, I don't want to be anybody other than Jasper's keeper. And I lost that today

I failed.
