Preetha got ready and went to college with rishi constantly asking the same question since they started at her home,

Rishi: Mickey bathao naa.....

Preetha(walking in the corridor): kya?

Rishi: Why did you said " I found my heart"

Preetha(coolly): because I found my heart

Rishi: Where?

She stops and points his heart,

Preetha: where you have your heart!

Laughing she walks inside the class,he stands there confused,

Rishi: My heart is with me but where is your heart?

Voice: With karan sir.

Rishi: Thum.....

Voice: haa mein!

She is aadya.

Ignoring her,Rishi starts walking.

Voice: Ignore me rishi but don't ignore my words.

Shaking his head,he enters class and sits beside preetha.

Preetha(smirking): So did you find my heart?

Rishi: ofcourse

Preetha: Achaa where?

Rishi points at his heart,

Rishi: As we are best friends,my heart lies with you and yours with me.

Preetha: Nope best friends may share anything but not hearts.Hearts belong to only one person.

She remembers karan while rishi looks at her frowning,

Rishi: kya bol rahi  ho Mickey ?

Preetha: N.........nothing teddy.I am just saying a quote.So tell me when are we going to disc?

Rishi: Evening 6 I will pick you up.

Preetha: Obviously you will.

Smiling,they get busy in their lectures.

LUTHRA HEAD OFFICE

Karan is busy in analysing the strategies of different companies when he hears his intercom.

Karan: Yes Ravi

Ravi: Sir Sameer sir wants to meet you.

Karan: Send him in.

After few minutes,Sameer in his black suit comes inside and greets him with a smile.

Sameer: Good morning bhai!

Karan looks at him once but does his work again,

Karan: Good morning.........aap itni subah subah mere cabin mein kaise?

Sameer(lowly): Bhai aap please aise daato math subah subah.......raath thoda late hogaya business party mein. isiliye subah thoda late uth gaya hu.

Karan: Achaa morning 11 ko thum thoda late bol rahe ho?

Sameer lowers his head and murmurs cutely,

Sameer:  Sorry

Seeing him, Karan's anger subdues.

Karan: hmm bolo kya baath hein?

Sameer(happily): Di ne call kiya hein mujhe.

Karan(shouts): What? When?

Sameer: Today morning

Karan: kya boli thi? Aur mujhe call kyun nai kiya?

Sameer: Apko pata heina di aap se gussa hein ki aap uski birthday miss kiya the last week.Isiliye mujhe call kiya.

Karan gets sadden.Sameer goes to him and puts his hand on shoulder,

Sameer: Don't be sad I have a good news for you!

Karan looks at him,

Sameer: She is coming next month.

Karan widen his eyes,

Karan: What? (Sammy smiles) sach mein?

Sammy nods which gives a good smile to karan

Karan: This is a good news Sammy really (he hugs him)

Sammy: Yes bhai!

They come out of hug,

Sammy: one more thing bhai.........I met Mr.Arun Sharma recently and he proposed me a deal.I liked it,did my part of work and showed it to chachu.Chachu was impressed so we signed it.Its a very profitable one and on account of that he is throwing a party tonight.

Karan: So we need to attend.....?

Sammy nods.Karan thinks about him,

Karan: Mr.Sharma is a respectable man and a very calculative person.You managed to get a deal with him (he pats Sammy's shoulders) I am proud of you........we will attend the party.

Sammy: Thank you so much bhai......I will move now.Will go together to party!

Karan nods and smiles seeing his brother growing up.

EVENING

Preetha is in her room with Mahi,choosing a dress for herself.

Preetha: I don't wanna go di!

She sighs sitting on bed beside her.

Mahi: and why is that?

Preetha looks at her sadly and lies on her lap,

Preetha: I miss you di a lot.......I don't wanna leave you now!

Mahi caressesher hair,

Mahi: We too missed you a lot (she kisses her forehead) and he misses you too!

She looks at her,

Mahi: You know Rishi didn't come here since you left..........he misses you a lot preetha.Spend some time with him.He is your teddy!

Preetha thinks about what she said and sits with a jolt,mahi got surprised by her sudden move and sees her who is checking her outfits,preetha sees her,

Preetha: What di? Aise kyun dekh rahi ho? Help me  .......I am going out with my bff!

Mahi laughs and after minutes they choose a dress for her.

Mahi left as preetha went to get ready.She is wearing a sea green knee length frock with matching accessories.Making sure she is ready,she calls karan.

Karan is busy in seeing presentations,

Karan: Hello

Preetha: Hello may I speak to Mr.Busy Luthra!

Listening her voice,Karan smiles and sits on his chair leisurely with an ipad in his hand,

Karan: No!

Preetha: Why?

Karan: As you said he is busy so you can't speak with him,bye!

Preetha: Hello.....hello....wait....

Karan laughs hearing her tensed voice,preetha hears his laugh

Preetha(cutely): thum mujhe cheda rahe ho?

Karan: hak hein mera!

Though she is angry but she smiles,

Preetha: kya kar rahe ho?

Karan: Nothing just work.......what are you doing?

Preetha(smirks): Going on date!

Karan widen his eyes first but smirks,

Karan: Who's that poor fellow?

Preetha(angry): Poor?

Karan: yes!

Preetha(gritting teeth): If he is poor then you must be in below poverty line but no you are pretty rich right?

Karan smirks,

Karan: I am not speaking about his financial status I am speaking about his fate!

Preetha: You mean he got a poor fate to go with me?

Karan: Ofcourse!

Preetha huffs,

Preetha(shouts): Karan Luthra!

Karan laughs,

Karan: ab bathao kaha ja rahe ho?

Preetha: bathaya tha na!

Karan: jhut nai sach bathao!

Preetha: wahi sach hein!

Karan: Preetha.......

Preetha(curious): ek baath bathao thumhe kaise pata hein ki mein jhut bol rahi hu?

Karan: I told you in goa right that I am a mind reader.I am a lie detector too......I easily know whether you are telling truth or not!

Preetha shakes her head listening him,

Preetha: thumhe puchna hi nai chahiye ok I am going to disc with rishi.

He stops doing work,

Karan: kyun?

Preetha: Trip success hua na so......and also it's been days we spent time.

Karan becomes quiet for a moment,

Preetha: hello

Karan(sternly): hmmm.......elite disc right?

Preetha(surprised): yeah but how did you know?

He didn't respond and they were silent for few seconds,

Preetha: thum kya kar rahe ho?

He is about to speak when he hears a voice from preetha's side,

Rishi barges in her room speaking loudly,

Rishi: Mickey....... Mickey.......where are you?

He is searching for her in the room and sees someone in balcony,he knows she is there,

Rishi: Mickey thum balcony mein kya kar rahi ho? I know thum abhi bhi ready nai....

His words get stopped seeing her all ready,he looks at her from top to toe and gets mesmerized.

Rishi: Beautiful!

This was heard by karan,preetha sees him and quickly says,

Preetha: I will talk to you later.....bye!

She puts off the call without waiting for his reply.

Preetha turns to rishi completely and smiles hearing his compliment,

Preetha: I know that right teddy!

Rishi: What do you know?

Preetha: I know that I am looking beautiful.

Rishi wraps his hand around her shoulder,

Rishi: No Miss.Arora I was saying the dress is beautiful.

Preetha glares him and removes his hand,

Preetha: Achaa then I am not coming Mr.Mehra.You can go alone!

And she goes inside the room,rishi smiles and follows her,

Rishi: Achaaa theekey.......you are looking good.Come.

Preetha: aise compliment nai chahiye mujhe !

She turns away,he comes infront of her,

Rishi: ok you are looking really beautiful!

Preetha turns other side,he again turns to her,

Rishi: ok you are very very very very very beautiful........

He sees her pleasing,she smiles and hugs him,

Preetha: I know that right ........

He shakes his head and poses a little infront of her expecting her to compliment,she notices this and suppresses her smirk.

Preetha: mein camera woman hu kya aise poses de rahe ho?

Rishi sighs,

Rishi: How am I looking yaar?

Preetha: you are looking.........(he sees her with high hopes) the worst!

And she runs away with him chasing her.

After a while,they go to the disc.

AT OFFICE

Karan is thinking about preetha,he wants to see her but she had cut the call.He can't call her back as she is with rishi.Meanwhile karan gets a message from Sameer that they are leaving by 7.

Glancing at the watch,he completes the work and leaves.They both get ready and reaches the venue........the venue is Sharma's residence.

It's a private party so media is not present,the party hall is full with personalities,drinks and starters are served continuously.Seeing karan and Sameer,Arun reaches them to greet.

Arun: Atlast Luthra brothers are here!

They both smile and arun hugs sameer,

Sameer: Good evening Mr.Sharma......he is my brother karan luthra!

He introduces them,

Arun: Ofcourse ofcourse I know him(karan frowns as it's their first meeting) I heard of him from many business circles.

Saying it he goes for hug,karan hugs him back.

Karan: Good evening Mr.Sharma.......i hope what you heard is all good.

He jokes making the other two laugh,

Arun: Ahhh I like you man....... don't worry they are all praises!

Karan: That's good to hear!

He smiles.

Arun: And it's Good to see you karan........I wanted to do business with your father but i am doing with you.I hope it all goes well!

Karan: You don't need to bother about it Mr.Sharma........my brother will personally look after it and if any trouble you are always there to guide us.

Arun observed karan,his way of talking shows his respect,his actions shows his confidence and his face shows the calmness.He is totally impressed by karan.

Arun: I believe you don't need my guidance because I can see how hard working you are 
(They both smile at him) ok young men..... enjoy the party and feel free.Its our's ok!

Shaking hands he leaves from there while they gets busy with other people.

Amidst of all the talks,karan remembers preetha and Rishi's compliment.He wants to speak to her,see her but now he couldn't...........when he is sipping his soft drink he listens a girl's laugh.He turns to look at the person and searching for a few seconds he finds a person moving away from his vision revealing her face...........it's Preetha!

He is shocked beyond.
