In wattpad, most people judge the book by its cover. So it is important to match the essence of your fanfiction to the quality of your book cover.
This includes color scheme, font, relatedness to the story etc. It's up to the judges on how they're going to give fair points.

Nobody loves a perfect character with no weakness, no fears. (I actually love Peggy and I always call her perfect but in a story, a character should have flaws).
Character flaws makes the plot believable and sensible. It makes it more relatable and less... cringy. Those Character's mistakes make the conflict interesting, I don't know about you but Character flaw is important, even if we base the Fanfic on lovely people.
Character development is also needed. It's basically what most readers await for.

Well delivered lines are entertaining, snappy dialogues highlights the character's attitude. The Characters can't just throw lines at each other's faces without making any sense. Any weird dialogues or lines that may seem non sense might be a foreshadow, that's good, but if it doesn't add up, that's a big OOF.

🌹Transition of scenery

You can't just tell a story without having to consider telling it in a chronological order. Don't write a scene and skip to another without saying how long was that time skip. You don't want your readers to get lost.
