Mary's pov

"Bellamy, Mary. Come in" Raven says on the radio as Bellamy tries the lovejoy key card Maya gave us, but it fails "what's wrong with it?" I asks "I don't know" he says

Me and Bellamy thinking the same thing, they know we're here. If they are catching me and Bellamy it's my fault

"Yeah, I am little busy here, Raven" Bellamy says "you missed check-in. Did you find the source of the acid fog yet?" Raven asks

"We're making our way there now" I says "it's taking longer than I though" Bellamy adds "I don't know enough to solve it on this end. You gotta give me something" Raven says

"We're working on it" Bellamy says as he walks to another door and tries to open it, but the key doesn't work "something is wrong" Bellamy says

"What?" Raven asks "the key card isn't working" Bellamy says "that's not good" Raven says

"We need another way in. I'll call you back" Bellamy says "we're screwed, we are basically dead" I says

"not now Mary" Bellamy says "stay right there" two guards says as they points a gun at us

"Hands in the air" the guards says, me and Bellamy shares a look before we starts running "in pursuit the target. It's not Lovjoy. Repeat it's not Lovejoy" I hear one of the guard says to a radio as the other guards chases us

We hears an alarm as we keeps running as fast as we can, kind of Deja Vu for us running from the fire in the drop ship

"Checking in. Go back down to the base" a guard says as Bellamy stops to listen and catch our breath. We lost the sight of the two guards but another guard quickly appears and run towards us making us keep running

"You're surrounded. There's no way out!" The guard says "keep your eyes open. Graza, do you see him?" We hears on the radio before Bellamy knocks the guard out

"Graza. What's your status? Graza?" I hear on the radio as I reaches to his pocket and get out his key card "Graza? Do you see him?" We hears on the radio before me and Bellamy walks to the door and I opens it with the guard's key card

"What now?" I asks "we'll go ask help from Vincent" Bellamy says "Bellamy they know we're here, we are screwed" I says

"It will be fine, we're a team. We'll fight as a team" he says and I nods before we reaches Vincent's home and knocks on his door

"Vincent, I need your help" Bellamy whispers after Vincent opens the door "it's all over the radio. They know about you. Anyone see you come here?" Vincent asks as he lets us in

"No. We've been keeping in the vents and unmonitored halls" Bellamy says before a guard appears "Vincent" the guard says as Bellamy and I quickly points our guns at him

"It's okay. Lee is with us" Vincent says "Danta was like a father to me. Some of us don't agree with Cage's agenda" Lee explains

"Where is Jasper, Monty and Maya?" I asks as me and Bellamy still points a gun at Lee "they are okay. Thanks to Lee we moved them to a wing that is already been searched" Vincent says

"Isn't that a risk?" Bellamy asks as we puts our guns down "we had no choice. They've gone public with what happened on Level 5. They're saying you killed 10 soldiers. I don't know how much longer we can keep this shell game going. Did you take out the acid fog yet?" Vincent asks

"No. That's why I am here. I am gonna need another route" Bellamy says "way ahead of you. You can get there through the retrofit zones" Vincent says as he shows me and Bellamy a map

"How didn't we know about this?" I asks "they're off limits, which also means no cameras, no patrols. We used some to move the kids. And that your other route. You'll also gonna need this. An acetylene torch. Got to the northwest corridor" Vincent says

"Okay. Mary, I think it's best if you'd stay with Jasper, Monty and Maya, it gets too dangerous" Bellamy says

"Bellamy, I came here for Jasper and Monty that's true. But I didn't came all the way here just for that, I want to help" I says

"You sure?" He asks "yes, I want all of them to be safe. After seeing that room we can't afford to get them any one of us. We'll fight as a team, you said it yourself" I says before he slightly nods

Murphy's pov

"It's clearing" I hear someone says, referring to the air. I puts my head over off and looks around

"There. We have the lights, and, oh, look. Footprints are gone. Sand, it blows" I speaks

"Do you see that? The city of light" Jaha says as lights shows up behind a dune "Emori was telling the truth" I says

"We're so close. You wanted a sign? Well there it is. We have to push forward" Jaha says "yeah, what about the mines?" I asks

"We were meant to be here, John. This mines are just another test of our faith" Jaha says "yeah, well, I was always crap at tests so, please. After you, Chancellor" I says

Jaha was searching in the sand for mines with his staff as we carefully and really slowly moves towards to what seems like the city of light

"Don't trip, don't trip" the guy behind me, Richards says "there's four mines down, infinity to go, Jaha" I says

"We will make it, John. " Jaha says "calm downs Richards. Who do you think it is, anyway? They must have power. A shower will be nice right about now. Wash off the rest of Harris" I says

"Sienna said it's a place where everyone is welcome" Jaha says "well, that'd be first, wouldn't it?" I says

"I can't take this, it's right there" Richards says as he runs towards the dune "hey, Richards!" Jaha yells as he runs towards Richards

"Richards, stop!" Jaha before he pulls Richards down, me and Craig who was behind me stays in the place. Jaha continues to slowly move his staff in the sand

He notices a sign that makes him walk normally, I walks towards him and read the sign "warning mines"

"Another test passed. We made it, come on" Jaha says before we starts sprinting towards the dune

When we reaches the dune the only thing we see is a solar panels. That was it. Not a city, not a fairy tail, it was nothing

I left Mary for absolutely nothing. She needs me, but I left. I wanted to find a place that we both could feel safe in, but I failed.

"Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me, this is it? This is what we crossed the desert to find?" I says

"It can't be" Jaha says "well, guess what. You enlightened society, it's not a city. It's nothing" I says

"I flew down from space. I defied death. It was all for a reason. It has to be" Jaha says

Mary's pov

"I am really starting to hate this" I says as me and Bellamy were in the veins, he uses the acetylene torch Vincent gave him to get out of the veins

"it might be annoying, but it's better than getting caught" he says as we gets out, we walks towards a chemical storage

Bellamy takes an axe he broke through a glass and he uses it to lock the door "impressive" I says

"Come in, Raven. I made it. I hope you have a plan" Bellamy says on the radio "we're still working on it. Give us something to go on. What do you see?" Raven asks

"A huge steal vat" Bellamy says "looks like a submarine" I adds "some other tanks with chemical formulas. Warning labels. A bunch of pipes going into the wall" Bellamy says

"Hey, there's also a monitor, we can kill this thing if it's a control panel. Jasper told me this in chemist" I says

"That's good. Go to the monitor" I hear Wick says "hello to you too" Bellamy says to Wick "don't mind Wick. He's not really helping" Raven says

"How's my boy Monty is doing?" Wick asks "fine, yeah. But I don't know for how long" Bellamy says as me and him stands in front of the Monitor

"Great. Pleasantries over. Mary, do you see a pH scale?" He asks "it has a scale but the rest, uh... S3, V2, O5, H2, S2, O7" I says

"Can I just blow this thing?" Bellamy asks "No" Raven says "No, they'll know their defences are down. They'll send a tech to fix it, reroute it or pull out a weapon we don't even know about" Wick says

"Plus, you'd probably melt your face off. Look, you know I like a good explosion. But we gotta think another way through this one. We can do this" Raven says

"Okay, uh... level indicator" Bellamy says "do you see an actuator anywhere?" Raven asks "I have no idea what that is, Mary, a little bit of help?" Bellamy asks

"I should've been more interested in Jasper's explanation, okay? I can't think of something that can help us" I says

"Yeah, you were actual useful for a few seconds, I know it was too much for you" he says "thank you" I gives him a sarcastic smile

"Come on, what else?" Wick asks "internal pressure sensor" Bellamy says "no" Wick says "set point and alarm" Bellamy read from the monitor earning a glare from me

"What?" He asks "let's avoid that one" Wick says "maintenance and cleaning" Bellamy says "Bellamy, go to that subdirectory. See if there's anything there that says passivation" Wick says

"Okay I am not it, I got it" Bellamy says "it says, aqueous sodium hydroxide bath" he adds

"That's a base. That'll neutralise the acid. Select that" Wick says "it's doing something" Bellamy says as he clicks on it

"You should be able to hear the pump" Raven says "we can" I says "the needle is moving" Bellamy says

"The pH is rising" I says "it's working" Wrick says "passivation successful" Bellamy reads as me and him high five "yes!" I says

"Alright, send the flare" Bellamy says "Roger that" Raven says

"We did it" I says with a smile "yeah, yeah. Let's get somewhere safe" he says as he starts walking "yeah" I says before he stops to stare at something

"What's that?" I asks as he wipes some dust on some object, that object reveals as a pH scale.

But the pH was at it's lowest, me and Bellamy shares a look before we rush towards the monitor, the monitor stopped raising "Raven, we got a problem" Bellamy says

"Damn it, where are you?" I says "I don't see the acid fog is down. Get word to Clarke. We have to stop the army" Bellamy says

"Raven?" I asks "Raven, what's going on?" Bellamy asks as we both starts to panic "no, no, no, no. That's not good" I says as the pH lowers to zero

We hears an alarm turning on and a door banging "what are you doing? we gotta go" I asks as Bellamy stands still.

I sees him putting the acetylene torch on one of the steal vat "fuck" I says "we need to run" he says

"drop your weapon!" The guard says as he walks in, me and Bellamy starts to run away, me and Bellamy hides behind a wall, but we both know we need to get away from there unless we're going to explode

"It's going to be okay, just follow my lead" he says "oh, I hate that sentence" I says before we both runs towards the veins, walking by the guards. They fired their guns as we walked to the veins

We crawls as fast as we can as we hears go shots at the veins. "Keep going" he says as he shoots his guns until he's out of bullets, when he's out of bullets he follows me

We both knows we need to get as far as we can, then the fire reaches us, me and Bellamy barely make it but we somehow does

"are you okay?" He asks as we starts coughing "I just need to rest in a little while" I says as we both were laying down, breathing heavily "Yeah, me too" he says

I am getting closer to the end of seasons 2, I wanted to say that I will continue to season 3 in this book

I really like Bellamy and Mary's dynamic in the last few chapters, I think they're cute.

I also wanted to say that if I have any mistakes in the chapter, don't mind to correct me because I am editing this late at night and I am not 100% focus
