Warning: the policemen r homophobic

Lafayette's POV

As people made their way back to the courtroom, all I had in my mind about this court case was the homophobic policemen and how on earth we were gonna win.

I mean, we were arrested without proof, other than our appearances.

I saw Hercules walk up to me. "Babe, have you been crying?" I asked, stopping. "No, my eyes are sweating" he said sarcastically.

"Excusez-moi!?" I exclaimed. "Just because we're here doesn't mean that we are hopeless. He pulled me into a hug. "You are the best boyfriend." he said. Hercules makes me feel so good.

Okay, lets get this court case started. I look at the rest of the Hamilsquad, all of them sweating nervously.

"Court is in session" said Judge Tyler. "May I please have Donny Trumpet come to the stand?" He called.

I saw the ugly police officer that arrested us stand up and head to the stand. I looked to my left to see Washington, who was holding in a laugh, because the policeman looked like Donald Trump.

"Now can you tell me why you arrested these two men?" asked Judge Tyler. "Simple. When I first saw them, they were robbing a car and selling weed. Then, I see them committing another crime."

"Well, alright. We can check the databases to see if they are the only possible subjects. Would you mind coming with me to discuss the other crime you were talking about? You all can have a brief recess." said Judge Tyler. Then he banged the mallet on the coaster thingy again.

I took Hercules' hand and we walked over to the rest of the Hamilsquad.

Judge Tyler's POV

"Would you mind informing me on the other crime these men committed?" I asked. "Well, when we found them, they were making out. So I put a gun to their heads to scare the gay outta them." He said, smirking. At this I snapped.

"So you're saying that being gay is a CRIME??!?" I said, my face reddening. "Yes, sir." He said, stupidly. "And that you threatened their lives, because of the way they felt? That's why you almost killed them?!? Even if they are criminals, its not like they were in the act of anything dangerous!" I almost screamed.

"You sir, are guilty of a hate crime. Get the heck out of this room, and this court case. You obviously know nothing." I said dismissing him quickly.

Time skip to checking the database

"Okay, Gilbert du Motier, Marquis Dr Lafayette and Hercules Mulligan." I mouthed while typing.

Wait, they don't have any crimes listed. But, these other men who look just like them do. I think I just solved this case.

Hercules' POV

Also time skip because its 8:58 pm when I'm writing and at night I get lazy.
"I have solved this case." I heard Judge Tyler exclaim.

"Here's what happened. The policemen who arrested Mr. Mulligan and Mr. Lafayette were homophobic and are being arrested. They almost killed the victims for making out. Lafayette and Hercules are actually innocent. There was a mix up with their looks, as Hercules looks like James Madison and Lafayette looks like Thomas Jefferson with his hair down."

Ohhh! Laf was wearing an afro that day we got arrested.

I heard the crowd gasp.

"It was actually Thomas Jefferson and James Madison who committed these crimes. The case is dismissed." Judge Tyler said, and banged the mallet on the coaster thingy.

I teared up and ran to go hug Lafayette. "We won! We won!" I exclaimed.

Adrienne smiled and joined the group hug, and then everyone else followed. "Alright, when we get back to camp, lets PARTAAYY!!!!" Peggy yelled.

I know, I know, that was possibly the cringiest court case scene ever written, but forgive me because I never actually went to a court case before.
