The Warthogs arrived at the UNSC camp base which the UNSC marines from the Amber Clad as we see their defence turrets set up in all four corners of the base while inside is a small base with two barracks, a sinagl armoury and a workshop as the Warthogs drive through the gates and the blues and Junior climb off the Warthogs.

A female marine approaches them and saluted to them.

Female marine: Welcome to our camp. Glad to have you all here.

Washington: We need to speak to Miranda Keyes is she here?

Female Marine: No she's heading to the library along with Sargent Johnson and a few marines. If you follow me I may patch you through to her.

Tucker: Cool and maybe after that how about we both get to know each other if you know what I mean. Bow Chika Bow wow.

Female Marine: I'm not into men.

Caboose: Like your not interested of talking to a men.

Ashia: She means she's not.......Straight.

Caboose: Really? She is Straight to me.

Ashia: No not Straight as in like she is Straight. It means she's......um.....Well.....its.

Jin: Let's just focus on the reason why we're here.

They soon head to the communication room and once there Church access to the computers and got Miranda and Johnson on the line.

Washington: This is Washington from Fireteam: Freelancers, Miranda Keyes do you hear me?

Miranda: (radio) Hear you loud and clear.

Johnson: (radio) How the hell did you guys get here?

Washington: Doesn't matter what does matter is your current location.

Miranda: (radio) Almost at the library. We'll be out before the Covenant shows up.

Junior: Miranda you must understand the Covenant needed a human to active this ring. If they capture either one of you then the Covenant will active this ring.

Miranda: (radio) I understand yoru concern but if we don't get the index key then the Covenant will take it and we'll never see it again.

Junior: We have a plan but you must turn back before it's too late.

Johnson: (radio) We can't do that. We just got attacked by the Flood.

Tucker: Wait the Flood is here?!

Jin: And here we thought we've seen the last of them.

Church: Wait give me a moment.

After a while Church sees where they are and immediately called out.

Church: We need to get out of here now! We're in a quarantine!

Caboose: Is that good?

Church: No!

Suddenly they hear gunfire and screams coming from outside. When they came out they see an army of Flood attacking the camp follow by Floods taking control of both UNSC and Covenant vehicles as they begin to attack the base.

Washington: We need to go now!

Female marine: Follow me!

They follow the marine ans soon they arrived at a workshop where she open the gate to reveal a Gauss Warthog and a Rocket Warthog.

Female Marine: These vehicles will give you enough fire power to get to Miranda.

She then pick up a shotgun and begins walking away.

Washington: What about you?

Female marine: We'll hold them off. Complete your mission.

Washington node and so they get in. Washington, Caboose and Tucker take the Gauss Hog with Washington on the turret while Ashia, Jin and Junior take the rocket hog with Junior on the turret.

They then race out of the Warthog as they avoid the Flood killing and infection the marines and then they punch through the back gates and drive out.

However they get chased by four Flood Ghost as they begin to fire at them. Washington turns the turret and fire beam like shots which blow up a two Ghosts. Junior fires several rockets and blowing the rest up.

However more Flood show up driving Ghost, Choppers and Warthogs. They have a chase as they chase around the wall as Tucker follows Church's direction.

Tucker: Hope you know what your doing.

Church: Turn right!

They did while Washington and Junior hold back the Flood. They were coming up to a wall and they thought they were about to crash however the wall opens and they drive through along with the flood.

Then a Ghost speeds up next to between them and leap onto Washington, Tucker and Caboose Warthog but Washington kicks the Flood as the two have a hand to hand combat as he dodges the Floods swings.

Junior: Wash catch!

He throws his energy sword which Washington catches and active it. He then use it to stab the Flood and kick it off the Warthog.

Junior several rockets blowing up a few and then they made it to the other side of the wall. They immediately dodge a incoming blast as they see a warzone going on between the Covenant and the Flood.

Jin: Looks like the Covenant have theie own problems to deal with.

Ashia: Yep.

They keep driving avoiding the battle as best they can when suddenly they are getting shot by Banshees above them. Washington and Junior shoots them down only for a Phantom to come in and begins shooting at them.

Tucker and Jin each turn theie Warthogs as they avoid the shots while Washington and Junior fires on the Phantom.

Washington: Shoot itself engines!

They target at the Phantoms engines and it worked. The Phantom begins to blow up and then starts to go down and then crashes onto the ground. The Phantom blows up as they keep going.

Suddenly a Chopper speed up and rams Junior, Jin ans Ashia's Warthogs with it's side and a brute leaps up to the Warthog and begins to try to get Ashia off.

Ashia: Leave me alone you disgusting ape!

Junior: Unhand her!

He grabbed the brute and throws him away and the two begin to brawl. Washington sees this and tries to throw his engery sword back but then Tucker moves away to avoid a split. They got separated with Junior, Ashia and Jin as the Brute and Junior fought at the back of the Warthog.

Jin does his best to get the brute off by swining the Warthog left and right. The brute at first loses his balance but lands on his feet but Junior tries pushing him off but a Brute isn't gonna get off.

Then a brute grab Junior by a throat and slammed him onto the back of tye Warthog and begins to strangle him. Washington sees this at the other side and use the Gauss Hogs turret as a rifle as he takes aim.

He carefully line up his shot and then he fired. The beam blows up the brute as his blood splattered onto the hog and to the trio.

Jin: Aw brute blood.

Junior gets up and gives Washington a thumps up which he node. The split ends and they are together again as they keep driving and soon they finally reach the Library.

They exit out od their Warthogs and make a run through the entrance while the Flood chases after them. Once through the door Church hacks into the system and shuts the door and locks it.

They keep going and soon they arrived at a lift which takes them inside the Library where the index is at. We soon see them within the centre of the Library and running around trying to find a way inside the room where the index is at only to see something ahead of them.

Junior: We're top late.

They see the unconscious Miranda and Johnson being taking by Tartarus ans his brutes. Tartarus turn and spotted them but he just smirked and leaves. As soon they disappear they see that they were truly too late.

Junior shake his fist and let's out a roar of frustration which Tucker came with to him.

Tucker: Don't worry we'll think of something.

Junior: How?

Washington: They needed to get to the rings control room to active the ring. There is still time.

Jin: Yeah one problem they have a whole entire army of Covenant ready to shoot at us if we even been spotted. All of our marines are either dead or infected and John is unknown to be seen.

Church: I can't find his single. He's gone MIA.

Caboose: So he's dead?

Tucker: Thats KIA Caboose. Still Jin has a point. We don't have an army.

???: You do now.

Suddenly Rtas and his elites arrived which they immediately aim theie weapons at them but Rtas tells them.

Rtas: Stand down humans. We're on the same side.

Jin: Yeah right.

Rtas: It's true. We just gotten word that the brutes as killing our forces. We were confused but then we realised that the Prophets have lied to us. Our honour, our services was for nothing. We now realise that now.

Tucker: So we're good?

Junior: Yes.

They stand down and Junior approaches Rtas and ask him.

Junior: Where is the Arbiter? Where is he?

Rtas: That was the reason why we came here. After the brutes started to kill us I realised that the Arbiter is in trouble so we race here to rescue him.

Junior: I'm sorry but Tartarus and his brutes must have gotten to him and may have ended him.

Rtas: Those brutes! They shall pay!

Junior: There is a chance to get your revenge. We believe that Tartarus and his forces along with the Prophets may be going to the control room to active the ring. They both have the index to power it as well as humans to active it.

Rtas: It's only the matter of time unril they will active this sacred ring. We must not let that happen.

Junior: Yes and in order to stop them we must work together. That means working with humans.

Rtas turn to Washington and the others and to Junior as he lifted his hand to Rtas.

Junior: The humans are not our enemies. The Prophets are.

Rtas is convinced by this and so he takes Junior's hand and shakes on it. Then Rtas turn to his elites and makes a speech.

Rtas: We have been betrayed my brothers. The Prophets, the brutes and maybe the Covenant has betrayed us. No longer we listen to the lies that the Prophets make anymore. We now stand up against the Covenant and we will seek vengeance on the Prophets and their heresy!

The elites roar while raising their weapons while Washington came over and hand him his energy sword back. He takes it and turn to the other elites who now follow Junior as Junior active his energy sword and rais it into the air.

Junior: Today this is the day we end the Covenant once and for all! Today no longer humanity is no longer our enemy! On this day......we all have a commen enemy! It may not be today, tomorrow or a week but soon.....The Prophets will die  along with their empire! Rise with me and let us fight together as one! Let us end this war together!

They all begin to roar once more as they now fully detected from the Covenant and to Junior's side and outside we see Rtas's Phantoms arriving to pick them up and taking them somewhere where they can regroup their forces and make plans to assault the control room and stop Tartarus and the Prophets from firing Halo.
