-Story of Tonight-

[HAMILTON]
I may not live to see our glory!

"Sad..but probably true..." John muttered, only half joking. He was terrified at the fact that he would die, he was just wondering when he would.

Alexander overheard what John said and slightly looked away from him. They didn't talk for the rest of the song.

I may not live to see our glory!

Peggy relaxed and smiled "This seems like a sweet song, especially compared to the last song."

[HAMILTON]
But I will gladly join the fight!

Washington sighed "Of course you will." He liked the fact that the army was glad to fight for their freedom, but, in his opinion, they were too glad.

But I will gladly join the fight!

And when our children tell our story...

Everyone who had children smiled. And those who didn't, Eliza, Alexander, and Aaron had all hoped they would one day bare a child. Burr however, was less hopeful considering that his lover was married to a British officer. And even if they did win the war, it was highly unlikely that he would be able to marry her.

"Okay... Now it is getting repetitive."

"Shut up Burr." Burr was really bugging Hamilton.

Burr shut his mouth and didn't speak for the rest of the song.
