Gadget's POV ⚙️

However, when I tried to ask anyone about the albino wolf and his past, they acted like as if he was taboo.

Like he wasn't supposed to be known.

They didn't say anything about him or his past but they did tell me his name and age.

That albino wolf's name is Ryobo.

I honestly thought that was a pretty cool and cute name for someone like him.

What was even more surprising, was that Ryobo's the same age as me.

Man...

And I almost thought that there wasn't anyone here in the resistance, who is the same age as I am.

I should talk and get to know him.

Maybe we could be friends too?

I could feel my tail wag a little bit in excitement over the thought of that, after Zero took me to my room and wished me a good afternoon.

Then he left as I stood at the entrance of my bedroom door.

Thinking for a moment, I decided to head over to Knuckles and ask him where Ryobo's bedroom was at.

"Ryobo's bedroom? His bedroom is upstairs, next to Itachi's, but on the left." Knuckles says before pointing at the stairs. "Surely, you know where Itachi's room is at?"

I nodded before thanking him as I turned and headed upstairs.

Once I made it, I headed over to where Itachi's room is and walked over to the room on the left that was next to his, before I knocked.

Ryobo's POV ❄️

I groaned a little as I heard a knock on the door, rolling over on the bed and sitting up, before I yawned and rubbed my eyes sleepily until I putted my lensless glasses on.

"The hell is it?" I asked tiredly as I stood up and stretched a little.

"It's Gadget." I heard them say from the other side of the door.

I snorted and rolled my eyes as I started walking over to the door.

"Itachi...If this is one of your stupid pranks or illusions again, I swear to Gaia, I'll kick your ass and skull fuck you." I said with an annoyed tone in my voice.

Then once I opened the door, my face suddenly fell into shock, seeing Gadget standing there.

"Um...Hi! You're Ryobo, aren't you?" Gadget asked.

"W-Wait...Wha?!" I went, dumbfounded. "How didja know my name?"

"One of the members of the resistance told me..." He replied before rubbing the back of his head in embarrassment.

"So, uh...Can I come in and chat?"

"B-By all means!" I said before letting him in.

Once Gadget was inside my room, I closed the door behind him and walked over before sitting down on a chair that was at my desk.

"Sorry if the room looks really neat and tidy in here...I have the habit of cleaning it a lot." I mentioned as I sweat dropped a little before chuckling nervously.

"Nah, that's okay. I do the same thing too." Gadget replied as he chuckled a bit.

"So...Why did you want to see and chat with me for?" I asked before heading into the small kitchen and fixing us some tea.

"I wanted to get to know and create a bond with you." I heard Gadget answer, making me almost drop the cup a little.

By "creating a bond" with me, does he mean...Love wise?!

"But, to tell the truth...I think we'll be good and very close best friends once we bonded." He continued.

My ears suddenly flattened down after I heard that as I went "Oh".

"I...I see." I went as I blushed a little bit, feeling really embarrassed that I mistakenly assumed Gadget was talking about a relationship bond instead of a friendship bond.

Then I came back in my room and sat back down.
