We see Warthogs driving through the tunnels with Jin guiding them through the tunnel as he stood there while Ashia came up to Jin.

Ashia: Hey Jin how are things?

Jin: Good. Nothing much just overlooking the Warthogs as they are going to storage.

Ashia: Cool. Everyone is pretty busy huh.

Jin: No kidding. So what about you? What are you doing?

Ashia: Checking to see if everyone is alright. The reds looked like they have been through hell as well as Y/n and the others at New Mombasa.

Jin: Can't blame them. For what I've heard that city must be a nightmare when the Covenant came.

Ashia: Yeah.

Then elite ghosts, Spectres and Wraiths drives on by as thw two watch their now allie elites go as Ashia then said.

Ashia: Good thing we have some help. Who knows what will happen of the elites would still side with the Covenant.

Jin: Yeah. I'm having a feeling that the Covenant is broken apart and it won't be long until it is completely shatters apart.

Ashia: (smile) That I can't wait for.

Jin: (smile) Yeah.

Then Ashia heads off while Jin stays at the tunnel for a moment when he hear something in the vents which he was a bit concerned.

(Meanwhile)

At the command centre we see Y/n, Carolina, Washington and Junior as they waited and then the doors open and John along with Johnson, Arbiter and Miranda enter as Miranda updated John on the situation as they climb down the steps as Y/n came up and he and John shaked hands.

Y/n: Good to see you alive again bro.

John: Same. I heard what happened to New Mombasa. You alright?

Y/n: I was alright, as usual.

Watcher: (appeared on his shoulder) He nearly died a few times.

Y/n: Like I said, as usual.

Watcher: What about you two? What happened to you two?

John falls silent for a moment which Watcher ask John.

Watcher: Wait, I don't detect Cortana in there. John.....where is she?

Miranda: Enough chatter. Let's focus on the mission in hand.

UNSC marine: Ma'am, I have Lord Hood.

Miranda: Patch him through.

They turn to the big screen and the screen shows Lord Hood as he ask Miranda.

Lord Hood: (screen) Good news commander keyes?

Miranda: Good as it gets sir.

Lord Hood: (screen) So I see. What is your status song?

John: Green, Sir.

Lord Hood: (screen) Glad to hear it. Command has come up with a good plan, but without you I wasn't sure we could pull it off.

Church: (appears) Yeah thanks to us. You know we've gone through some shit we I hope we'll get something after this.

Lord Hood (screen) And that you will. But first, tell us what the Prophet of Truth is planning.

Watcher: They seem to find something beneath New Mombasa. I felt something underneath the city. Whatever it might be, it can't be good.

Church: It could be the Ark or a portal to the Ark, we don't know what is there but....we know that Truth will be there. There is just one slight problem.

Then Church opens a massive hologram of what's left of Mombasa as Church highlights three Anti Air craft cannons around the dig site.

Church: These Anti Air craft cannons will shoot down any UNSC or allie elite ships down to the ground if they get too close. But if we destroy them your fleet can strike on Truths fleet and the war will be over.

Lord Hood (screen) Sounds risky but it is our only option....or hope to win this war.

Junior: This is our last chance of stopping Truth and finishing this war. If we lose this opportunity......all life will be gone.

Lord Hood (screen):.......I only have a few ships along with Junior's ships. Its a big risk.....but I'm confident-

Suddenly the lights turned off as the power was offline. Miranda order the back up power to be turned on. Suddenly the screen came back on but instead of Lord Hood its Truth.

Truth: (screen) All of you vermin. Coming the dirt thinking, what I wonder? That you might escape the coming fire? No. Your world will burn until the surface is nothing but glass. Not even your demon will live to creep blackened from the hole to mar the reflection of our passage. The culmination of our journey. For your destruction it will of the gods! And I? I am their instrument.

Then the screen turned off and then the power came back on as Johnson puts his cigar in his mouths and said.

Johnson: Cocky bastard just loves to run his mouth.

John: Does he usually mention me?

Church falls silent for a moment and then said.

Church: I think they know where this base is. We need to evacuate this base right now?

Washington: I believe your right. Obviously if they patch through to that screen, that would mean they know we're here.

Miranda falls silent for a moment and then calls out to a marine.

Miranda: Give the order, we're closing shop.

UNSC marine: Ma'am?

Miranda: We're about to get hit. We need to get everyone out as soon as possible.

Johnson: Guess I have carry the wounded myself.

Washington: Our team will help. As well as the Reds and Blues.

UNSC marine: Ma'am they requested a rally point. Where should they go?

Miranda:....To war.

Then Miranda and Johnson head off to begin the evacuating along with Carolina and Washington which just leaves John, Arbiter, Junior and Y/n left so they head off to get ready.

(Short while later)

They are seen at the armoury getting the weapons needed and once they have their weapons they leave the armoury and John tells Y/n and Junior.

John: You two will gather as many UNSC personnel as possible while me and the Arbiter will head to the hanger. The Covenant may begin their attack at the hanger.

Y/n: Alright. Try not to go MIA next time.

John: I won't.

The two left which Watcher wanted to ask John about Cortana but he was gone which Y/n ensures him.

Y/n: Don't worry I'm sure he'll tell us after we escape.

Watcher: Hope so.

Suddenly there was a explosion that shoot the base as the lights flicker for a moment. Once stopped the two slowly stood up and Junior said.

Junior: The invasion has begun. We need get everyone off the base.

Y/n: Right. Let's go.

They rush through the halls as marines run by him or turning to corners as they keep running until they turn a corner to see a few marines standing in front of a door. They turn to see them.

UNSC marine: Hey Spartan! Over-

Suddenly the doors blows up, killing thr marines as Junior and Y/n get behind cover as grunts and jackals enter through and begin to open fire at them.

They return fire taking them out as best they can. They keep pouring in and soon brutes go through along with one with a plasma turret.

Y/n: Oh fuck!

The brute unleashes his plasma turret as Y/n and Junior get behind cover as plasma flies by them as the brute continues to fire his plasma rifle.

Y/n: Got a sticky?

Junior node to him as he pull out a plasma grenade. He throws it and it stuck onto the turret and seconds later there was a explosion. They peak out and see the brute dead but more came pouring in and begin to open fire at them.

Y/n: We need to pull back now!

Junior: Agree!

They turn and ran for it while they shoot at them. The brutes chase after them. They keep running until Junior had an idea but activating his energy sword and slice one of the pipes which cost hot steam to shoot out and when the brutes runs by they get blind by it.

They turn back and open fire. They kill the brutes while they were blind and once the last one is down the two stare at the bodies and Y/n said.

Y/n: Good thinking.

Junior: Thank you. What now?

Tucker: (radio) Hello does anyone copy over? This is Tucker, we need back up at the supplie room, we need back up over!

Y/n: We're on our way.

The two head off and soon they arrived there and once there they open the door and draw their weapons out only to see Caboose holding a unpinned grenade while Tucker stood there as the two turn to see them.

Tucker: Thank god you two show up. Caboose pulled the pin and almost blow us up!

Caboose: Tucker told me to do it.

Tucker: No I didn't it!

Caboose: Yes you did.

Tucker: No I didn't!

Y/n: Um guys....you do realise the base is under attack right?

Caboose and Tucker:............

Tucker: How can you be sure?

Then another door opens and a grunt enter and says while aiming his needler at them.

Grunt: Freeze human scu-

Y/n immediately snatch the grenade and toss it at thr grunt which he catches it. Then Junior ran over and kick the grunt out and shut the door. Seconds later the grenade goes off as Tucker then said.

Tucker: Okay you are sure. What should we do?

Y/n: We need to evacuate the base as soon as possible.

Tucker: Where to? There is literally nothing out there?

Y/n: We're thinking of heading to the dig site and stopping Truth from activating the Ark.

Caboose: Because he is stealing the animals and costing a massive flood?

Tucker: No its a forerunner thing that Truth is gonna use to wipe out everyone and everything.

Y/n: We're gonna try to evacuate everyone as best we can and get out of here. So I might suggest you two will get out of here.

Tucker: Gotcha. Hopefully I can be with Miranda. Come on Caboose.

Caboose: Bye Y/n!

The two leave as Y/n just sighs and tells Junior.

Y/n: Good thing your not like your father.

Junior: I do respect my father.....but.....I can understand why you would say that. So where to next?

Y/n: Bet Doc need some back up at the medical room.

Junior: Agree. I bet the Covenant will target those who are wounded. Come on, let's go.

Y/n: Right.

The two head off to the medical room to help out Doc ans after they help out with Doc they will help out everyone else to escape the base. Once they escape they'll begin their possible final battle against Truth and the Covenant.
