We see the Covenant forces shooting anyone within the cafeteria, a few marines and ODST return fire onky to be gunned down and killed. We see the Reds and Blues taking cover and firing at the jackals and grunts.

Grif throws something that hits one of the grunts head and it was a empty bucket of chicken which Grif immediately gets down when they begin to shoot at him.

Simmon: Why did you throw a bucket of chicken?!

Grif: I forgot to get my battle rifle! Don't blame me!

Jin: We need to get out of here now!

Ashia: Cover me!

Ashia rush to the other side while the rest give her fire as she rush over to another cover where a few grenades are at and pick some up.

She tosses some to Donut and once he got them they begin to throw the grenades at them which they get blown up. Soon they stop and poor out to see the cafeteria is clear.

Tucker: Damn that was crazy.

Caboose: That is some food fight.

Sarge: We need to get those Covenant scum off of our base!

???: Too late.

Then Eric and his team enter the cafeteria and he tells them.

Eric: The base is lost and I got word from Miranda that they have place a bomb at the command centre. We can't allow the Covenant to know how plan.

Grif: Well so much for that.

Simmons: But where should we go?

Reznya: Where else. The dig site.

Grif:......We are gonna die.

(Later)

All marines, ODST and UNSC personnel begins to evacuate as they move to the hanger and we see the pelicans ready. They begin to climb on board with some Pelican be only be use for injured marines and ODST.

Doc is seen taking the injured to the Pelicans while Mia points to the UNSC personnel which pelican to pick when Ashley, Sophie, Ave, Elijah and Gabriel rush over to Mia.

Ave: Have you see Y/n anywhere?

Mia: Not yet but hopefully he'll be here.

Gabriel: We don't have long until the Covenant will see what is going on and try to stop us.

Suddenly plasma fire rain down as they immediately get to cover while a few Marines get shot ad Covenant forces enter the hanger and begin to open fire at them.

The rest of the Spartans return fire and then the Reds, Blues and Black-Wing arrive at the hanger and join the rest as they fire at the Covenant forces.

Elijah: What's the situation?

Jeanne: Not good. Covenant slaughter most of the marines and ODST. Where is Y/n?

Tucker: Any Junior?

Gabriel: Not sure. We haven't seen them.

They keep firing at them and take a few brutes out when two hunters enter and begin to aim at one of the Pelicans fill with UNSC personnel.

Eric: Look out!

Suddenly the first Hunter gets gunned down from behind and falls to the ground which is when Y/n shows himself while holding a turret. He turns and fires his turret at the other one but the second Hunter blocks it however the Hunter gets stabbed by an energy sword and sliced up by Junior.

Once the second Hunter is dead Y/n turn and throws a turret at a few Brutes and they race to rejoin the rest. They leap over cover and duck down which Eric ask him.

Eric: What took you?

Y/n: Figgting Covenant, being badasses. You know the usual.

Junior: There is too many of them! We need to go now!

Washington appears inside the pelican with a mounted turret as he gives them cover while they get inside the Pelican.

Once on board Carolina pilots the pelican and they leave the hunger. They watch as they fly away from the base and short while later the base blows up as the base and everything inside is destroyed as they fly away.

Grif: Can these Covenant just leave us alone.

Y/n: Don't worry, we'll get some pay back.

Eric: So what now?

Watcher: We'll regroup with Miranda and the rest near the dig site. Once there we-

Then Watcher begins to glitch out which hurts Y/n's head for a moment which concerned everyone but soon it stopped.

Y/n: Watcher?

Watcher: I'm okay. As I was saying. We need to split up into three groups to take down the Anti Air cannons. John and Arbiter will take care the first, Spartan-Rangers and Reds will take out the second and Black-Wing and Blues will take down the third. Won't be easy but this is our last chance of winning this war.

South: Guess our team will give you support in the ask right?

Watcher: Seems so.

Y/n:......Truth may think he has defeated us.....but little did he know.....he's gonna have karam right up his ass. We'll stop Truth.......destroy the Covenant and end this war. This maybe the day.....the Covenant dies.

With that they head off to regroup with Miranda and the rest of the UNSC forces to be ready for their possibly their final battle.

(Hours later)

We see a convoy of UNSC Warthogs driving through the tunnel with John and Arbiter in one while we cut to two pelicans either Black-Wing and Blues on the second while Spartan-Rangers ans Reds at the other.

Miranda: (radio) Spartans, the Prophet of Truth has found the Ark. Our only chance of stopping him is a surprise aerial assault. Take out the Anti Air Cannons so the Admiral will destroy Truth and the Ark. Good hunting, Keyes out.

Grif: So in short we are gonna die! Just perfect!

Sarge: This is what I have been waiting for in my whole life! This is my time to die like a true soldier! For our ancestors!

Donut: So question how can we get close to one without getting shot?

Y/n: (smirk) Glad you ask.

Then a wall opens to reveal jetpacks which Y/n and his team each take one as Y/n put on his and tells the Reds.

Y/n: Put them on!

They did so and once on the Pelicans back door opens to reveal a massive warzone. Then Y/n leaps off the Pelican follow by the rest, they activated their jetpacks and fly towards their first target.

It was chaos with Banshees and hornts flying around, explosions, Plasma and gunfire as they avoid them as best they can.

Grif: I swear to god if we make it out this alive I'm gonna kill you!

Y/n: I accept those terms!

Elijah: 1 minute!

Soon they get chased by a few Banshees which Ave flies back and grabs at one of the Banshees wings and fire her SMG at the engines of the wings until it burst into flames.

The Banshee flies back and blows up a few others while Ave jumps off just in time and stuck a plasma grenade at another which blows up.

Soon they arrive at their target and they immediate made a emergency landing in front of a large Covenant forces. Y/n kicks down a Brute War Chieftain and picks up his fuel rod cannon and blows up a few.

The rest land on theie feet and return fire. The reds kinda landed with Grif land hard as the reds take some cover while Y/n and his team fight off the Covenant forces.

Ave pull out hee second SMG and dual wield both SMG and gun down the Covenant grunts and jackals. Ashley takes the high point and use hee DMR to pop the heads of the Covenant however a grunt gets on a turret and open fire at them.

They get behind some cover and once behind Covenant Gabriel pull out a grenade and throws it at the grunt on the turret and seconds later the grunt blows up.

They keep pushing back the Covenant forces until it is clear. They begin to plant some explosions and once done they move away and detonate the bombs which destroyed the cannon.

Y/n: This is Y/n we have destroyed the first cannon, I repeat the first cannon is destroyed.

Eric: (radio) Just finish planting the explosions. Now watch the fire works.

They look over and the second cannon is destroyed.

Tucker: (radio) Take that! Hell yeah!

Y/n: John what about you?

John: (radio) Give me a second.

They stare at the last cannon and at first nothing and they think something is wrong but seconds later the last cannon is blow up which they breath a sigh of relief. They turn to the dig site to see the tower like Forerunner ship where Truth is as Longswords came flying in and drop down bombs.

This is follow by Lord Hood and his fleet came in and begin to fire their main rail cannon at the ship. Things are hopefully at first when Watcher felt something and realised.

Watcher: Oh god no.

Y/n: What's wrong?

Suddenly there was a shake and they see the massive area where the Forerunner ship is standing begins to go down while several panels slowly is lifted up into the air.

Then the ship fires and seconds later there was blast that took down Lord Hoods ships and longswords as Y/n and the rest gets hit by the blast and back.

They watch as the massive glows blinds them for a moment and soon they open theie eyes and stood up and sees a massive black like portal appear in the sky. They watch as the Forerunner ship flies up to the portal and goes through follow by the rest of the Covenant ships from Truth as they go through the massive portal.

Grif: Um is that it? That wasn't so bad.

Watcher: That's not the Ark. It's a portal to the Ark.

Y/n: How do know?

Watcher:.........I.....

Y/n: Watcher?

Watcher:.....We need to get through that portal right now.

Y/n: Okay. We'll regroup and-

Suddenly a damaged Covenant ship flies by them and soon crashes not far from them as they look at it and then Donut ask.

Donut: So who was that? More brutes?

Watcher: No......worse.

We then cut to the crash Covenant ship as we then cut to inside the ship where everything is made out of gross organic.

We then see a door that suddenly opens and seconds later a Flood infection Elite came out of the door and let's out a roar as they begin their attack and infect anyone they come across.
