You noticed Sans and Papyrus have really been ignoring each other. You were pretty sure that Gaster noticed as well. Today Papyrus had to do a test, but he hugged you before he left. "Be safe." You whispered before feeling Papyrus nod. Papyrus left before Gaster turned the beams on.

You looked at Sans to see his face dark. "Why... why does Gaster care about you?" Sans asked. You stayed silent. You knew why Gaster cared about you. "Actually, I have a question." You perked and turned to Sans.

"Lets say I pulled Gaster into the beams, let's also say Papyrus was in shock, would you have healed Gaster or would you have helped us, helped Papyrus, be free?"

You froze. Your throat was suddenly dry as you felt wetness in your eyes. "I... I... I..I..I..." You sat down as you thought. Papyrus soon returned and Sans left.

"P..Papyrus..."

Papyrus turned to you before you hid your face in your legs. "W..would you hate me if I helped Gaster instead of y..you?" You asked as tears streamed down your face. Papyrus scooted over to you and hugged. "I would never be mad. That would prove you're a greater person than I thought you could be!" Papyrus answered.

You smiled softly before you frowned again. You knew that Papyrus would be ok with you helping Gaster... but would Gaster be ok with you helping Papyrus? You loved them both in different ways.

Gaster was like your father.

Papyrus was... uh... let's get back to that later.

It seemed like forever until Sans came back. The good thing was you were calmed down by then. "Subject 3, come along." You nodded before Papyrus gave you one last hug. You looked at Sans and waved to him before leaving.

Gaster took you into the same room where he gave you the liquid that allowed you to have magic. "I have to take a blood sample. It will be quick, I promise." You nodded before getting up on the table.

You knew the drill.

Gaster would rub some ointment on your arm before you closed your eyes. Gaster pushed the needle in and took some blood as you closed your eyes tighter. Gaster pulled the needle out and bandaged your arm before you opened your eyes. You blinked to focus your vision. "You need to stop doing that." Gaster said as he placed the blood in a machine.

"Sorry. It's a habit." You said before you looked at your feet. Gaster analyzed the blood as you sat quietly on the table. For Gaster, it was like you disappeared into thin air.

"Would you hate or punish me if I helped Papyrus?"
