Q&A - Virgil and Roman

Once the others were gone, Virgil and Roman moved so that they were sitting on the couch, Virgil leaning against Roman's side while the other wrapped an arm around him.

At that, Taco had to repress a squeal at how adorable the two of them were. Instead, they moved to sit in a chair near them, pulling out a list of questions.

"Alright," Taco said. "So I was thinking that I'd alternate who I ask a question to. How does that sound?"

"That sounds great," Vigil said while Roman nodded beside him.

"Perfect," they said looking at the first question. "'Kay, DatGirlwithaPencil asked the first question, and it is 'Virgil, which side do you enjoy spending time with the most? (besides Roman :3).'"

"Oh gosh," Virgil murmured while Roman sniggered. Virgil turned to him. "What are you laughing about?"

"Nothing, my love," Roman said quickly. "Why don't you answer the question?"

"I'm thinking!" Virgil said, blushing profusely. After a moment, he turned back to Taco. "I'd probably have to go with Deceit."

"Awwww, that's cute," Taco whispered before reading the next question. "So this one's for both of you, but I'll have Roman answer first. Virgilsanders-_- asked, 'For Virgil. How far would you go to protect Roman? Same for Roman? How far would you go to protect Virgil?"

As soon as he heard the question, Roman laughed. "Oh, this is wonderful," he said in the midst of his laughter. "While all of us were playing truth or dare last week Patton asked both of us this."

"Oh my god," Taco said, starting to laugh as well. "What did you say?"

"Well, to quote what I said during the game," Roman said, his laughter stopping as he grew serious. "I will vanquish any villain that has the gall to try and harm him."

"Oh my god," Taco whispered before laughing. "That's almost exactly the same as a line in the rap battle you and Logan had."

"Precisely," Roman said, chuckling.

After a bit, Virgil spoke up. "I basically said that any motherfucker that tries to hurt Roman is a dead bitch."

"Solid," Taco said, nodding their head while laughing. "I'm guessing Patton wasn't fond of that answer."

"Oh, not at all!" Virgil chuckled. "He gave me a three-minute lecture."

"I timed it," Roman chimed in.

"Oh my," Taco laughed. "Alright, Roman, Aarmaulover000 asked, 'If there was anyone in the mind you could kill, [Like Elliott's ex] would you?'"

"Oh, definitely," Roman said without hesitation. "Although I probably wouldn't, like, actually kill them. I'd just ask Logan for help in killing them verbally."

"That's aggressive," Taco replied. "'Kay, K3A3P3 asked, 'Hey Virg... which song is better, Welcome to the Black Parade or I Write Sins Not Tragedies?'"

"Oh, definitely Welcome to the Black Parade," Virgil said immediately. "I mean, I Write Sins Not Tragedies is great too, but there's no way it could every beat Welcome to the Black Parade."

"Valid. I would have to agree," Taco said, to which Virgil nodded. "Roman, YaoiDokonidemo asked, 'Would you die for Virgil? Also love you 3000!'"

"Oh my god, nooooooooooo," Virgil cried, burying his face in Roman's shoulder.

"Is he still sensitive?" Taco asked Roman, and he nodded.

"Yeah, he is," he confirmed. "And, yes, if necessary, I would die for Virgil."

"I love it," Taco whispered before moving on. "Virgil, this next one's for you. The_Shadowling asked, 'Did you ever think of Roman as a brother?'"

His face still hidden in Roman's shoulder, Virgil shook his head, mumbling out a faint "no."

"Precious," Taco whispered to themself while Roman rubbed Virgil's back. "ajmuffin10 asked, 'Roman, do you have a least favorite Disney movie?'"

"Absolutely not!" Roman exclaimed, causing Virgil to flinch slightly. Roman immediately turned to him and planted a kiss to the top of his head. "I'm sorry, Starlight. I didn't mean to startle you."

"'S okay," Virgil murmured, lifting his head and placing a kiss on Roman's cheek.

During their exchange, Taco was sitting in the chair trying not to squeal, the list of questions pressed against their mouth to hide their giant grin.

"You okay there, Taco?" Roman asked when he saw them.

"Wha- oh, yeah, I'm doing just fine," Taco replied. "It's just that you two are so freaking adorable."

At that, both Roman and Virgil blushed slightly.

"Okay, next question," Taco said, taking a breath. "Aarmaulover000 asked, 'Virgil, if it is possible, would you and Roman get married and have kids?'"

Virgil blushed again, covering his face with his hands while Roman snickered.

"Shut up," Virgil whined, whacking Roman lightly with one hand.

"I couldn't help it," Roman said, grinning. "You're just so adorable when you blush."

"Nooooooooooooo," Virgil replied, hiding his face again. "The answer to the question, Taco, is yes."

"Hnnnnggggggg," Taco squealed quietly, trying to hide their grin.

"You sure you're okay?" Roman asked again.

"Mhm," Taco hummed with a nod. "Okay, Roman, this next one's a good one. An_Introvert_Girl asks, 'My mom doesn't like Disney. What should I do? XD'"

"Simple," Roman said. "Disown her."

"I mean, that's one way to handle that," Taco replied, nodding slightly. "'Kay, YaoiDokonidemo asked Virgil, 'Favorite anime? Also, what is your absolute favorite thing about Roman?'"

"Favorite anime's definitely Death Note," Virgil replied. "One of the characters, L, is very emo, and he's awesome."

"As for my favorite thing about Roman," Virgil paused, looking at Roman with a smile. "It's definitely how caring he is."

"Awwwwwwwww," Taco replied. "That's precious."

"I know, right?" Virgil said while Roman blushed. "Like, he's such a sweetheart. He just won't admit because he wants to make people think he's super tough."

At that, Roman gasped, making his signature Offended Princy noise.

"I am shocked, Virgil. How could you admit such a thing?" Roman said, a hand over his heart.

"Sorry," Virgil said with a shrug. "But it's true."

Taco smiled at the two of them before asking the next question. "angelsartistry asked Roman, 'Have you been spending more time with the people in the village?'"

"I have!" Roman replied, perking up slightly. "Although not as much as I wish."

"Yeah, I've seen you around there quite a bit more," Taco said in agreement. "Now, angelsartistry asked, 'Virgil, what's your favorite hobby and have you ever shared it with Roman?'"

"Oh, yeah, I have," Virgil said almost immediately. "My favorite hobby's watching anime, and Roman and I watch a lot of shows together."

"Swanky," Taco replied. "Alright, Roman, ilyvirgil asked, 'favorite Disney villain?'"

"Ooooohhhhhh, Ursula all the way," Roman said. "I love her songs."

"Quality, quality," Taco replied with a nod. "Now, Virgil, ilyvirgil asked, 'favorite song?'"

"Oh god," Virgil said, his eyes going wide. "I really don't know. Like, it just depends on my mood, honestly."

"I feel you," Taco said. "I'm the exact same way, although I really love A Gay Disney Prince."

"True, true," Virgil nodded.

"Alright, Roman," Taco said. "AlexAnnDrite asked, 'Favorite nickname for Virgil? (Everyone if you wanna-)'"

"Easy," Roman said. "My favorite nickname for Virgil is 'Starlight.'"

"That is so adorable," Taco replied. "How about the others?"

"To be quite honest, I don't really have many nicknames for the others," Roman said.

"Huh, that actually surprises me," Taco said before moving on. "AlexAnnDrite asked you, Virgil, 'Favorite nicknames for everyone?'"

"I don't really have nicknames for the others," Virgil replied. "Although I do call Patton 'Dad' a lot, so I guess that would be one."

"Fair," Taco said before looking at the next question and laughing. "This next one... oh my. Um, it's for both of you. Pandalane75 asked, 'How do you like your eggs?'"

Roman burst out laughing. "Oh my god, is this because Patton burned the eggs that one time?"

"Probably," Taco said. "That was so funny, and I felt so bad when I heard about that."

"Yeah, no, that was hilarious," Roman said. "I still tease him about it."

"Wow," Taco said. "Anyways, how do you like your eggs?"

"Personally," Roman responded. "I like mine sunnyside up with a runny yolk."

"Same," Taco agreed before turning to Virgil. "How about you?"

"Hatched, raised to adulthood, breaded, and fried," Virgil responded in a deadpan voice while Roman snickered.

"Wait, what?" Taco asked, utterly confused.

Virgil laughed, "Basically I like my eggs to be fried chicken."

"Wha- OOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHH, that makes sense now!" Taco said, chuckling a bit. "Alright, Roman, SoullessPotato1 asked, 'Favorite Disney movie?'"

"All of them!!!!!!" Roman exclaimed. "I can't choose any one!! That's like a parent having a favorite child!!!"

"I mean, fair," Taco replied. "Alright, SoullessPotato1 also asked, 'Virgil, why do we bother?'"

"Does anyone actually know?" Virgil responded with a shrug.

"Solid. Alright," Taco said. "JessicaLycon asked, 'Roman, what did it take for someone to push you over the edge? Like in an emotional way.'"

"Oh, gosh," Roman responded. "That doesn't actually happen all that much. Only two or three times, I think. And that's usually because I've been working on ideas for a long time and I'm tired and stressed."

"But there was one time he broke down because he was looking for his copy of Tangled and he didn't remember that he had let Patton borrow it," Virgil interjected.

"Honestly though, that would be me," Taco responded. "JessicaLycon also asked, 'Virgil, favorite eyeshadow?'"

"Profusion Cosmetics 24 Shade Eyeshadow Palette," Virgil said. "Specifically the Sultry. The colors are just really cool."

"Nice," Taco commented. "Alright, so tired-toaster asked both of you, 'Do you put your milk in before your cereal?'"

"Absolutely not!!" Roman cried. "The cereal must go in first."

"I mean," Virgil started. "I'm not... a huge cereal fan???"

"Alright then," Taco responded. "ConfusedByHumans asked Roman, 'When's the wedding (kidding. Unless there IS a wedding in which case tell me everything lol)'"

"Um," Roman coughed. "Virgil and I haven't really talked about that, so I can't really say."

"Fair," Taco said before looking at the next question. "Awww, this one's cute. TrashyShipper624 asked, 'Hey virge, do you know how adorable you are? Also have a cookie!'"

Virgil blushed, curling into Roman's chest. "I... um... compliment?????? How... what do I do?"

Taco and Roman awed while a very flustered Virgil tried to figure out how to words. After a while, Virgil accepted the compliment, and they were able to move on.

"Alright," Taco said. "This last question is from HufflepuffWhoTries, and you both have to answer it. 'If you could ask any other side 1 question only, and they would respond truthfully, no loophole, but real truthfully, who and what would it be? Once 1 side and 1 question.'"

"ooohhhhhhh, that's hard," Roman said.

"That's what he said," Virgil whispered, and Roman elbowed him while Taco laughed.

"Anyways," Roman said, giving Virgil a look. "I honestly don't know who I'd ask."

"Oh, c'mon," Virgil said. "There's gotta be someone. I'd ask Logan if he actually needs his glasses or if he just wears them for show."

"Dang..." Taco said. "That's a good one. Roman?"

"Um..." Roman looked down at his hands, suddenly looking nervous. "I'd probably ask Virgil a question."

"Oh?" Virgil asked, turning to look at Roman. "What would you ask me?"

"That... um, well... the question is..." Roman stuttered, getting off of the couch and reaching underneath it. Pulling out a small box and opening it to reveal a ring, he got on one knee in front of Virgil. "Will you marry me?"

"Oh my god, no way," Taco whispered to themself as Vigil covered his mouth as tears formed in his eyes.

"Are you serious?" Virgil asked in a whisper.

"I might not wear a tie," Roman said, tears also in his eyes. "But I'm dead serious."

"Oh my god, yes!" Virgil said, launching himself into Roman's arms.

"Well, um, that was quite an ending to this part of the Q&A," Taco said, quickly sinking down to Thomas' living room.
