Once you see them
You can't unsee them
They're a curse and a gift
These gifts allow you to control certain powers
Powers that are unique to that person
Some see cryptids
A few hear spirits
Others have spirits talk through them
Each person has a unique gift
But these gifts come at a cost
This cost is your mental state
Once you start seeing them
You can't stop
This greatly affects your mental state
A state that once altered is forever fixated in that manner
Some report feeling demons grabbing them
A few have even been molested
I myself suffer from this curse
