It was storming, again.

In the dorm room he shared with close friend and roommate, John Laurens. Alex laid on his bed, almost in tears. He was trembling and every crash of lightning he'd jump or choke out a struggled sob.

This reminded him of the hurricane he had experienced on Nevis. The all so real event that was far from a distant dream for Alexander.

John had gone a few hours earlier to go take Mulligan and Lafayette to a nearby bar, since he's the only one with a license other than Mr Hamilton himself.

John soon came home, announcing his presence by loudly screaming "IM HOMEE!"

This made Alex practically jump out of his skin, Laurens had always been the loud one.

Laurens practically skipped over to Alex's bed "Alexander!~" he cooed "you're actually trying to sleep?" He giggled

Alex was about to say something but then

BOOM!

A loud shock of lightning lit the sky with a thunderous roar

Alex squealed then retreaded into the blankets. John paused, he then frowned and sat on Alex's bed.

"Lexy..." he sighed. He laid down and wrapped his arms around the lump that was under the covers and was apparently Alexander Hamilton.

Alexander was trembling in fear as he sobbed quietly. John could tell that this storm was reminding him of the not so happy things that happened in that hurricane years ago.

BOOM!

More lightning lit the sky, making Alex jump again, letting out a choked sob once again.

Laurens bright him closer and hummed a tune to Alex, as an attempt to calm him down.

Soon the storm passed, leaving the two to cuddle up to each other and calmly fall asleep
