A/N even though I hate fanfics where Alex and Eliza are together, I heard this  song, so I kinda had to write this chapter lol.

    Alex P.O.V

   I was sitting at the small oak desk, that sat in the corner of my room. John was out doing...I could assume something turtle related, so I had our dorm to myself.
   I was busy organizing my notes for my next meeting for the debate club. I hadn't been writing very long, maybe, a hour or so. I guess my brain was getting a little to worked up, because suddenly I had a killer headache. I stood up from my desk and plopped down on my bed. I buried my face into my pillow and relaxed.
I guess I relaxed to hard because I fell asleep. I awoke to a very angry looking Eliza.
"Hi Eliza" I say while stretching, "What's up?" I say looking at her again.
"You were sleeping." She says with a blunt, yet icy tone.
"Yeah," I say blinking at her confused, "Is there something wrong with that?" I asked growing more confused as time went on.
"We had a date, you know." When she says these words I realized we did and begin to feel guilty.
"Eliza I'm so sorry, let me make it up to you." I say grabbing her hand. She looks at our intertwined hands and nods.
"Fine, but you have to make it worth it." She says in a serious tone.
"Ok, lets go!" I yell before I pull her out the room, down the hall, and to the parking lot. She stops and looks at me as we approach my car. "What are you waiting for? Get in." I say with a laugh.
When we are both in the car my awesome brain starts to formulate a plan to make it up to Eliza. Sometimes I get ideas from songs, so I decide to turn on the radio. I begin to flick through stations when a song came on.

The best idea ever pops into my head. I begin to sing the words. And let me tell you, I'm no Billy Joel, but I can sing.

I sing my heart out because this song really is Eliza and I. I hope she realizes this is all from the heart.

As I close the song I look over at Eliza. She has a dazed look in her eyes, that I could only describe as helpless. Before I could open my mouth to say something her lips were on mine. We shared a sweet kiss that lasted maybe two minutes before she pulled away.
"Alex, I love you." She says smiling.
"I love you too Eliza." I say kissing her on the cheek before, finally, pulling out of the parking lot. The park would be nice place for a make up picnic.
