(Warning: This is an AU. Meaning it isn't relevant in the story. Do be warned that were will be some guts, gore, blood and some level of cuss words)

Blue team is currently on a mission to retrieve a human, nicknamed "Ghost". He was last seen riding a Covenant Banshee directly to a Covenant base. Upon arrival, bodies littered the floor of the base, blood and gore spilling from the bodies. The vehicles were recently destroyed, hard to imagine why he would've done so. They scanned the building, but to the shock that there were no comms beacon available.

Inside, it was just a bloodbath. Broken ceilings, cracked walls, smashed skulls, mutilated bodies, incineration, dissection, the works.

Kelly: Jeez, if anyone would've done it, it would be him.

Linda: True.

Fred: Jane, you sure this is where he went.

Jane: I'm sure of it. But I hate to see things more "bloody" than our fights.

They trekked further into the base, the gore and bodies began to stack up. Half of the time, it was silent, with only the Spartans footsteps to be their only source of sound. The blood drips from the body of the dead, staining the Mjölnir boots that the Spartans were equiped.

Fred: The sooner we find this guy, the sooner we can get the hell out of here.

Jane nodded, glancing over the corpse of an Elite, half of the body to be seen to be intact.

They then reached an opening, where most were relatively clean (if fewer mutilated bodies considered clean). They then spotted an Elite on the ground, both legs shot. As Jane gets closer to the survivor, a body fell from the upper balcony, scaring her.

Jane: Gah, What the Fuck!

Jane tumbled to her teammates, after witnessing the hanging body of a brute.

Kelly: Okay, this guy is fucking messed up.

Fred: Tell me about it.

They moved passed the dead brute and went to the Elite, the latter is shivering in terror.

Elite: T-The Re-Reaper w-will e-end us all!

The Elite kept repeating those words, trembling with his blood spilling out. Eventually, the Elite dies because of his wounds.

Fred: We need to find him.

Kelly: Yeah, and how are we supposed to do that?

Not long after, the upper floors were then filled with screams of pain and agony, accompanied by the sound of plasma, bullets, fire and a... Chainsaw?

Jane: There's your answer.

It didn't matter, with Blue team heading up to see a bunch of dead bodies. This time the bodies were fresh. They must've been getting close. They followed the trail, barely stopping at any intervals to finally capture the Ghost. The bodies end it on a ledge, where they see three Elites circling each other, like they were waiting for something.

Soon a black figure made a mad sprint towards the Elites, pelleting them with plasma rounds after plasma rounds. The Elites shot back, but they were so scared that they missed their shots. Meanwhile, the speed the figure is running was almost unimaginable for its size; almost as fast as Kelly's.

Kelly: Damn.

Linda: Woah.

Jane: What's his speed?

Fred: Not now.

Fred points his finger at the teammates as they see the figure used an oversized knife and stab at the first Elite's head, severing it from the body. The next one meet it's end by the grasp of the figure's free hand. The last Elite got too close and his life is swiftly ended by a knife to the head. After freeing it's knife, the figure turned its head to the last Elite alive, it's red eyes piercing the deepest of souls. With one swift motion, the figure plunges the knife into the Elite's shoulder, before ripping their head off.

Fred: Damn.

Linda: That...

Kelly: Was...

Fred: Very...

Jane: Quick.

The figure picked up the corpse and planted onto the monitor. The doors hissed open as the remaining Covenant exit the hallways. They were all then gunned down. It was quick, no survivors. Even if one manages to survive, he'll hunt them down.

After the fire, he came out of the hallway and looked to Blue Team's direction. But because he can't tell if it's ally or Covenant (and the fact that there can't be humans in a Covenant base) he point his blasters at the direction and open fire. Thinking on their feet, they all moved out of the way as the hailstorm of bullets destroy their hiding place. They dropped to the ground as they were forced to fight the Psychopathic figure.

Linda is the first to shoot. The sniper round ended up bouncing off the armor. The smoke that the bullet give, isn't a good sign. The figure rushes towards Linda, sprinting at full speed. Fortunately, Kelly saved her comrade's life, but now she is at the mercy of the figure. The figure bashed Kelly in a brutal and violent way, breaking the steel beneath them. Jane gets on top of the towering figure, but the latter simply shrugs her off and went into a brawled frenzy. It was at this time that Fred realized that they were fighting Ghost.

This information is too late, with both Jane and Ghost smashed into the steel wall. Jane got off of Ghost, but the latter grabbed her legs and swung her to the same wall. After the crash, Jane is being pummeled and beaten by Ghost, as the latter throws unpredictable blows to the armor. While the Mjölnir have been known to take on heavy blows, they didn't said anything about repeated attacks. As such the case with Jane, her shields being depleted as fast as when they were bombarded with plasma fire.

Fred manages to save Jane at the last second, resulting in both Fred and Ghost to crash and tumble. As the two were fighting, Kelly came to help Jane up.

Kelly: Any ideas?

Jane: Wear him down.

Kelly: Great [Sarcastically speaking]

Fred is thrown to the sides as the two female Spartans charge towards the black armored figure. Without much thought, Ghost fired a barrage of bullets at the Spartans, causing the two to split up. As always, the bullets seems to have no effect on the armor as it bounce off on every surface. Ghost fires back slug rounds at the Spartans, damaging their shields, but not effectively. Eventually, Kelly went up to cling onto Ghost's back and hold while Jane trued charging at the rear.

It was at this moment, that Linda took potshots at Ghost. Jane did remind them that they needed to capture, not kill. This inturn made Linda shoot at the knee joints, but those too were protected.

Linda: How heavily armored is this guy?

Kelly tried to hold on to dear life as Ghost sings wildly, trying to get "The Rabbit" off him. Jane made a sprint towards Ghost with a nearby gravity hammer. However, they didn't think that Ghost would go so far and to up when the hammer hit the ground. Afterwards, he slams 2 spikes to the ground, sending all of the Spartans away, but one still stands (or cling if you will). Kelly swung her body to try bring down the hulking human, but it's weight might be tricky to deal with. As such, the figure then rams it's back to the walls, hitting Kelly as well.

Kelly: Ah! You just can't give in, now would ya?

He didn't listen, but instead he held onto her exposed neck and choked her, releasing him from her grip. He threw the Spartan away and make his way to the open door. As he is walking, he felt something beneath him, clinging onto his leg. When he turned, he saw Jane gripping the leg, not letting him go. The struggle of the Spartan 2, as she tries to finish the mission. Such a feat would've deemed feasible, has become one that is a lost cause.

Ghost didn't care much. Does of the Covenant came through the door ad it's back to being a bloodbath. Grabbing a nearby shotgun, Ghost charged towards the doomed elites as he simply killed them with 2 shots each and their own guns.

After finishing the Covenant forces, the Spartans followed closely behind.

Fred: Got a plan, Chief?

Jane: two of us will circle around, both of us behind him. As long he can't see us.

What they didn't account for is that Ghost is one step ahead of them. So he take a route, where it's just a single corridor. Knowing this, the Spartans would need to get him at the front. Besides, he is planning to detonate the base to kill any and all remaining Covenant; or is he?

Jane follow Ghost behind, but when they both get into a storage unit, that's when she realized that Ghost may have set this up. Jane contacted her fellow squad-mates and they too saw Ghost.

Jane: He can't be in two places at once.

Kelly: Or more.

Fred: He could be anywhere at this point!

Linda: Guys, I think we better make sure there weren't any other vehicles.

Jane: True. Okay. Linda, you and Kelly secure for any vehicles you may find. Fred with me.

Fred: Rodge.

Inside the Covenant communications room, a Prophet, along with his Brute guards. He was waiting for the Elites to come back with Ghost's body. Ghost came, but it's just him. Realizing his danger and doom is near, the Prophet ordered the brutes to attack Ghost, while attempting to communicate with the fleet. Ghost wasted no time killing the brutes as fast as possible before going to the Prophet. Unlucky for the latter, Ghost puts up a jammer to stop the Prophet from sending any more messages.

The concern Elites were adamant the Prophet must've had a problem. Soon his voice return.

Elite Commander: O Holy Prophet, we thought the demons would get you.

Prophet: Nonsense. I'm sending this message and tell my brothers my effort will not be in vain.

Elite Commander: What are you implying, O Holy one?

Prophet: The Heretics. Saying nonsense and all. They have become violent.

Elite Commander: Shall I launch squadrons to -

Prophet: No! It is too late. We have found deactivated Forerunner artifacts, but the heretics are on the sacred soil. Burn their bases, leave none of them alive.

Elite Commander: But Holy Prophet, surely you know another way?

Prophet: I shall do what I can to get the information back to you. If you didn't finish, then we are doomed.

Elite Commander: I shall have a drop ship to pick you up.

Prophet: Very well. Destroy every base of operations. We are done here.

Elite Commander: Very well, Holy Prophet.

The "Prophet" ends the message as the Elites glassed all the of Covenant bases. "Too easy". Ghost dropped the dead Prophet and proceeded into the roof.

The Covenant drop-ship made onto a landing platform, with the pilot waiting for the holy prophet. After confirmation, the pilot simply do his job and flew back to the command ship. Back on the ground, Ghost stood between the bodies of the dead Elites, Jackals and Grunts, watching the drop-ship made its way to the ship.

Jane: Stop right there!

Ghost looked back to see Jane and Fred, pointing their guns at Ghost.

Ghost: Enjoying the show?

Jane looked to Fred, silently saying, "Did you just hear his voice?". Fred nodded and all of them looked to the sky as the Command ship exploded, killing every Covenant onboard.
