Preetha is having a pleasant smile on her face remembering "Luthra Mansion" while Rishi is feeling uneasy remembering her dance with karan.

He stops the car after a while,preetha notices that they are infront of her house she turns to him amused,

Preetha: thumhe kaise pata ki mein ghar jaana chahthi thi

Rishi: I know that you are tired and me too.......(lowly) as many things happened today which shouldn't.

Preetha notices it,

Preetha: Teddy thum theek hona?

He sees her,

Rishi: Yeah I am fine.

Preetha: No.....your face is telling me something else.(she holds his hand) What happened Teddy?

Rishi sees that she is concerned for him and that made him smile.

Rishi: Aise kuch nai Mickey ab thum jaao aur rest karo.You need it badly and if you don't sleep now you will look like an alien with red eyes tomorrow.

She slams on his shoulder,

Preetha: Idiot....

He laughs when she suddenly puts her hand on his shoulder,

Preetha: mein thumhe jaanthi hu teddy......thum iss smile dikhake mujhe bevakuf nai bana sakthe.Something is bothering you and you don't want to tell me that.Right?

He stops laughing and turns his face away from her,

Preetha: I don't know what happened but everything happens for good and everything is gonna be good.

he is thinking something else,

Rishi (dubious): If not?

Preetha: Then we will make it good )he looks at her,she is smiling).......you know that right Mickey teddy together can do anything.

He feels so good listening,

Preetha: Dont worry about the worry.If you worry a lot it will worry you a lot.dont let the worry worry you instead you make worry worry about you.samaj gaya?

He sees her shocked and then wierdly and then laughs loudly.

Preetha: kyun kas rahe ho?

Rishi gets tears due to laughing a lot he takes time to answer her,

Rishi(breathing heavily): a....u...r.....k..ya karu?

Preetha: Matlab......meine itni achi advise di hein thum has rahe ho?

Rishi again laughs while she gets annoyed,

Rishi: Ok ok Thank you so much Preetha devi......itni good advise mujhe kisi ne nai diya.

He kisses back of her hand while she smiles,

Preetha: That's ok my child.Aise advises mere paas bahot hein kabhi chahiye tho bathado free mein deti hu.

And they see each other faces after a moment they burst into laugh,

Preetha; Thats my teddy aise hi hasthe rehna........chalo kal college mein milthe hein.Bye......good night.

Rishi(smiling): Bye

Giving a smile,she walks into her house with Rishi seeing her intently,

Rishi: You are right Mickey we both are the best combination and together we can turn anything good. Thanks for proving again that you are right for me.........Good night my Mickey mouse!

Sighing,he starts towards his house.

ARORA MANSION

Preetha steps inside with a smile and stops suddenly.The smile on her lips disappears as she is shocked and couldn't believe what she is seeing.As the seconds pass the smile returns along with tears in her eyes.She utter only one word,

Preetha: Pa.....pa....papa!

Raghuveer is shocked seeing her in his house.Its been 4 months since he saw her, for a moment he looks at her and when he listened her he composes himself instantly,

Raghuveer (angrily): yeh yaha kya kar rai?

He shouts loudly that everyone in the halls gets afraid,

Preetha: papa

Before she speaks,

Raghuveer: Shut up........ koi papa nai hein

Her tears roll down,

Raghuveer: Sarla......yeh yaha kya kar rahi hein?

Sarla is not able to speak a word as she is afraid of his anger,

Raghuveer: mein kuch puch raha hu jawab do......yeh ladki yaha mere ghar mein kya kar rahi hein? Kya Thumne usse ghar bulaya tha? Haa.....Bolo......

Sarla: me.....me ....meine....

Preetha interrupts,

Preetha: kisine mujhe nai bulaya papa.mujhe aap logon ki bahot yaad aa rahi thi (her voice fades) isiliye me.....mein yaha aayi hu.

Sarla and Mahi are about to deny it as they are the ones who called her here but Preetha stopped them with a look,

Raghuveer: mein apni patni ko pucha tha ......,(to Sarla) bolo sarla kya Thumne usse bulaya?

Mahi: meine bulaya papa

He frowns,

Raghuveer: kyun?

Mahi: ka.....kal rakhi hein papa har saal Preetha Varun ko rakhi baandh...

Interrupting her,

Raghuveer: thumhe Lagtha hein ki yeh inn sab ko maanthi hein? Rishtey ko maanthi hein.......Agar sach mein maanthi tho hamari baath sunthi lekin yeh nai suni sabko chodke chali gayi aur thum usse bula rahi ho jiskeliye hame aur hamara pyaar koi maine nai rakthi?

Mahi don't know what to say and Varun interferes,

Varun: Meine hi mahi ko bola Papa usse bulane ko...........pandrah saal se rakhi baandh rahi hein mujhe I don't want to change that this year.

Raghuveer gets angry,

Raghuveer: Koi kisiko kuch nai baandhega......usse kaho ki chale jaao yaha se.

Sarla(immediately): Raghuveer aap aise kaise keh sakthe ho?

Raghuveer: jaise wo hamari baath nai suni thi. just ask her to get out i dont want her in the house.

Mahi: papa please .......wo kaha jaayegi iss samay par.kal tak yahi rehnedijiye uske baad wo chalegi.

Raghuveer: Mahi meine jo kaha thumhe suna nai diya kya? Koi kisiko kuch nai baandhega.......yeh hame kuch nai lagthi.Just tell her to get out.

Seeing her father's anger and words,Preetha couldn't stop crying and sees her family one time.They also have tears in their eyes,not able to stand there she turns and about to take a step when a hand holds her,

She turns to  see Varun,she is surprised seeing him.

Varun: thu mujhe rakhi baandhne bina kahi nai jaaogi........

She looks at him with tears,

Raghuveer: Varun I don't want her in my house.

Varun: aapko apki beti nai chahiye papa lekin mujhe meri behen chahiye.

Raghuveer: yeh meri beti nai hein na thumhari behen.Jis din hamare baatha na maank chali gayi usi din hamara rishtha bhi khatam huyi.

Varun smiles and leaves her hand and goes to Raghuveer.

Varun: Iski aur hamari rishtha itna khamzor tha kya papa itni aasani se toot gayi thi.

Raghuveer looks at him with fierce eyes,Varun knew he should not extend it,

Varun: Bachapan se mujhe parivaar nai tha papa.Aapki wajah se mujhe ek parivaar mila tha.jisme ma,papa,patni aur ek behan bhi mil gaya.Aap logo ke bina mera koi nai hein.mein koi bhi wajah se aap logon ko door nai kar sakthe.(he holds his hands) aap mere behen se mujhe door math kardijiye.Please papa!

Raghuveer couldn't bear those words from him.He never saw Varun as son in law he was and is always a son to him.Listening him,he couldn't say No.

He takes his hand back,

Raghuveer(sternly): Subah wo mujhe nai dekhna chahiye.

And he walks off to his room controlling himself.They all feel happy though its only about a night still they feel that he is starting to forgive preetha which made them smile.

But its not the same with her,preetha wipes her tears and turns back and takes steps towards the door,sarla sees her,

Sarla: preetha

preetha stops but does not turn,the three goes to her,

Sarla: kaha ja rahi ho beta?

Preetha: aur kaha ma!

Sarla: ma...matlab?

Preetha doesnt respond sarla knows whats going in her mind so she tries to convience her,

Sarla: preetha suna thumne papa ne kya kaha! wo thumhe yaha rehne ko kaha aur kal thum rakhi manaoge hamare saath.kitne ache baath heina! haa......

preetha doesnt respond still,sarla holds her hand and tries to pull her inside, 

Sarla: ab thum apni room jaake so jaa kal tayariyan bhi karni hein.jaao jaao apni room.....

preetha takes her hand from her,

Preetha: mein jaanthi hu aap kya kar rahe ho. mujhe jaane do maa please. 

Mahi: nai......thum kahi nai jaaoge.mein thumhe jaane nai dungi......

Preetha: mein yaha nai reh sakthi di. aap samajne ki koshish karo.....

Mahi: kyun? kyun yaha nai reh sakthe ho? haa......papa ne kuch nahi kaha na ab thum kyun jaa rahi ho?

preetha; kyunki papa mereliye nai jiju ke khatir kuch nai bola tha.(her tears falls down)mujhe tho yeh bhi nai pata ki kal rakhi hein.agar di ne papa ko yeh reason nai deti papa kabhi aise nai kehtha.mujhse baath karna bhi nai chahtha wo......mein kaise rahungi yaha yeh sab jaanke.

Sarla and Mahi get tears listening her but they don't want her to leave,preetha wipes her own,

Mahi: kya varun ko rakhi bhi nai baandhoge?

Preetha slightly smile,

Preetha: aise kabhi nai hoga di.jitna jiju mujhe behen samjhthe heina utna kahi zyada mein unko bhai samjthi hu.kal mein aap logon ko kahi bahar milungi.wahi rakhi bandhlungi.

Mahi gets angry,

Mahi: Stop your foolish talks Preetha.....thum kahi nahi jaaoge.Papa accept kiya na aur kya? Har saal ki tarah iss saal bhi ham saath mein celebrate karenge aur yahi...... hamare ghar mein hi manayenge.

Mahi holds her hand firmly,Preetha looks into her sister's eyes,

Preetha: papa kush nai hein di mujhe dekhke mein unhe aur takleef nai de sakthi please.....

Her hand gets loosen when,

Varun: thumhe jaana heina (preetha looks at him) jaao.koi nai rokega!

Mahi: Varun thum kya baath kar rahe ho?

Varun: Mein sahi baath kar raha hu.ham hothe kaun hein usse rokne wale?

Sarla and Mahi see him with surprised and sad eyes while he continues looking at preetha who lowered her eyes,

Varun: mahi yeh hamari wo mickey nahi jo har choti si choti cheez thujhse share karthi thi puchthi thi,jiskeliye ma aur papa uski duniya jaise rehthe the,jiskeliye mein uski bade bhai aur partner in crime jaise rehtha tha.hamari choti mickey badi hogayi she is preetha now.

preetha's tears falls down listening him,each and every word he said is true,she was their mickey,

Varun(smiling to himself): arey kuch der tak mujhe bhi laga har saal ki tarah iss saal bhi yeh apni haathon se meeta banayegi ,mujhe apni haathon se khilayegi aur gift maangloge agar meine nai diya tho mujhe kitna pareshaan karegi.(pointing her)Lekin yeh tho badi hogayi hein mujhse ya kisise koi jarurat hi nahi hein.apni decisions khud le sakti hein apni zindagi khud jee sakthi hei ......... hamse bina hi sahi.Right preetha?

He finishes looking at preetha looking at him with teary eyes as his words hit her like a hard stone,she sees her mother who is also having tears unable to control herself she rushes to her and hugs her tightly,she needs to pour her pain out,  

Preetha(crying): Papa mujhse bahot nafrath kartha hein mumma wo meri chehra bhi nai dekhna chahtha.

Sarla hugs her tightly and rubs her back,

Sarla: aise nai hein beta.Wo thumse nafrat nai kartha wo thumse naaraz hein.( cups her face)thum hamari bachi ho hamari choti mickey ham thumse kabhi nafrat nai karpayenge.

She wipes her tears and comforts her,

Sarla: unhe kuch time dijiye beta.Jaise meri gussa shaanth hogayi thi aur mein thumse baath ki aise hi papa ka gussa bhi shaanth hojayega aur wo khud thumse baath karega sorry kahega.thoda aur time sab kuch theek hoga.

Mahi holds her through shoulder,

Mahi: maa theek keh reh hein Mickey sab theek hojayega.please ro math mein thumhe aise nai dekh sakthi.

The sisters hug,preetha is clearing her heart while mahi consoles her baby sister.Mahi comes out of her hug and wipes her tears,

Mahi: bas thoda aur time Mickey uske baad  ham dono papa ke saara cards leke full shopping karenge until the bank takes atleast one of his properties.

Preetha chuckles with red and sniffing face,Mahi shows her palm preetha puts her palm on hers and they smile winking at each other when they see another palm on their's,they turn to see whose that.....it's sarla!

Sarla: aur iss plan mein mein bhi hu.Chalo saath mein lutenge thumhari papa lo!

The sisters look at each other and sarla,

Mahi: Mumma agar aap aayegi tho ham dono papa ko lut nai sakthe

Sarla: kyun?

Preetha puts one hand on her mother's shoulder,

Preetha: kyunki lutne keliye kuch nai bachega.papa ka saara paise aapki shopping keliye hi sufficient hoga!

Teasing their mom the sisters hi-fi and start laughing while sarla gets angry meanwhile Varun corrects his throat loudly gaining their attention,

varun; wah ji wah.....sab ek hogayi aur mujhe ignore kar rahe ho.not fair.......

he comes near them,

Varun: Mujhe bhi include karo yaar mein bhi hu yaha after all itna bade bade dialogues bola tha meine ha.(holding her through shoulders)what say sister cum sister in law?

Preetha smirks,

Preetha: Right.we have to include you too.Sorry for forgetting you!

Varun widen his eyes and removes his hand instantly,

Varun: Thumne mujhe Sorry bola matlab mera band bajnewali hein.kya chal raha hein teri khurfati dimaag mein ha?

Preetha laughs and hugs her sister from side,

Preetha: Di .....papa ke cards ke saath mumma ko shopping karne do ham dono jiju ke cards ke saath karenge.What say?

Varun's mouth widens listening this,

Mahi: You are right Preetha mein bhi shopping karke bahot din huyi.Kal jayenge dono!

Preetha: Sure di.

He sees both of them with terrified eyes while preetha controls her laughter,

Preetha: Are you happy jiju? You are also included now!

He narrows his eyes at her,

Varun: Jab thu sorry bola tha tab hi mujhe pata tha ki thum mujhe zaroor dubaoge.

Mahi(narrowing her eyes): Kya bola?

Varun: me....meine kuch nai bola.mein kya bol saktha hu....bolo?

preetha (whispers): bolthi band hogayi!

Preetha chuckles loudly while varun listens her and glares her,

Varun: kya boli thum?

Preetha: wo....um......mein yeh bol rahi thi ki aap london ka ticket book karado abhi.

Mahi: london kyun?

preetha; ab di agar ham dono shopping pe jaayenge tho jiju bikaar hojaayega aur banks wale unko nai chodenge isiliye aap london bhaag jaao vijay maallya ki tarah thoda samay tak aap bach jaaoge.How's my plan my bro cum bro in law?

Varun and mahi sees her startled as how could she say that while she laughs loudly and suddenly she winces as sarla holds her ear,

Preetha: Ma chodo na.....

Sarla: Nai......it's your punishment.

Preetha: Maaaaaaaaa

Varun immediately goes to sarla and holds her shoulders,

Varun: Very good ma aise hi karo........

Sarla twists it little,

Preetha: Ahhhh....maa mera kaan dard ho raha hein

Varun: achaa kitna dard ho raha hein?(showing with his hands) itna ya itna......... Maa aap uski baathein math suno aap thoda aur marodo!

He is enjoying a lot,mahi is laughing a lot and preetha is wincing a lot,

Preetha: chodo maa please....

Sarla: aise karogi dubara? ha.......

Preetha: nai.....nai karungi.

Varun: thoda tez bolo mujhe sunai nai de rai

Preetha: No mein aise nai karungi!

Sarla: Good girl!

She leaves her ear while preetha glares them soothing her ear.Varun smiles happily,

Preetha: jiju kitna hasna heina abhi haslo kyunki kal mera din hein.kal dekhlungi aapko.........

Varun side hugs sarla,

Varun: ha ha hame bhi dekhenge kaise thum apni gift laaoge mujhse.(seeing sarla) What say ma?

Sarla: Of course beta.....

Preetha: aap bas dekhthe raho kaise mein apni gift lungi aapse.

Huffing she moves towards stairs when Varun yells,

Varun: plans banana band karo aur thoda so jaao kal mujhe ek ghost se rakhi nai bandhwana hein.

She turns to him,glares him angrily,stomping her foot she goes towards her room while the three laugh slumping on sofa,

Varun: Oh god uski shakal.......

He laughs holding his stomach while the other two too,after few minutes,

Sarla(laughing): kitne din huyi aise sab ek jagah betke,baath karke,dil kholke haske hmm?

Varun and mahi stops laughing,its true it's been a long time since they all spent together and laughed whole heartedly.

Sarla (smiling): dekho wo wapas aa gayi hamari hasi bhi laut aayi.wo ladki hi aisi.......thodi der pehle sab ko rula rhai thi ab hasa rahi thi.Pagal.......

She gets tears between her smiles remembering Preetha and her antics,varun sits on the hand rest and hugs her,

Varun: mujhe pata hein aap kya soch rahe ho maa......aap chinta math karo koi bhi uske saath zyaada samay tak naaraz nai reh sakthe.Papa tho kabhi nai........ek din papa hi usse baath karega,usse ghar bhulayega  aur sab pehle jaise hoga aap dekhthe raho bas.

Varun comforts her,Mahi sits on the other arm rest and hugs her,

Mahi: Aur wo din door mein nai hein ma........mujhe pata hein. aap please socho math uske baare mein.

Sarla smiles listening them 

Sarla (mind): mein bhi yahi dua karthi hu ki sab pehle jaise ho jaaye.....wo bhi bahot jald.

and she kisses both of them,

Sarla: kush raho dono

they hug and decide to take rest.

Sarla enters inside her room which is dark and only a bed side lamp is present.She searches for raghuveer but finds no one.

Sarla: yeh kaha gaya?

She thinks for a while and she knew where he would be..........his room.

She walks towards his room which is the only room on the third floor of the mansion.It's Raghuveer's private space where he writes books about surgery and literature,stores important and critical case files,progress of "SPANDANA" his chain of hospitals and their reports.Usually no one enters without his permission and sarla is an exemption to it.

She enters inside and search for him in the huge room which also contains stairs leading to a library.Finally she finds him working on the desk,she goes near him Raghuveer sees her,

Raghuveer; sarla thum yaha?

Sarla just looks at him,

Raghuveer: khaana khaya thumne

Sarla: nai

Raghuveer: aaj kal thum apni health neglect kar rahi ho sarla.yeh achi baath nai hein.As a doctor's wife you should be health conscious.hmmm! chalo mere kaam bhi puri hogayi saath mein dinner karenge.

Closing his laptop he goes to her,he gently asks,

Raghuveer: chale?

Sarla: bahot din hogayi Raghuveer aapki yesi chaen wali chehra dekhke.

Raghuveer frowns,Sarla smiles at him with tears,

Sarla: hamare shaadi hoke Pachis saal hogayi.mein aapko bahot ache se jaanthi hu.chaar mahine hogayi aapki chehre pe chaen dekhke,chaar mahine hogayi aap mujhse yeh sawal puchke,mahi aur varun se cases ke bina kuch baath karke,iss ghar mein sab ek saath beitkar haske.aaj fir sab meine dekha hein.......sab uski wajah se hi.

Raghuveer takes a step as he understood whom she is implying,

Raghuveer: mujhe pata hein thum kya baath kar rahe ho but just forget about it and her.Lets go.

Raghuveer takes steps when Sarla's words stop him,

Sarla: firse door ja rahe ho usse.......sabse!

He comes back and stands infront of her,

Raghuveer: mein kisise door nai jaa raha hu mein yahi hu thumhari saamne......

Sarla: aap hein hamare saath bas bolne keliye hein.Jab se wo chali gayi na aap kisise dil kholke baath karthe ho na chaen se hasthe ho.kitne din hogayi aap ham sabse kuch share karke!

Raghuveer remains silent and closes his eyes,

Sarla: mujhe pata hein ki aap sab dekh rahe the........

He opens his eyes suddenly and looks at her shocked,

Sarla: apko kya laga mujhe pata hi nai chalega aap kaise chupke uski baathein,uski hasi sun rahe the.

Raghuveer closes his eyes and turns away from her,she is right he wanted to see his daughter for some more time,he hid behind the wall of the stairs and listened everything.

Sarla: Apni beti ko dekhne keliye uski baath sunne keliye aap aise kyun chupa rahe the.
(She goes infront of him with angry tears) mujhe bhulane ko keh rahe ho naa aap kyun sab bhul nai sakthe...... sab bhulke Kyun usse apni bahon mein nai le sakthe?

He sees her with angry eyes,

Raghuveer(angrily):  kaise bhulu sarla uss aurath ki baathein.haa kaise.......ab bhi mujhe yaad hein uss Sahana Luthra ki ghatiyan shabd!

Kaisi ladki hein yeh!

Parivaar ko izzat hi nai de rahi!

Apki laadli pyaar ki wajah se yeh aise bigad gayi!

Samaj mein hamara izzat,naam kya hoga?

ham uski wajah se apna sar nai utha sakthe hein!
