A group of Covenant forces lead by Rtas enter what seems like a research lab with the grunts and jackals going in first then the elites follow by Caboose, Tucker and Washington. They were pushed inside the room which was empty and there was no sign of their target anywhere.

Rtas turn to his two of his elites and order them in sandhill language which Caboose, Tucker and Washington was force to their knees by the elites behind them and Rtas and Arbiter approaches the trio.

Rtas: Where is the heretic leader?

Tucker: No idea. Trust us this place is new to us.

Rtas: If you do not tell us where the heretic leader is then you three will be silent.

Caboose: As in going to sleep?

Rtas:.........

Tucker: Just ignore him.

Washington: Why are youse even here for him?

Rtas: To kill him. He has betrayed the Holy Prophets and the great journey. Now siding with humans is going to make things worse for him then before.

Washington: That's because he's telling the truth. The Prophets are just lying to you all!

Tucker: Yeah the great journey is just bullshit. The only reason why the Prophets wanted to kill us humans is because they're racist.

Rtas: Silence! Your lies will not convince us.

Washington: Either way we won't tell you.

Things was about to get worse as Rtas nodes to his elites which they active their energy swords planning to kill them when Arbiter tells Rtas.

Arbiter: Wait. I believe they should be taking to High Charity and to the Prophets.

Rtas: Why is that?

Arbiter: I remember many years ago there was a report of a feet leaf by Yra that said there was colourful soldiers just like the ones right in front of us. They live in one of the holy rings for years so if so then they must have known knowledge about the ring.

Rtas: You made a good argument.

He node to his elites which they stand down.

Tucker: (whisper) Yo Church can you get us out of here?

Church: Yeah just give me a fucking moment will you.

Caboose: Um guys?

Tucker: Yeah?

Caboose: Do you hear that?

At first they don't but then they do. They hear what seems like something crawling through the vents along with mysterious roars that doesn't sound anything that they ever heard in their life. The rest of the Covenant troops heard it and they have their guard up.

Suddenly vents open and pouring down were infection forms as it rain down and all things turn into chaos as Covenant troops begins to fire at the infection forms. Rtas and Arbiter slash at them with their energy swords as the Covenant forces get distracted.

This gave the trio the chance to escape so they race towards the door that they first came in. One elite sees this and aims his plasma rifle but a infection form launch into him and infected him. The elite turn into a combat form and start to attack the rest as Tucker, Caboose and Washington open the door and Church locked it.

Church: Okay we're good.

Tucker: Good?! Good?! What on earth was that?!

Church: Watcher told me many years ago they are called the Flood.

Washington: But why are they here? Isn't this place a gas mine?

Church: Yeah I think there is more truth to this place then we thought.

A door slammed which made them to step back and then Tucker says.

Tucker: So now what?

Church: We need to locate Junior and the rest and get out of here before things get any worse.

Washington: Then let's go.

The trio race through the hallway with no idea where to go. They turn corner but immediately stop when they see the elite combat forms near the exit door. They soon turn and spotted them which they immediately turn around and run away while the elite combat forms chases after them.

Tucker: Shit I left my energy sword behind!

Washington: Well no point going back and get it.

Caboose: Yeah because I have I right here.

Caboose pulls it out which surprised the two.

Tucker: Caboose how did you- you know what, never mind.

He takes it and stops running as he turns back and active his energy sword.

Tucker: Okay you ugly sons of bitches. Bring it on.

He waited for them to appear around the corner only for more elite combat forms to turn around the corner and running towards him.

Tucker: Okay never mind! RUNNING TIME!

Tucker catches up with Washington and Caboose as they race through the hallways of the forerunner gas mine as they avoid more Flood with Washington picking up twin plasma rifles are ripping away the Flood.

Soon they reach a door which was locked so Washington pulls up his twin plasma rifle while Church begins hacking into the door controls.

Church: This may take awhile.

Tucker: We don't have awhile! They're coming!

Church: Panicking isn't going to help!

Elite combat forms were getting closer as the trio were ready when the door suddenly open and the trio were pulled inside and the doors close behind them. The trio were on the floor and gets up only to see Junior, Ashia and Jin.

Jin: Sup.

Junior: You okay father?

Tucker: Yep. Good to see you three alive and well.

Jin: Same to you. We thought you three would be dead.

Washington: Can't blame you.

Church: Wait? Where's Sesa and that floating ball thing.

Junior: He told us he'll distract the Covenant troops away from us while we escape. As for 343 he's-

343 Guilty Spark: Right here.

Then 343 Guilty Spark appears behind them and informs Church.

343 Guilty Spark: And for a record I'm not a ball.

Church: Whatever you say.

Tucker: So Sesa is not coming?

Junior: Unfortunately no but his sacrifice will not be forgotten. Once we take 343 to High Charity and broadcast his truth to every Covenant forces and citizens within High Charity, this will end the Covenant for sure.

Washington: Then what are we waiting for, let's go.

They make their way to where they park the striker as they avoid Flood as best they could. 343 Guilty Spark deployed Sentinels to clear a path for them as they burn away the combat forms.

Soon they reach the hanger and the striker is still there as Jin opens the hanger doors.

Jin: Man it was close but it seems like we're gonna get out of this alive.

Suddenly everything shook a bit and everyone was quiet and seconds later everything started falling as they were sent flying up only to float back down to the ground as they look outside and seeing that they are falling.

343 Guilty Spark: Oh my, it seems they cut the cables that is holding up the station.

Tucker: That's not good.

Junior: Quickly into the ship!

They headed inside the striker with Washington and Jin taking control as Junior and 343 Guilty Spark was about to go in.

Junior: Come on, let's get out of here.

343 Guilty Spark: Very well then. It seems I have no choice but to go with yo-

Suddenly Spark was caught in some sort of electricity and dragged into a brute chieftains hands as he grabs Spark while Junior turns to him.

Junior: Tartarus.

Tartarus: What a surprise. It seems there is two targets here in one place.

Junior active his energy sword while Tartarus just glare at him. Junior wanted to fight him and take Spark but seeing how the station is going to crash into the ground killing everyone on board. Junior puts away his energy sword and gets on board.

Once everyone is on board the striker leaves the hanger and then flies away with Tartarus watching them fly off. Then the Arbiter enter the hanger dragging the dead Sesa as he tosses him in front of Tartarus which he let's out a small laugh while the Arbiter noticed Spark in his hand.

Arbiter: That's the orcale.

Tartarus: So it is. Come, we are leaving this system.

Rtas and his troops were already on board so as soon Tartarus and Arbiter were inside they fly away and return to High Charity all awhile we cut to Junior slamming his fist onto the walls of the striker in frustration.

Junior: We were so close! I have the orcale only to be snatch  away!

Tucker: Don't beat yourself son. It's not your fault.

Jin: So who is this Tartarus guy?

Junior: He's the brute Chieftain of all the brutes. The weapon hs use was called the Fist of Rukt.

Ashia: If I remember correctly was he at Harvest which was the start of the human and Covenant war?

Junior: Indeed along with his father who he killed.

Caboose: Well good thing elites don't do that.

Junior: Back in topic, without Spark, we can't reveal the truth to the Covenant about the Prophets lies.

Tucker: Maybe we can. You said you have allies on High Charity right? So all we have to do is go there, grab some of your allies, find spark and boom, war over!

Church: (appears) I think there is more steps to your plan.

Tucker: Still we just need to go to High Charity and break him out and he'll reveal the truth.

Junior: Yes your right.

Washington: Still it's suicide, this is the capital of the entire Covenant empire.

Tucker: Yeah but we been through situations that would resulted to our deaths snd yet we still live. This will be a piece of cake.

Washington:.....Junior?

Everyone turns to Junior and after a while of thinking he tells Washington.

Junior: Set course to High Charity.

He nodes and returns to the pilot seat and pilots the striker to High Charity.

Church: Um guys I'm detected something. It looks like  High Charity and the entire Covenant fleet is about to jump!

Junior: Hurry before it's too late!

Washington does so as multiple of tiny slip space portals appear which the fleet go through and then a massive slip space portal for High Charity appear as they race towards. They were close as they managed to get into High Charity just as High Charity goes through the portal and leaves the system to somewhere within the galaxy.

(Meanwhile)

At Earth we see Metropolis in ruins with Covenant Phantoms flying around with Covenant troops on the ground and hunting for any humans or forerunner relics that they can find. Human dead bodies are seen laying on the floor.

Destroyed vehicles can also be seen along with crash UNSC pelicans and Falcons as the entire city is in complete darkness and silence.

We then cut to a building with a massive hole and inside the hole we see a pile of rubble stacked up as rain begins to fall. Within the ruble was Y/n laying within the pile of rubble not moving and seems like he is dead.

He lay there for sometime as we see one of his hands sticking out and at first it seems like he is dead but then his fingers begin to move and then slowly formed a fist. Then Y/n removes the ruble off of him and then sat up. He looks around and slowly he gets up and make his way to a large open hole where he sees Covenant Phantoms in the distances and hearing absolutely nothing as if everyone in Metropolis has vanished replace with Covenant troops.

Y/n: Watcher.........what happened to us?
