I had been meaning to start this fic for ages but I kept putting it off until now. I finally had some free time tonight though so I binge read the whole thing and had a lovely time.

I was a bit iffy about this at first because I haven't really read very many good medieval au's but this was so well written I was already in love with it by the second chapter.

The characters are very nicely constructed and I adore Matty and George's relationship.

It is overall pretty calm without too much drama despite the fact that Matty and George's relationship is technically illegal and the end had me smiling so much it was perfect honestly.
